Overnight stay for connecting flight - super

No shuttle and no hand soap in bathroom. Used shower soap for hand washing.

Nice facility

Airport shuttle was full, said it would return in 15 minutes. After 30 minutes ,called a $30 cab. Arrived at Marriott and 2 shuttles were there ,setting empty.

Well I specifically asked for an executive suite with the big bathroom like the photos and we didn’t receive that but paid more. I also had family members drop off roses and chocolates since it was our wedding night and they were not even placed in the room and it was only the day prior

Convenient to the airport and a very nice hotel. I would stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful. The restaurant is excellent.

The walls don't seem to be insulated for sound. I could hear other guests in their rooms and the hallways.

We probably would’ve been better off staying at the janky spot up the street.

The food was good and fresh and for the price, it better had been. The white maintenance guy was nice and did his best, the black lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, and the black waitress working the bar area who had locs was pretty nice as well.

The fact that we sat in our room for two hours with the door open (no privacy) because the ac was broken and on 78 degrees. Had to contact them FOUR times. One phone call, three in person, three different people before someone came to fix it. After all that hassle, the tv wouldn’t hold volume. Every time we turned the volume up, it went back down to zero and they couldn’t figure out how to fix it. So after we’ve already unpacked and cleaned our room with our own cleaning supplies, we had to pack back up, and move rooms anyway. Clean and unpack again. Totally inconvenient. I asked the lady at checkout if there would be any compensation for our inconveniences we faced (like comp our meals since we’ve already paid for the room) and she said someone would get with us after 2pm. Of course no one ever reached out.

SeaTac overnight stay

Short transfer from Airport. Nice friendly staff and the bar was lovely.

Just as in most North American Hotels it is always 2 Queen beds. Which there could be more places with a Queen and 2 singles, makes it easier when travelling with 2 teenage kids.

Conveniently Close to the Airport

We really appreciated the hotel shuttle to and from the airport. They were also helpful directing us to the car rental bus. Rooms were cozy, and breakfast being available is always lovely. Beware the ice machine on the lower level.

Very disappointing for the almost $300 we spent. Should’ve stated at the Red Lion like usual

Nice location, beautiful hotel

Shower in our room didn’t work. I booked a king suite with a walk in shower (I have email confirmation) We got a queen room and a tiny bathroom, the shower head only worked on one setting (my husband is a carpenter and he couldn’t fix it…it was all seized up)

Lovely hotel, but very pricey. Shuttle service to and from the airport was very good. The room was fresh and clean. The bed was especially comfortable. Everything seemed clean and well taken care of.

We were disappointed with our reserved dinner. We'd booked a table up front, but ended up sitting by the kitchen in the back. When we spoke up, we were told sorry, but they were very busy that night. Checking in and out didn't go as smoothly as it could have and the staff both times seemed harried with other customers and were not especially friendly

Not as good as we expected

Clean spacious room, cool decor, the usual amenities

This felt like a loud hotel. We got in a little late, spending just one night before catching an early morning flight. We could hear every door close and every conversation that walked by our door. Temperature was hard to regulate, we turned it on and it went to 61, tried adjusting but it would not adjust. It was so late so we just turned it off. Front desk person was ok, friendly but not really friendly. We picked this hotel for the free shuttle which we did take and got us to the airport in time. At 445 in the AM it felt like half the hotel was outside waiting. After everyone loaded and we made 2 stops before ours (southwest) at the terminal it took about 45 mins door to door, so keep that in mind.

It was very nice stay!

Great room, magnificent view. The hotel needs an update! The decoration and theme of the hotel was breath taking. My family and I felt that we were really in the Northwest. The Mountain view from the room was our favorite thing in the whole stay.

Good option for stay after a flight arriving late at night

Not far from the airport. While the room was rather small, it was just fine for one night stay after a long flight.

My stay was awesome, it was comfortable, safe and just what we needed for a one day trip to Seattle.

The bed was comfy, the staff at the restaurant were so incredibly friendly!

The coffee maker was broken and the maintenance guy was grumpy and condescending, I think he's overworked or doesn't like to work!

We have a reservation that was paid for and our flight got delayed, we called the property early and notified them. Upon arrival the hotel gave our room away and told use they didn't have any other room.

Nice place, little pricy, but I am learning that in the land of hotels, you get what you pay for.

The hotel was clean, the shower was very good, (enough water pressure to wash my thick hair), the bed was comfy, and the food was good.

The shuttle took a while to pick us up at the airport. Or maybe it just felt like a while, we were exhausted.

Will avoid Marriott as much as possible

Location is convenient and shuttle to airport is good.

Everywhere in the world WiFi is included but in Marriott you have to pay for it.
