The resort is huge, and there are a lot of things to do, restaurants and pools are everywhere. The staff is also very friendly and attentive, bringing anything you like, and the kitchen has really good food.
The management is a disaster.
We could only check in at 8pm as they had a 6pm checkout at their rooms. Housekeeping told us this is happening all the time, and they apologised by offering a free dinner at the all inclusive restaurant which looks like a canteen. We were tired, sweaty and the whole day was ruined due to waiting and then due to a very low quality restaurant. Thankfully the food buffet is good. But the all inclusive restaurant is a disaster. The chairs were so dirty we could not even sit. The tables are crowded, no provacxy at all. You feel like you are in a cheap canteen. This is unacceptable as you lose a full day, plus topping up with this experience. I have never seen a hotel which does not allow you to have your room until 8pm. And this is not unique, so it can happen with you next, easily!!!!
Another thing is screaming kids everywhere. The hotel has child free areas, which is a saviour, but the management does nothing to stop screaming and running kids around the common areas. When parenting fails, management should step in to save other guests, as this is a massive issue. The pool and the breakfast area is literally a kindergarden, which is very dangerous as they keep bumping into guests who drop their plates, they finger the buffet and touch all the food which is disgusting, and they are everywhere so guest cannot sleep due to the noise even at midnight.
I believe with a few small changes the hotel could be easily the best one on the Island. Shame.

The resort is beautiful with a breathtaking view of the sea. The staff is friendly, the food was delicious & there are many kids friendly activities. Warmly recommended!

Food and drink very good.
Daytime and evening entertainment teams were excellent, great mix of activities and very friendly staff.
For the price and other outstanding aspects the lack of enough sunbeds in main pool.location was disappointing.

The fact that you wake up and see the greenery of the golf course was truly magical.
The service tops it all off, all the employees were kind and helpful.
Oh and the breakfast was divine! A vast selection of food for everyone, even for those who prefer healthy options - there was a whole healthy isle.
Nothing Really!
But a little suggestion would be a play area for the toddlers as the swings / play area was only for older children.

Close to Paphos and Petra tou Romiou
At arrival, the bellboy refused to help my husband with the luggage (knowing we were travelling with a kid less than 2 years old, had a lot of luggage and our room was on the other side of the complex). For a 5-star hotel this is unacceptable.
The lady at the reception was incompetent, did not share important infomation with us during our arrival so we had to do forths and backs from the other side of the complex to solve the issues we had. Also, we had to extend our stay and had to make a second reservation. She was uncapable of helping, her colleague asked us to check out and check in again, knowing we stayed at the same room. First time this happens to me.
It appeared that to get beach towels you need to pay a deposit of 20EUR per towel. The towels were nothing special but quite basic ones that might even not cost 20€! Definitely not what I would have expected form a 5-star hotel, knowing that we stayed before close to Aya Napa and we had beach towels provided in our 4-star hotel (so not a Cyprus standard neither).

The bathroom and breakfast are the only things we enjoyed from our stay
We booked this hotel for an overnight stay due to a wedding. We were advised that the check in was at 2pm. I had asked for an early check in and I told them that our ETA was between 11-12am. The hotel told us that they wouldn’t be able to guarantee an early check in, however they would try to accomodate us. We arrived at the hotel at 11:15am only to be told that the room wasn’t ready and that the check in time was at 3pm. We weren’t dressed for the wedding and therefore had to make alternative arrangements in order for us to be able to get ready. We were told by the receptionist that the room will be ready asap and that they will call us once it’s ready. They ended up calling us at 3:45pm, however the wedding had started. We ended up going to the room at 7:30pm!!!!!! We left our stuff and went straight back to the hall for the wedding dinner. We return to the room at 3am in the morning only to find a pack of ants running through our room from the entrance door to the balcony door and on the bed!!!!!!! It was so late that we decided to try to get a few of them out so that we can sleep!!!! The next day we checked out at 10:30am and had advised the staff regarding the ants only be told thank you for letting us know! no apology whatsoever for both the delay of the check in and the ants in the room!!! not to mention how dusty the balcony was!!!!! We paid €230 for this room for one night and it was so disappointing that we are definitely NOT going back here!!!!! The hotel needs a serious renovation and the prices are not justified by the service that was offered to us!!!! One other couple that came with us and booked a villa also told us that they had ants in their bedrooms!!! unacceptable!!!!

Everything, one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Cyprus. 😍
Nothing. Only thing is that we waited one hour to check - in but that was only because we wanted the swim up rooms plus we couldn’t complete the pre checkin on line the day before we checked in at the hotel 🙃

Very family-friendly hotel with an aqua park, a playground and a kid's club with several interesting topics/lessons throughout the day. Clean and comfortable rooms (Family room will easily accommodate 2 adults and 2-3 children, the smallest in an extra cot). Meals are served in separate rooms for guests with and without children, respectively, and both breakfast and dinner buffets offer a large variety of fresh and delicious food. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easily the best value for money among the 5 star hotels we have stayed at in the Paphos area - mainly because of the many excellent activities for children - ours are 9, 7 and 4 years and they loved it!
You have to pay a €20 deposite per towel in the reception, then proceed to the gym to get the towels and then carry them to the pool area/sunbeds. Could have been organised a bit more flexible - closer to where you would need them.

The breakfast and the dinner buffet were huge and amazing.
2.0
the room and the location
- Very noisy at 5:00am in the morning
- breakfast a la carte but u have to choose between English breakfast or Cyprus breakfast or omelet or granola or pancakes. GRANOLA AND PANCAKES ITS NOT A MAIN COURSE! If they had buffet with the same money i will ate and eggs and pancakes. With the same money they call me to choose!
- the cheese in the breakfast had mold
- 3 days there no one came to clean our room
- they didn’t have candle for a birthday cake that i order many days before
- 3 days they have only one pub open for dinner
- 5* luxury hotel with no jacuzzi
4.5
All good.
Very early checkout if you like to sleep.

The hotel's territory is wonderful
We found ants in our refrigerator, shower wasn't clean and the bed linen was dirty

Stay was very nice, staff was very helpful. the breakfast is good as well.
half-board price is a bit overpriced, but the rest of the stay - is great!
3.0
Nice room and location. Beatiful view.
The heating of the swimming pool didn't work at night despite it was additionally ordered. The staff is overloaded and has no time to help.
3.0
kids playground, the room itself
reception staff and booking communication left more questions than answers and did not satisfy me
3.0
We liked slides in the kids pool and the playground.
There was a concert in the Village square which we enjoyed in the evening.
Good at breakfast is nice ( except the coffee).
The mats in the kids pool were smelly and kids feet were black from the mat ( the paint was coming off it).
There was a smell in the bathroom coming either from the sewerage system or because the rooms is not aired enough times and it’s humid.
The foot at dinner buffet was not worth the 40eur they charge ( not much choice except the sweets).
