The atmosphere was great. The mini lake and the birds was cool. Breakfast was decent. The stay was good value for money.
There was no light for the bathroom during load shedding. Also the shower is open so the whole bathroom floor was wet after a shower.

Comfortable, clean and convenient, in lovely peaceful surroundings. Most amazing, caring hostess, very hands-on. Arranged for a very late (delicious) breakfast after we had to go out for a very early appointment. To fill our day we were given very valuable information about what to do in the area. We were glad that we had the opportunity to stay an extra night. We were made to feel very much at home during a very difficult time for us. Annemarie even called the evening after we left to make sure we had arrived home safely.
Very happy with the accommodation.

Spacious room
the room was a bit dirty and the wiring to the bedside lamps was dangerous

The location of the venue is very good. The breakfast was excellent - the chef is super friendly and is excellent with eggs and omelettes. All the personnel are very friendly and helpful. The hosts truly walk the extra mile to keep their guests happy - it is most certainly a passion for them, not a job!
We had a little trouble with loud noise from other neighbouring guests that had an effect on our privacy, but the hosts attended to it and sorted out the problem.

The breakfast was fantastic, especially the bread
No complaints, could do with a small kitchen
2.5 / 5.0
The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The room was clean.
The request at booking for two single beds was not paid attention to, forcing a relocation. The apartment is not sound-proof - we could hear every word the neighbours were saying. The laquer on the floor is peeling. The door handle is about to break.

We were travelling with a small dog and they brought our breakfast to the room and we ate on the patio.
The solar powered lamp to get us through load shedding.
TV wasn't functioning but it was as a result of load shedding and the system hadn't rebooted properly.

Breakfast was exceptionally good!

The farm was lovely with the view of the vineyard and mountains. Sunrises were spectacular. Good birding spot for beginners. Breakfast was tasty and well prepared in front of fire.
Only received a solar light on last night when I wasn't even there most of the night during loadshedding. Doors and other surfaces had not been properly cleaned eg bathroom door had grimy fingerprints on it, the blinds were dusty and worse was a used hand towel that looked like it had been there for weeks as it was filthy.
