Great, will do use this hotel in the future.

The location is perfect, close to WInStar. We've used this hotel before. It's pet friendly although we didn't bring our pet this time. You can't tell it is.

The only thing is the elevator is small. It is a littler noisy, but our room wasn't near it. Other than that, it was a great stay. Did not use the breakfast bar.

Roaches laid dead on the floor. The hallways need vacuumed. Trash on the floor. The bed was comfort

I really did not like breakfast.

The breakfast area was not clean. There was no juice out. They had not replenished any of the hot foods. And the syrup was all over the counter.

Beautiful accommodations, but not very well cleaned

The room was spacious and had a separate sitting area and very comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub area was amazing and they served a full hot breakfast. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and always had a smile on her face.

The bed skirts were very dirty and the shower had a huge wad of hair on the wall that should have been very easy to see by housekeeping. There were also a dirty towel and trash under the bathroom shelves.

Have always stayed at Comfort Inns. Will reconsider

Breakfast was poor. Food warm, biscuits hard, bacon barely cooked .

Shocked that they didn't clean room on weekend. Therefore we had no clean towels. Elevator got stuck several times so we walked the stairs several times.

Location. Bed was comfortable.

Cleaning beyond obvious surfaces was a opportunity. Linens clean, carpet vacuum. Elevator dirty, construction dust, air vents in room are caked with dirt. Would not stay again. Lights in room flickered like there was a short.

The location was good to where we were going but the hotel is outdated and dirty.

It was dirty. Dog poop was in the lobby the whole time we were there and no one ever picked it up

Okay for 1 night

Easy to find.

Putting a handicap room on 3rd floor at end of the hall, long walk do my husband who has trouble walking! The bugs, only decaf coffee in room. Young people working at desk acted like young children spent time playing outside vs attending to the desk.

Best breakfast at a hotel that we've ever seen. Beds very comfortable and quiet. Good location.

There was mould around the tub and the windowsill was covered in dead insects.

It was fair. But barely.

That it had a pool and a gym.

The pool water was so nasty and smelled really bad. Almost like they had been washing dogs in it. The need more bleach or something. I mean that's like a heath hazard.

We asked for extra towels at 830 am and we were told by front desk that it would take 30 min cause they didnt have any clean towels. 11 o'clock came by and time for us to check out and we didn't get the towels. When i asked at 11 they said towels were still not ready. Room was dirty, we found kisses chocolates on the floor. And toilet paper was changed out.

Very dirty and needs repair/upkeep, won’t stay again.

The location to WinStar Casino is very convenient, only being a 10 minute drive away.

The room was dirty. It had not been thoroughly cleaned in a long time. There were stains and splatters all over the couch, table, and other furniture. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The area of the wall next to the tub/shower looked like the leak is ongoing. The comforter had a stain that looked like blood. We only had 1 wash cloth, for a room with 2 queen beds. When we requested more wash cloths, we were given hand towels. The staff seemed unbothered. I witnessed other guests with complaints at the front desk, so I’m sure it wasn’t just my room. I can only upload 4 photos, but I took many to show how disgusting it was.

staying a few days don’t expect extra items you may need. This place won’t care.

right off the interstate.

hot tub was not warm, they had ABSOLUTELY NO TOWELS. For the pool or any extra for the rooms. They gave us a foot towel to shower and dry with.
