About this house rental

Walking distance from Lee University, shops, restaurants, and more. Enjoy the open concept living space after a day of exploring the city or close by rivers, trails, and scenic drives through the mountains. Or just come to relax in the swing on the wide front porch in our welcoming neighborhood. The home is an updated craftsman style bungalow with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. Two of the bedrooms are located on the main floor; the master with a king size bed and private bathroom with a soaking claw foot tub, and the front bedroom with a queen size bed. Another bathroom is located on the main floor boasting a large walk-in tiled, glass door, shower. Upstairs is a large room with 2 twin beds and a comfortable sitting area for reading or working when required. The kitchen is stocked with many small appliances, utensils, condiments, coffee and tea, and usually a snack or two. A Weber charcoal or gas grill is available on the back deck with ample seating to share a meal outdoors. In the living areas, kick back and unwind with your entire group, choosing from a favorite television show on the satellite TV, or a movie night complete with popcorn and delicious snacks. The dining area accommodates 8 guests easily. Additionally, you'll find all the comforts of home are offered here, including complimentary wireless internet access and in-unit laundry machines. In the evenings, sip a glass of wine while swinging on the large covered front porch .

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this house while traveling for a horse show nearby. The house is very clean and comfortable and perfect for our family of four. We will be booking again for next year.

The house is very near Lee, in a nice neighborhood. It is decorated very nicely and felt really comfortable to hang out with my family. The host, Joyce, was very friendly and easy to communicate with. She responded quickly and gave very clear and easy to follow instructions in all of our communication.

Beautifully renovated cottage style home with all supplies needed (and then some) to enjoy our stay. Super clean and close to everything. We were visiting the area for a family wedding, and we thought it was a perfect place to stay .

This was a beautiful home with the sweetest host. We stayed graduation weekend and were so close to campus and other fun things. That was perfect since my daughter no longer lives in Cleveland. She was able to get to all of the grad events easily and quickly. It seems like our time in Cleveland has come to a close but if we ever did have a reason to visit nearby we’d definitely choose this sweet home again.

This house was beautiful. Well decorated and very clean. It was nice and spacious and provided my family with everything we needed. It’s location is in such a nice and quiet neighborhood. We loved staying here and would consider coming back to this house if we are ever back in the area!

Great place!! Owner communicated very well!!! The upstairs was a bit hot even with the fan; also lamp in den next to couch will not turn on. Place was decorated very nice; it was well stocked!! I would stay there again!!

We recently visited Cleveland for a Lee University track meet. This house was great for our family- 4 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 2). There is an awesome park right around the corner that my granddaughters loved. House has everything you will need! Communication with the host was 10/10. We would definitely stay here again.

We were delighted with this home. Very comfortable and well equipped. Only caution is there is not a lot of hot water so if you are a family group as we were, prepare to wait 30 minutes between showers. Owners are wonderful.

I cannot say enough good about our stay. This is an old home that has been completely renovated, yet maintains the original character of the home, i.e., the original wood floors. The decor of the home looks straight from a magazine. I took a soak in the claw foot tub every night!! The home is completely stocked with every basic necessity you might need. Laundry supplies were available so I could do my laundry before leaving. The owners were most accommodating when we needed to check-in a little early. If we are ever in that part of Tennessee again, this will be the place I stay. Book it! You will not regret it!!

Visited Cleveland for a family wedding in Delano. It was a great value vs getting two hotel rooms to house our family of 5. House had historic charm with modern upgrades. I loved the attention to detail—- full sized bath products and first aid items in case we were in need. Will be recommending to others who may be visiting the area!

Great little quiet house! Nice for a family stay, we were here for a wedding! However, lots of dust under furniture… seems like everything was cleaned around but not deep cleaned. The dishwasher is also not connected correctly and a bit wonky. Otherwise, nice stay! Great communication as well. Would stay again!

The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It is close to amenities, and has easy hwy access. The only thing we noticed was a few ants in the kitchen area. Otherwise all was great, and would stay there again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. There did seem to be an issue with ants that caused us to waste a bunch of food. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had almost anything you could need. The location was very convenient and quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this property! It was very clean, centrally located to multiple restaurants (and amazing coffee shops!), and in a very safe neighborhood. The beds and the linens were very soft. The kitchen was well stocked and I found everything I need to make our meals. I had inquired about several things about the area and the property owner contacted me almost immediately. If you need a place to stay in Cleveland, stay here. We came for a wedding and it was perfect!

They made our trip perfect! It was great for our family of 5. This is only about 15 minutes from our day rafting trip in Ocoee and there was some wonderful hiking close too.
