Just ok.. not clean .. comfy bed

King bed was super comfy ,good view , hot water Guard shack security was super nice and attentive Great beach !

Room wasn't clean smelled like urine-I found used false lashes at sink , floor was dirty and sticky feeling we had to brush our feet off anytime we walked around even before we used the beach or facilities and in the corners of the room(s) was brown and built up .. I didn’t dare get in the bathtub part just (looked unsanitary) I cleaned and sanitized the whole room immediately and still didn’t feel clean- no outlet in kitchen area for coffee pot had to pull in at sink in bathroom area… only had a towel each for 5 days with no refresh… kitchen dishes and silverware were dirty I had to rewash prior to using Anything Air kept changing on its own we would set it to 70-72 and kick back to 76 - ceiling fan remote doesn’t reach very well u have to get super close to fan to use it which defeats the purpose When we first arrived also Housekeeping forgot our pool bracelets etc and came in on us Then 10-15 mins later so did maintenance for the ac unit with out knocking or anything -but were polite and apologetic for coming in and said they had been running late -still didn’t knock Pool guy was extremely rude but the lady security made up for it when she was there super friendly interactive on top of things and polite and smiling very pleasant . Oh and the pool doesn’t look as pictured

Everything was great beach wise and location wise, except some dirty covers and mattress and no wrist bands in the room

Everything you need is there , outside restaurant , drinks, snack shop, pool hot tub , a little kids pad,

The room itself smelled like smoke as soon as we walked in once the ac got going it filtered some of the smell went away, but you could always get a whiff of it at times.

Safe not usable. No instructions for TV. No stoppers in sinks. Only one coffee cup. No instructions for air conditioner. Light over shower burnt out.

Loved the atmosphere, loved the room, loved the location.

I DID NOT like that there was construction going in the room literally on the other side of the locked door in the room! It was horrible! They were Jack hammering, banging on the walls, the floor, etc. It was VERY disturbing Saturday and Sunday.

The room was fine, the environment was not.

Someone who claimed to be from VACASA maintenance cornered my wife wanting to get into the room to repair a cabinet. Nobody from VACASA notified us or this so he was not allowed in. He was not supportive or cordial about it and snapped that nobody was supposed to be in the room. Either VACASA has a communications problem or Boardwalk has a security issue.

The view , the ocean,the tub, the pool . The beach access was great. We would go back again and stay there. The 19 floor was lovely

Wasn't alot of TV channels, the bed was very uncomfortable, the furniture need to be updated. Went to check in and they sent us to the wrong place. The name was the same , y'all need to change the name of outside sign to resort .

30 Bucks Should Have Been the Going Rate

I liked that I could see the ocean & the people at the little building as you drive up were all super friendly. That is seriously all my family liked about this place- to which we will never stay here again.

The pool stayed closed (but the one day it was open, the security they have there... are RUDE) , the jets in our room tub didn't work, our place was so extremely crowded with furniture that I'm not sure how it isn't a fire hazard (Couldn't pull out the couch bed without moving the chairs & table into the hallway where the kitchenette is & that blocks the only exit- the armoire in there is entirely too big & can serve no purpose other than prohibiting you from getting to the balcony when the couch bed is out)- I knew the drywall was messed up which was fine (Hurricane Michael- they were also painting & redoing elevators & such which is completely understandable & overlooked) The aesthetics of how the tv, 2 pictures, breaker box is hung- I feel something more could be done as it is just cluttered. The bathroom cabinets were peeling, the sitting area in the bathroom was dirty, maybe stained, the tub had a cigarette burn on it. I honestly felt we were staying in a storage unit all weekend. Thank God we only needed it to shower & sleep.
