Rude staff member

close to good resturants room size hand rails in tub

1.The young man at checkin and other times was very rude. I even witnessed him put a caller on hold to finish something on his cell phone. The older lady was good. 2. Also stay was paid in full but I was charged 67 cents more at checkout. 3. housekeeping spoke no English and couldn't understand when I told her not to go in bathroom because my husband was in there. 4. Handicap rooms should have walk in showers. Climbing over the tub is difficult and sometimes impossible.

Carpet by the ac unit was wet, knob missing on closet door and no towel rack in bathroom.

Location and room ok

The bathroom toilet was not working properly. There was no hook to hang your towel behind the door. We would not advise other service groups with dogs for this hotel even though it's a violation of both Ada and housing.

Pleasant

My family stopped there for one night. We were traveling 10+ hours for a funeral. After checking into our room we discovered the door would not lock. After multiple attempts to change rooms the front desk clerk insisted they were fully booked and wouldn’t move us. The parking lot had very few vehicles in it…so he lied. Our family slept with a chair and luggage against the door. Needless to say we did not rest that night. When checking out we spoke with someone else about our concerns. We were told that we should have been moved and she apologized for our experience. She said that we would receive a discount. I have not receive it yet. Please check the locks on the door if you stay at this facility.

Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was clean and quiet. Location was excellent for our needs and as a single mom traveling with a child I felt very safe and comfortable there.

The toilet needed a little work; the water did not shut off unless you went in and jiggled the handle. Some of the lamps flickered when on. Nothing major

Clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast, pool, hospitality, & tons of eateries Close by!

some minor things could be updated but all in all the property is in good shape.

I wasn't impressed with this stay but it won't keep me from choosing other Comfort Inn's.

I like how quick and easy it was to check in and check out. The staff was nice as usual. The location was very convenient and close to some really fabulous restaurants.

The room was dingy and it smelt a little funny. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. I chose Comfort Inn because I've always been impressed by the breakfast offered and the kids always like it.

The stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites was okay but could have been better for the cost.

Location of hotel was good. Enjoyed being able to grab a quick breakfast. The size of the room was good.

It was dark in the room. The light weren’t well placed. In addition, some of the lightbulbs were not working. It was difficult to near impossible to get on the WI-FI. If we were able to get a signal, it had a short duration. We would frequently lose the signal.

We have stayed at Comfort Inns before and were very disappointed by the cleanliness of our room.

The front desk staff person that welcomed us was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to many restaurants and not too far off of I-35. The beds were comfortable.

The room and public restrooms did not appear to have been cleaned. There were spots and fingernails on the couch. There were pubic hairs in the tub. The tables did not appear to have been cleaned and were dusty. Could hear conversations in neighboring rooms.

Had a great time, would stay there again

It was great! The beds were comfortable, I was disappointed in the pool, It was warm in the pool area but as soon as you got in the pool it was ice cold. Not a big deal just not comfortable. It was in a safe area and I would stay there again.

The only thing would be how cold the pool was, couldn't even get in it because of how cold it was. Not a big deal.

booking.com showed they had a business center & hot tub…..NOT. Breakfast was a pre packed muffin & juice. The rooms were very clean; also very dated. The staff was a ghost staff; however we didn’t need anything so that was fine.

The room wasn't really clean and didn't have wash clothes. The phone didn't work in the room so we had to use our phones to call downstairs. The room had roaches.

Don't Stay Here,

Nothing but the location

THERE WAS AN EMPTY USED WATER BOTTLE IN WINDOWS, DIRTY BEDS, LOUD HEATER. HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS THE HEATER WAS SO LOD N MY BABY COULD NOT SLEEP. THEN THE BEDS WERE DIRTY WITH FOOD UNDER THE MATTRESSES. NASTY ROOM. CHANGED ROOMS LATE THAT NIGHT DUE TO LOUD HEATER SO DID NOT GET ANY REST AND THEN MANAGEMENT WOULD NOT ALLOW A LATE CHECK OUT. WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN!!!! Need a refund for our stay.
