About this villa rental
The villa is on the top of Corralejo, between Villaverde and the typical village of Lajares. The place offer a gorgeous 180 ° sea view on the atlantic ocean. You see from the house Cotillo to the west, the island of Lanzarote and the small island of Los lobos. It is located 10 minutes from Corralejo and 5 minutes from Lajares. There is a bakery in the village and excellent restaurant with the best Tapas restaurant in spain. the place is wonderfull to stay for people who wants to relax, enjoy the nature, surf sports, bicycle and many more .. You will appreciate my accommodation for You will enjoy this villa for the unique view on the atlantic ocean. The view is really a must. The villa offers big windows in order to sea the ocean from almost anyplace in the house. The lights at night offer you a relax and charming ambiance. The swimming pool is protected from the north wind (you can ask to use the heat pump of the pool, it is an option, there is a cost of 100 Euros / week in this case). The architecture of the house was made in order to shelter from the wind. The master bedroom offer a integrated bathroom with a view on the volcano and the ocean ..

The communication from the outset with the owner and the property manager were excellent. We were given the directions well in advance so we could understand the route. The position of the villa was ideal for touring the local area. The property manager Jean Louis gave some recommendations for eating out. the views from the villa to the surrounding area and across to Lanzarote were exceptional, the design of the villa outlook aided this. the only negative aspect was the listing appears to indicate there is a washing machine this is not the case. There is no facility of the guest's use, thankfully we had sufficient clothes to ensure we did not run out. so we had to take dirty clothes back which was the only disappointing aspect. Therefore future customers will need to bear this in mind. Otherwise brilliant experience.

We had a really nice time in the Ocean View villa. The view is absolutly amazing, the room layout quite perfect, nice pool & everything was clean and prepared for our visit. The communication with the house owner and Jean-Louis, who is doing the house keeping, was very easy and flexible. A (rental) car is recommended to reach different restaurants, supermarket or the different beaches. Thx again to Hans & Jean-Louis for the awesome time at Fuerteventura.

The house and the view are amazing!
Checking in and out and communication with the agency was easy.
Pool temperature was perfect.
At first we were a little bit surprised that there is no air conditioning. But with the wind that is going on on Fuerteventura all year round, you can cool down to comfortable temperature easily!

Stunning!!!
This Villa was the best we were staying in since using FeWo.
For us it was totally blissful after two years staying at home because of the pandemic.
We had not only this space and beautiful view, but absolutely comfortable beds and furniture, warm linen for the nights and everything in the kitchen for feeling at home.
The environment was friendly, very good for everybody.
Hiking, Biking, Surfing, Relaxing, Lounging and Shopping.
A car is a must, but we are used to drive in our holidays.
Big thumbs up for not only Hans, the owner, who we were able to meet, but especially for Jean-Louis, the man for everything :-) and Aurelie, the cleaner. The villa, pool and garden were well kept and we love to come back!!!

Quasi una luna di miele
La villa è in una posizione splendida. Si vedono i due mari dal salone e dalla cucina. Abbiamo apprezzato molto le ampie finestre che fanno entrare una splendida luce, soprattutto al tramonto. Jean luis è stato estremamente attento e disponibile anche a darci info su spiagge e ristoranti locali veramente molto buoni. Consiglio vivamente la casa perché abbiamo passato dei momenti unici che non dimenticheremo mai.

Tolles Haus
Ein wirklich tolles Haus in einer tollen Lage. Leider gab es keinen Zugang zur Waschmaschine, ein Mitarbeiter bat uns an, unsere Wäsche zu waschen, was wir jedoch abgelehnt haben. Ein Wasserkocher wäre toll und der Zugang zu einem Staubsauger wäre auch hilfreich. Ansonsten war wirklich alles absolut TOP!!!

Moderne Villa mit tollem Ausblick
Wir haben uns in unserer Urlaubswoche sehr sicher gefühlt. Ruhige Wohnlage mit viel Privatsphäre. Der Blick vom Wohnraum durch die Panoramascheiben Richtung Meer ist gigantisch-besonders Nachts. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der Lage unbedingt erforderlich.

Superb villa
We had such an enjoyable stay in this villa. The villa itself was home to the most incredible views. A holiday in itself just looking at the scenery. Pool area was fantastic. Temperature in the villa was lovely and warm even in the winter. Villa was spotless with everything you could need. Communication with owner and contact on site really easy and pleasant.

Haus mit wunderschoenem Weitblick
Das großzügige Haus hat eine angenehme Wohnatmosphaere, die Räume sind modern eingerichtet, laden zum Verweilen ein und der Blick wird immer wieder weit über die Insel gerichtet bis Lanzarote . Im fast uneinsehbarem Garten mit großem Pool kann man wunderbar relaxen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschönes Haus mit sensationellem Ausblick!
Tolles großes, modernes Haus mit grandiosem Ausblick!!! Wir waren zu viert für zwei Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Ausblick von dort ist wirklich sensationell! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und man kann richtig entspannen. Alles war sehr sauber und man hat im Haus alles, was man benötigt. Der Check-in verlief ganz einfach. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden auf Wunsch ausgetauscht. Alles sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank nochmal an unseren Ansprechpartner Jean-Louis! Aufgrund der tollen Bauweise konnte man immer windgeschützt am Pool liegen. Mit der Poolheizung kann man auch im November jeden Tag den Pool genießen.
Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Außer vielleicht, dass es keine Nachttischchen gibt, aber damit kann man leben ;-)
Also alles in einem ein super schönes Haus und wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Modernes Traumhaus
Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, und modern eingerichtet.
Wir waren eine junge Reisetruppe 4 Personen und hatten das Haus auf Fuerteventura als Zuhause bezeichnen können.
Das Haus war sauber sowie der Pool, auf der Terrasse war auch alles sehr gepflegt.
Der Garten war auch sehr schön 😍 gepflegt selbst wenn du einmal ums Haus bist das du gesehen das auch dort sich um die Pflanzen gekümmert wird.
Der Ausblick ist sagenhaft und lässt dich oft in Tagesträume schweben.
Jean Louis ist der Hausverwalter hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und uns auch einen Service von allerfeinsten Angeboten wir waren echt begeistert, auch die Abwicklung mit Hans lief ohne Probleme zumindest bei Fewo bei Airbnb hatten wir da ein kleines Problem was bis heute nicht behoben ist somit sind wir dann auf Fewo mit dem Haus gestoßen, weil wir es wirklich unbedingt buchen wollten :)
Das einzigste was ich zukünftigen Besuchern empfehle sind sich ein kleines Kopfkissen von zuhause mitzunehmen, ich hatte echt leichte Rückenschmerzen da mir das Kissen zu niedrig und zu weich war.
Sonst war alles super gut 😊 und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Villa de rêve dans un petit coin de paradis
Nous revenons tout juste de notre séjour à fuerteventura
La villa est magnifique, très bien équipée avec des éléments modernes et fonctionnels. La suite parentale avec sa baignoire îlot et son dressing est vraiment très appréciable.
Maison idéale en famille pour que chacun ait son espace et son intimité .
Et que dire de la vue qui offre son lot de surprises à chaque heure de la journée. Les grandes baies vitrées permettent en effet d'admirer tant la montagne que la mer.
La villa est idéalement située au calme mais seulement à quelques minutes de la ville ou l'on peut trouver de quoi faire des courses et pleins de petits restaurants typiques. Seulement à 15 min de Corrajelo et d'El Cotillo cela permet de profiter de belles excursions le matin et de beaux moments de détente au bord de la piscine l'après midi. Le temps exceptionnel nous a permis de nous baigner aussi bien dans la piscine que dans la mer ce qui est très appréciable en fevrier
Nous avons eu des contacts réguliers avec le propriétaire ce qui est très sécurisant quand on réserve à distance.
Sur place nous avons été accueillis par Jean Louis qui connaît l'île comme sa poche et nous a donné de bons conseils de ballades adaptées à la configuration de notre famille et à nos goûts. Par sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité il a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. En bref nos vacances étaient reposantes et dépaysantes. Nous conseillons vivement la maison et notre hôte en attendant de revenir nous meme.

Wunderschöne Villa mit Sicht auf den Ozean.
Grosser Pool, geräumige Zimmer, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Man hat nicht den Eindruck in einem Mietobjekt zu sein. Der Standard ist wirklich weit über dem Insel-Durchschnitt. Grosse bequeme Betten (eine Seltenheit auf Fuerte) und eine Küche mit Aussicht auf drei Inseln. Top Betreuung durch den Housekeeper vor Ort.
Jederzeit wieder. Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Séjour très agréable, vue superbe
Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette villa. Elle est très bien conçue et nous a permis d'avoir une superbe vue, d'être protégé du vent et des regards (elle est en U plus le mur de séparation des voisins). La piscine est donc très bien protégée.
Pour ceux qui cherchent le calme et veulent éviter la foule, elle est idéalement placée puisque à 20 minutes de nombreux sites, notamment les dunes de Corralejo. Par contre, les plages à proximité sont venteuses ou rocheuses. Aussi, 3 jours pendant la semaine les enfants ont préféré rester à la villa et profité de la piscine. Il semble qu'il y ait de belles plages de sable blanc au sud de l'île ... mais à 2H de voiture.
La seule contrariété à signaler concernant l'équipement de la maison est que le lave-linge ne soit pas en accès libre, puisqu'il est dans la garage fermé à clef. C'est indiqué dans l'annonce mais nous ne l'avions pas remarqué. Ce n'est pas trop un problème lorsque les enfants sont grands, ça peut l'être avec des enfants en bas âge.
Le propriétaire et la personne à contacter sur place sont charmants, courtois, accueillants. La caution a été restituée sous 48H.

Wunderschönes Haus - nur im Winter nicht nutzbar
Das Haus ist groß und modern eingerichtet. Es liegt erhöht auf einem Hügel und somit hat man einen tollen Blick in die Ferne und auf das Meer. Nur leider hat es keine Heizung und der offene Kamin darf nicht benutzt werden. Auch der Swimming-Pool war nicht beheizt.
Wir hatten das Haus Ende Januar für eine Woche gemietet und mußten aufgrund der unerträglichen Temperaturen im Haus (nachts nur 8°C) nach zwei Tagen wieder abreisen. Der Hausverwalter hatte uns zwar einen verstaubten Heizstrahler zur Verfügung gestellt; dieser hat aber das große Haus nicht mal ansatzweiße heizen können. Leider hat sich der Vermieter überhaupt nicht kooperativ gezeigt und uns den anteiligen Mietzins nicht wieder zurück erstattet. Von daher können wir das ansich wunderschöne Haus während der Wintermonate absolut nicht empfehlen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in villaverde auf einem Hügel und hat eine fantastische Aussicht (360) Der housekepper Jean louis ist sehr nett und hat uns sehr gut beraten vor allem was Ausflüge angeht (mietauto ist ein muss )Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen das Haus lädt sehr gut zum relaxen ein und ist einfach traumhaft wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Maison moderne superbe très calme, bien équipée avec vue fantastique
Séjour de une semaine du 25 février au 4 mars (deux adultes et deux enfants).
La maison est très calme, bien équipée, bien située par rapport aux plages et autres centres d'intérêt, proche d'El Cotillo, Corralejo, la Oliva.
Beaucoup de possibilités de ballade aux alentours et pour les trailers et randonneurs, plein de sentiers ou chemins à explorer dans des paysages très variés (dunes, déserts de cailloux, petites ascensions sur les volcans autour).
Notre semaine était moyenne au niveau météo (vent et un peu de pluie) ce qui est inhabituel à cette saison sur l'Ile.
Un peu frais le soir mais la cheminée à foyer ouvert ou fermé était là pour nous réchauffer, elle fonctionne très bien et nous a permis de passer des soirées sympas autour du feu.
Jean-Louis avait prévu du bois à notre arrivée et aucun souci ensuite pour se réapprovisionner dans les drogueries des villages.
Jean-Louis qui s'occupe de la maison est très sympathique et très dévoué pour rendre le séjour agréable, il connaît l'ile parfaitement. Enfin, propriétaire très présent par mail pour communiquer toutes les consignes utiles.
On a adoré, on reviendra dés que possible !!!

Well appointed villa with stunning views
We were lucky to have a week of sunshine during Fuerteventura’s worst winter in many years.
The villa was very clean and well appointed with easy access to main road networtk. It was an excellent base for exploring the whole island. We really enjoyed the ever changing views from the fantastic floor to ceiling picture windows in the seating area.
There are several good restaurants in Villaverede, with top marks going to Casa Vieja. Lots of restaurants in nearby Corralejo too.
We were well looked after by Jean - Louis and we always had excellent communication from owner Hans.
Can thoroughly recommend the villa for a relaxing getaway!

Alles noch schöner als auf den Bildern!
Das Haus war sehr sehr schön und elegant eingerichtet, doch der Hammer war der Pool mit Terrasse... unbedingt die Poloheizung mitbuchen, dann kann man sogar in kühleren Nächten unter dem Sternenhimmel baden - fast wie in der Badewanne...
Die Lage könnte eigentlich auch nicht besser sein: Nach Cotillo zum wunderschönen Weststrand mit Klippen und herrlichem klassischen Sandstrand nur ca 15 Fahrminuten, ebenso zur Ostküste ins "shoppingParadies" von Corralejo und vor allem zum traumhaften Naturpark mit Sanddünen zum Rutschen und kilometerlangem fast schneeweißem Sandstrand - an windruhigen Tagen ist das Baden fast wie auf den Malediven, und der Atlantik hatte zu unserer Reisezeit (Anfang November) sicherlich noch angenehme 24 Grad ;)
Den Aquapark sollte man sich sparen....teuer und die einzigen unfreundlichen Personen von der ganzen Insel glaube ich arbeiten dort...
Unser favourite Restaurant war "Casa Marco" nur ca. 3 Autominuten entfernt. Man könnte auch leicht zu Fuß hin.
Wir sind aber dann lieber auf die umliegenden Vulkane - ist auch ein echtes Erlebnis, vor allem grandiose Aussichten.
JeanLouis war auch ein sehr angenehmer Betreuer und alles in allem war es ein perfekter Urlaub. Gleich zu Anfang hat er uns 2 Luftmatratzen geborgt, welche uns sehr gute Dienste erwiesen haben.
Wir freuen uns auf alle Fälle sehr, wenn wir wieder einmal Gäste der Villa Ocean View sein dürfen.

We are a family of four and we spent two perfect weeks in this house. The view is really stunning, the house is very clean and well equiped. The pool is wonderful and the very friendly Jean-Louis takes care of everything. Like Arnie says: We'll be back!

We stayed at Hans house for a week in february.
The house is located in villaverde and provides an Amazing opening view to the volcanos and Corralejo. The house is brand new and offers premium service (big living room with open kitchen, 3 bedrooms including one master bedroom all well decorated).
Heated swimming pool is a huge plus so that you can go for a swim anytime of the day and night.
Jean louis on behalf of Hans has been a great host and was available for all questions we had. He gave us a lot of good tips to enjoy as much as possible our short time there.
Corralejo is a good place for shopping. The beach just outside town is breathtaking and we advise you to go. Have a look to the weather forecast as it can be quite windy someday.
The other option is El cotillo and we did go a couple of times especially for the fantastic beach and 3 good restaurant especially la Marisma if you fancy fish with a direct view to the ocean.
Both towns are located 15-20 minutes by car.
Restaurants in Villaverde are great too.
Our 2 favorites were "casa marcos" and el horno.
You also have a supermarket (superdino) with extended opening hours.
At the time of the year, we had 20c the whole week and mostly sunny. No traffic everything is easy and convenient.
For families we have travelled south closed to costa calma where there is a zoo (oasis park). The zoo is very very good but quite expensive. On the way to go our back, we advise you to stop at Betencuria the old capital city.
Bottomline, we had a great time and we can only advise you to go to fuerteventura and stayed at hans house.

The villa is beautiful, and the view amazing. It had everything we needed, and everything looked very new and clean. Thanks to the pool heating we could even use the pool (in December). Jean-Louis, the manager, was very helpful. The only thing we missed were mugs that are slightly bigger than the small coffee cups. Also, we found the route description not entirely accurate, so we suggest to rely on car/phone navigation to get to the house. Those are just minor cons that didn't impact our stay though. We would definitely recommend this villa!
