I like the modern style and colorful decor. I liked sliding door between toilet/shower and the sink and mirror.
I was on the fifth floor and the view was of the light rail track. The shades were pretty. Room had everything I needed and was compact. If I was with my husband we would need a larger room. He is a spreader.

Great size room and bed, very comfortable.
Nothing, but a courtesy bus to car hire would be useful
5.0
The location and cleanliness of the room.
A full service restaurant would be ideal, but there are many good eats near by!
5.0
If you have an early morning flight from SeaTac then this is ideal. With a regular shuttle right to the terminal
Can’t think of anything.

Loved the facility. Pulled off “boutique” well. The room was great- stylish and clean and with great pillows. Temperature and lighting were spot on.
Location is great, but be forewarned it is literally UNDER the light rail. I thought planes were taking off right above me but it was trains.
The bar was closed on Christmas and Christmas Eve. I understand giving folks the nights off for family time, but travelers being forced to travel on those days might REALLY need that camaraderie. I chose this hotel specifically because it had a bar, thinking nearby establishments would be closed. They were, as was the hotel bar. You can’t tell me that at least one employee would have volunteered for holiday pay.

Nice hotel, clean facilities, customer service was excellent
4.5
Good staff, friendly and helpful. Very nice on site cafe/bar with good staff. Very comfortable room. Airport shuttle service available. Very pleasant and large lobby to hang out in or work was another nice feature. They said hey have live music in the bar twice weekly. That would be nice to enjoy.
Most neighborhoods in Seattle are less than what they once were. This is no fault of the hotel but anyone staying anywhere in Seattle, stay well aware outside your hotel.

Great facility and great room
Could hear every single thing in the room above me

Distance to the airport and the size of the room
There is limited option for lighting in the room that for some people who needs bed lighting, it is limited option to choose, and the breakfast that is not included in the reservation

The staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. I arrived late at night and the check-in and was seamless and effortless. This location is very convenient and you are able to get to downtown Seattle in 25 minutes! My room was clean, bigger than expected and SO comfortable. I love Aloft hotels and will definitely be back!

Easy check in, clean and cool amenities (like breakfast area, bar, restaurant), the room was clean and very comfortable. Excellent bed and shower. Free shuttle to the airport was a huge plus! Would stay again for an easy connection to SeaTac airport.

The room was clean and featured the latest upgrade.
On our second night we noticed droplets of blood on the sheets after the room was clean. The front desk was called and no one came to change the sheets. Fortunately, there were two beds in the room.

The hotel is in a good location from the airport although the exact location is a little bit confusing. The room is clean. The bed is all right. I love the bathroom spacious and really clean. The staff are all friendly and helpful. My daughter enjoyed playing in the lobby. It was nice that there were a few things to do while staying in the lobby of the hotel. The hotel is also very vibrant with colors. Entering will make you feel good and happy. Also, we love that there is an available shuttle to take you to a few restaurants around the hotel. The driver is funny, kind and friendly. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and fun even for just a short time.

Great location, airport shuttle
Properties nearby that cost less included breakfast, and this one offered food but it was expensive. If breakfast was included in the stay it would have been a better value.
