Our stay was delightful and we look forward to returning soon.

The innkeepers were friendly and helpful (giving recommendations for restaurants, making reservations). The grounds were well/maintained . There were several areas inside and out to sit and relax.

A fantastic find on the Connecticut Coast, if you are ever in the area it's a Must Stay!

Superb!. From the moment we arrived until we left the experience at the Homestead was exceptional. Beautiful renovated house with large spacious rooms full of eclectic stuff collected by the owners. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed and more including a fantastic vinyl record player with a massive selection of albums to play. The home downstairs had a gorgeous fire and a great place to relax and chat (with guests or the host). A fantastic popcorn machine, salted taffy on tap and a bottle of port for a nightcap all available for the guests. We had a lovely evening chatting to the host Ralph who was very engaging and made sure we had everything we needed. It was clear that he was proud of this family run business and wanted guests to partake of all they provide. Breakfast was lovely, simple but plentiful. Ellen and Ray were always on hand to make sure we had everything we needed and were attentive and friendly. A beautiful 2 nights and I end how I started, superb.

Breakfast was buffet style which was not what I expected from a Bed and Breakfast. Shower is way too small and it was unable to be adjusted. No blackout shade.

Beautiful, spacious and welcoming bed and breakfast in a lovely location.

The property is so lovely with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spacious, the common areas are gorgeous. The owner and everyone there was very welcoming and kind. The breakfast was excellent and they keep out snacks and tea/coffee all the time, plus fresh popcorn in the evening during our rousing game of cornhole. We really loved it. One of the favorite place we have ever stayed!

The Homestead was actually the main great discovery of our trip

this property will exceed your expectations in every way. we will be back!

by far the greatest part of our stay was the caring and personable staff. this is what you miss when you rent an airbnb and you never actually see anyone connected to the property. also, madison was lovely!

not much to complain about. maybe the rug could have been better vacuumed but this is a minor concern when the room and the staff and the local beach within walking distance is all sooooo lovely.

THE DECORATION WAS AMAZING, THE FABRICS, THE DETAILS IN EVERY CORNER OF EVERY ROOM. THE SLEEPINGROOMS HAD ALL THE AMENITIES YOU WOULD EXPECT FROM A TOP LEVEL HOTEL, PLUS MORE. COZY AND CHARMING ROOM WITH EVERY DETAIL TO MAKE YOU FEEL AT HOME. THE BED REALLY COMFROTABLE AND THE OWNERS WERE REALLY ANF TRULY WELCOMING. THE HOME`S PET WAS A REALLY FRIENDLY AND SWEET DOG.

The Homestead is a beautiful BNB in the charming CT town of Madison.

incredibly charming! The owners went out of their way to make sure every need was taken care of: ultra comfy beds, delicious choices for breakfast, beautiful grounds. We had our dog with us and they made sure we had a dog-friendly room with a private entrance & private patio.

Staff were great and really helpful. Breakfast was simple but very tasty (homemade quiche and scones, fruit, cereal, freshly brewed coffee etc.). Location was a few minutes by car (or bike) from the beautiful town of Madison.
