Rigtig god oplevelse hos villaen

Rigtigt godt ophold. Rigtig rent, gode faciliteter, godt med privatliv, meget god været. Alt fungerede. Lækker stor pool. Rigtig god og varm jacuzzi. Stor god grill. Rigtig god beliggenhed.

Vandfald ved garagen samt poollys virkede ikke/manglede.

A relaxing and restful break.

The villa is in a peaceful location but with facilities close at hand. The garden is beautiful, with plenty of mature trees and shrubs and a large pool.

Lovely family Holiday in a beautiful villa.

Lovely big villa, so nice having your own pool. 15 mins walk to Costa and village restaurants. The host David was excellent.

The supermarket on site is very expensive. So it’s a bit of a drive to do a big shop. We found a Lidl on the way to Paphos there’s also a supermarket in Kouklia. Car hire is essential.

A great place to stay.

This large property has a wonderful garden and swimming pool to match. The kitchen was impressive with Bosch appliances throughout and a Nespresso coffee maker. An added bonus of the property was the pool and table tennis table, which we enjoyed playing. The heated swimming pool was quite large and fairly warm. Birds seem to have liked the property as much as me, there were several swallow nests with young and a laughing dove sitting on eggs in the hedge. There was access on to the golf course, which provided a short cut to the restaurants after golf had finished for the day. David, the host, was very helpful and amenable and answered all questions very quickly from the moment of booking. I cannot praise him enough.

A beautiful well equipped villa with a heated salted pool we used in April. Perfect.

The villa was outstanding for a 3 generational family holiday. The outside space and furniture were exceptional, as was the heated pool and jacuzzi. The games room was a bonus too. David was very helpful.

Absolutely amazing villa and such great hosts!

We had the most amazing time at Villa Unidera. Lots of family and friends came out for our wedding and a group of us stayed at the villa for a week. It is a stunning villa, brilliant facilities, the rooms are perfect and the pool is a great size and depth. David and Nicos were fantastic, so accommodating, went above and beyond for us since the moment we booked and were contactable at any time throughout our stay (originally a 2020 booking, then 2021 but finally made it in 2022 after covid putting a stop to the other dates). We could not recommend their villa enough and really hope one day we will be back (or maybe to stay in their other villa nearby).

Amazing stay! Would go back!

The villa has everything you need for a relaxing break. The pool is heated which is great and there is enough space for everyone to do what they like in the villa at the same time - someone on the Bbq, some in the pool, some playing table tennis or pool!

With exception for the master bedroom, the other double bedrooms do have a bed which is on the smaller side so for 2 adults it is a little snug!

Great place, amazing HEATED pool, good value for money (at least off-season).

Everything is tasteful, everything is well taken care of. A little detail that wasn't mentioned and was a really nice surprise is that the pool is heated. So even though outside there were approx. 13 degrees celsius, the pool was a nice way to end the day. The two upstairs rooms are big and spacious, each with its own private bathroom. One of them has both a shower and a bathtub, with the Jacuzzi right outside the door. The pool table / ping-pong table was a very nice feature. There are two VERY BIG fridges in the kitchen + one or two extra near the barbecue. So you can have all the drinks and food you like withot having to constantly go to the supermarket. There is enough space for two cars in the front yard (the other side of the house from the pool). All in all, everything was great, David was a wonderful host and Nikos (the property manager) was friendly and helpful.

Some things were a little worn-up (like the ceiling in the main bathroom, like the cue sticks from the pool table - only one was in a good shape); I needed some extra barbecue tools wich I bought and left there (hope someone else will find it useful). :) Even though I didn't mind, I will state it here - if you book this property, you need a car. It's way up the hills and, in theory, there is a bus station somewhere close, but I really can't imagine it practical what-so-ever. Another inconvenience was the power settings - A/C and heating work in 4 hour intervals, so probably, during cold nights or really hot days, this could be annoying. On the other hand, I can understand this system, with lots of people letting the A/C on non-stop for 7 days. The two downstairs rooms are quite small (compared to the other two), they're very good for children, but if you go in couples, you might fight for the two big rooms :)))

Fantastic family stay

Superb outdoor area, plenty of space and well equipped. Comfortable property, tastefully furnished, quiet and relaxing.

Pool/hot tub dyed our swimsuits and blonde hair green 😩 AC only runs in 4 hourly blocks so doesn’t last all night.
