10/10 Simply Perfect! Great location and comfortable stay.

Very kind and courteous staff both at the front desk and at the door. Housekeeping is exceptional! I will definitely be staying at the Grand Hyatt in S.F. when I go again. Amenities were great. Fast WiFi, lots of different kinds of lights inside the room, TV with Chrome-cast for you to stream from apps like Netflix directly from your personal device, AC, electronic window covers that you can adjust from the comfort of your bed. There are Great views of San Francisco from the Country Club , your room and the Gym area as well. This is a great location for those who don’t have a car as the hotel is located close to a lot of trains, bus stops, etc. making it very easy to get around the city using public transit. Not to mention that the famous Market and Powell cable car turnaround point and Chinatown can be accessed within a 10 minute walk of the hotel. It was also easy to get from SFO to the hotel using the Bart. The only downside is that there is no pool but nevertheless I would rate this a 10/10 and would highly recommend this place. Thank you Grand Hyatt team ❤️ you’re amazing.

OK but not exceptional

Room was very clean and had a great view

Had not stayed there for years. We were disappointed that the hotel no longer had a rooftop bar and restaurant. Frankly it seemed far moreordinaryand not acutting edge hotel as in years past.

Wow, just Wow !!!

Everything about this hotel was GREAT !!! I love the foot light that comes on automatically when you get out of bed. I need that at home. The restaurants were good. ( The Breakfast Buffet was a bit pricey but you get a discount if you are staying there. ) I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again. Oh yeah, one more thing, the shower was AWESOME !!!

There is nothing that I did not like and I am pretty picky.

Very pleasant with the exception of the valet parking incident.

The cleanliness of the room.

When I arrived and pulled up to valet parking, the two gentlemen working valet just stood and looked at me. I had to go to them to ask for them to valet park my vehicle. They seemed shocked. This was confusing for me…. I drive a Porsche.

Close to china town and stores. Great view of city and ocean. Walking distance to areas of like.

Tv volume was set to low. Couldn’t hear some programs.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Location and the wonderful view of the bay. Breakfast was also very nice along with the staff.

Not much to dislike when it's one of your favorite hotels to stay in San Francisco.

This place was nice and clean, staff was extremely friendly and accommodating.

The staff was extremely accommodating, and friendly, the valet personnel was super customer service-oriented. The location was next to a few places that were opened late if you had a late-night craving. The room itself with the view of the bay is highly recommended. Nice views directly over Pier 39, the Ferris wheel, and Alcatraz if you're into that kind of thing!

There's not much I didn't like. They only had valet parking services which was 85 dollars a night so be prepared for that! The cafe hours are limited so food at the actual hotel is very limited. Other than that, I'd stay here every where when I go back to SF.

Guter Aufenthalt mit einigen Nachteilen

Die Lage war sehr gut, zentral und es war dennoch leise. Die Betten waren sehr komfortabel und die Lobby ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Aussicht auf die Stadt aus dem Zimmer und aus dem Gym.

Das Badezimmer war relativ klein und hat Schiebetüren und keine richtigen Türen: somit 0 Privatsphäre und für uns ein No Go Das Gym ist sehr klein, zu klein für die Anzahl Personen die dort trainieren. Das sind auch die Gründe, warum wir dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen würden.

The billing and charging the card was very erratic, I was charged multiple times on my card despite having requested to stop the same .. staff at front desk kept on giving some excuse (even once said it’s Sunday !!) but charging my card did not stop .

Amazing customer service, highly recommend!

The staff were lovely and so kind! We stayed as part of our honeymoon trip and they made a lovely gesture of adding some credit. We also had an issue as my husband got sick so we had to change our flight and miss a day with the hotel and they didn’t charge for the missed night. They also handed out plenty of water. Location was brilliant. Very clean and great facilities - I loved the sensored lighting so you could find your way to the bathroom at night.
