Da manutenzionare

Comodo alla linea c della metro, in un carinissimo quartiere residenziale con diversi servizi a poca distanza (bar, creperia, pasticceria) e qualche via laterale dove parcheggiare l'auto gratuitamente. Utile cucina in comune dotata di tutto il necessario (frigo con cassetto dedicato alla stanza, microonde, bollitore, tostapane, macchinetta nespresso, lavatrice ed asciugatrice) e con tavolo. Check in autonomo con codice inviato via booking. Camera pulita ogni giorno, abbiamo trovato due bottigliette d'acqua e due capsule di caffè in stanza.

Insonorizzazione assente, si sentiva tutto dalle altre stanze, anche avendo avuto vicini silenziosi la doccia sembrava la stessero facendo in camera nostra. L'host non è presente, quindi se arrivano ospiti chiassosi, tipo una famiglia con bambini urlanti dopo mezzanotte, non c'è nessuno a far rispettare le regole di civile buon senso. Come visto in altre recensioni confermo che la porta d'ingresso dell'edificio è abbastanza rumorosa nel chiudersi, che gli scarichi del bagno emettono un odore sgradevole specialmente quando ospiti delle altre camere fanno la doccia e che la luce in corridoio di notte si accende a caso. La stanza n.3 davvero piccolissima, col letto appoggiato al muro da un lato e materasso scomodissimo, mio marito si coricava e io sprofondavo dalla sua parte. La porta del bagno è a soffietto ma manca di guida inferiore ed è su un gradino, quindi se aprendola le doghe scivolano in basso è un casino richiuderla. Ma il problema più grave è stata la MUFFA che era visibile in bagno, ma che comportava odore di umido in tutta la camera. Abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta (fortunatamente siamo in estate) ma ho fatto molta, molta fatica a resistere tutte e tre le notti prenotate. Su tutto il resto si può anche sorvolare, alla fine il soggiorno è stato molto economico, ma, mi spiace, che io debba respirare muffa...anche no.

Guter Preis, gute Besserung

Alles da, was man braucht. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Nähe Flughafen. Handtücher, Duschgel, kleine Wasserflasche inklusive. Küche und Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine stehen zur Verfügung.

Magnífico

Todo. Reservamos aquí para coger un vuelo al día siguiente temprano, está muy cerca 10 minutos como mucho en coche del aeropuerto. La habitación es más que suficiente por el precio y la cocina está muy limpia y organizada.

Excellent stay

Excellent acommodation. Our room was clean, we had a very good private bathroom, AC with heating and cooling, windows have excellent blinds so the bedroom gets properly dark, wifi worked great and self checkin + general mobility was great as the property and the bedroom had electronic password locks. I can only recommed ! Maia is about 30min from the center of Porto, but a great area and super close to the airport.

A largura da casa de banho e a colocação do cifão são estranhas, não permitindo que estejamos sentados no cifão normalmente (temos de nos sentar de lado, senão batemos na parede da frente).

Superb

The whole place was incredible. Everything was clean and nice and the air conditioning was an absolute treat! The kitchen and patio were fantastic as well.

The rooms we a bit small but the place had plenty of room to hangout outside of the room which made it barely even noticeable.

For one night max if you need to travel using the Porto airport.

Location close to Oporto airport! Very clean, good facilities ! Kitchen where you can cook, laundry appliances !

There’s a cafe close to the house, a lot of noise during the night. We couldn’t sleep well due the noise until 1am. The toilet it’s so close to the wall in the bathroom that it’s impossible to seat properly ( you need to seat sideways ).

Only good to sleep for few hours and a quick shower.

It was ok for one night stay before a flight from near by airport. Easy to get in with code.

Too small, no chair or desk and we found hairs in the bedsheet. Wrong placement on Google maps. You can find it only with Apple Maps.

I loooved it!! First the Reception is very friendly! Second it smells soo good! If you enter the house it smells very fresh and like parfume! The room is very clean and the design in grey is very calming. You get two bottles of water extra. Very good price for this whole thing. Thanks.

Very good

I really enjoyed the place, all clean and the room was pretty comfortable. The house is located in a quiet, residential area and close to restos and supermarkets.

The guests next room were horrible, super loud and it was hard to have a proper rest before an early flight.

Only stayed one night but

Clean. Comfortable bed. Adequate storage facilities. Shower powerful and good temperature control. Well maintained. Sky news. Good clean shared kitchen facilities. Quiet location. Easy but safe keypad access. Good location for shops, cafes, etc. Always someone on hand to help with any issues via the telephone. And the free bottled water was a nice touch.

i will not return to this location!

location was good.

the room was tiny and so humid that water was literally dripping down the walls. at one point, the key pad to enter into my room got stuck and I could not get back in. there is NO staff to contact, no number to call, nothing. it was (is) quite frustrating. there should be -- AT MINIMUM-- an emergency number to contact if needed! this is a fail!

Nice Comfortable place to stay in safe community

Private room was very nice. A code was given to enter and there were no staff present during my stay. I did have a few minor concerns which the owner was able to rectify for me immediately. Ordered a taxi for an early morning flight. everything was clean and nice and I did not use the rear terrance. I did not see any other travelers during my stay. There was a great Portuguese restaurant right across the street with traditional homemade dishes which I took advantage of. I highly recommend that place also and it was very reasonable. Close to downtown MIAI area.

Bathroom toilet was very crowded but it was my own and private.
