NOTICE--OUR ENTIRE CONDO COMPLEX HAS JUST COMPLETED A YEAR LONG MULTI MILLION DOLLAR REMODELING PROJECT. THEY HAVE DONE BEAUTIFUL WORK AND HAVE ADDED TO OUR ALREADY OUTSTANDING COMPLEX. This nicely furnished NON-SMOKING condo is ready for your next getaway. Located on the third floor from the ground, large 1698 sq ft end unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths boasts an additional 470 sq ft wraparound deck with water views. For your security, an individual door code will be given to each renter. WiFi and unlimited local and US long distance phone calls are provided as well as 4 Smart TVs consisting of a 55" Smart TV in the Living Room, 43” in the Master BR , 32" Smart TV in one guest room, and a 24” in the other guest bedroom. All TVs are connected to You Tube TV so you can watch all your favorite shows and cable channels. The Master BR has a King Bed, a Queen Bed in each of the guest rooms. Full sized washer and dryer included. All bedding and towels provided. (Sorry NO PETS of guests allowed due to HOA rules.)

Amenities: Feel the breeze gently blow across the large wrap around deck as you sway in the hammock with a book in your hand and a beverage next to you or as you lounge in one of the deck chairs. Watch wildlife come for a stroll off to the side of the deck or take a short walk (800 feet) or drive to the beach. If you would rather take a bike ride, 2 complimentary bicycles are available for your use and are stored in the private storage room downstairs at the next elevator area. Downtown Fernandina is only 2 miles away with sidewalks all the way. You can also explore one of the trails at Ft. Clinch State Park which backs up to the condo property or walk along the beach and look for treasures left behind by the waves. Cool off after your adventures in the beautiful pool or soak in the hot tub. Curb your appetite by grilling on one of the gas grills located just behind the pool area and use the picnic table to catch up on the events of the day. Later, use the WiFi to check up on the rest of the world or make a call back home to share about your day at the Beach.

Fernandina: Fernandina Beach is the closest beach in Florida to guests driving from the North. Jacksonville International Airport is only 25 miles away as is River City outdoor mall. Downtown Fernandina Beach on Amelia Island is like going back in time. Many describe this Victorian era village as “ Mayberry by the sea!” The buildings date back into the 1800s and are today used for restaurants, antique stores, gift shops, and our favorite..the fudge and ice cream shop! At the end of downtown is an active marina that boasts beautiful sunset views over the water. Keep a watch for the manatee and dolphins seen frequently, or adventure out on the water on a chartered cruise or fishing trip. Cumberland island is a short ferry ride away and is known for it's wild horses roaming the islands, historic ruins among the beautiful oaks, and pristine beaches...perfect for a day's hike or overnight camping. This unit was perfect for our family trip with our 2 adult kids. So spacious and offers all amenities you could need. Location is fantastic. We loved sitting on the wrap around balcony at night. And a late afternoon nap in the hammock is just what the doctor ordered. PS. The mattress in the master bedroom was sooooo comfy!

My husband and I stayed at this condo in Ocean Park in early April of 2024 with other family members. We have been to Fernandina Beach and the Amelia Island area many times over the past 25 years. It is a sweet community with a lot to offer in the way of beautiful beaches, weather, a lovely downtown, excursions from the marina, shopping and restaurants. We have always felt very safe here. This condo has everything you might need to make a wonderful vacation. Lots of outdoor space in a stellar complex. Great pool, hot tub and outdoor cooking area. The interior of the condo is decorated nicely in a beach theme and is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The kitchen is well stocked with herbs, spices, cookware, utensils, cups, plates etc. The beds are comfortable. And last, but NOT least, the owners are extremely responsive, friendly and helpful.

This condo was perfect all around. The property listing was accurate. The condo is very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was fairly well stocked (could maybe use some more wine glasses and sharpen the knives...minor thing). The balcony is HUGE- and for those of you renting in the heat of summer, this one gets a steady breeze! Not only is the condo itself great, the complex is nice overall, and the location is ideal in my opinion. There's a park w/playground across the street, multiple restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to the beach. And a very short drive to downtown Fernandina. I don't think you'll be disappointed in this rental!

We had a wonderful time on Fernandina Beach. The condo was as described - clean and stocked with beach towels, cooking supplies, etc. Only item we could have used is a beach umbrella. We loved the short walk to the beach and access to the pool. Downtown was a short drive. The host was responsive and let us check out late, which was much appreciated!

This was a relaxing and fun getaway for our family. We especially appreciated the huge deck with hammock, being able to walk to the beach, the proximity to the state park, ease of arrival, fun stuff on the island, amazing book selection, and the most well appointed kitchen I have experienced in an home stay. The needle and thread were clutch! Even scissors! Thanks again, we’d love to come back!

I loved everything about this unit. The size was perfect for our group, and it is beautifully decorated. The wrap around balcony would be a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails (had the weather been warmer). The condo had everything we needed, and then some. This was our first trip to Amelia Island. I'd love to visit again, and if I do, I'd definitely want to stay in this lovely place!

We just spent 3 weeks at this condo and loved it. It was as described. It was an easy walk to the beach and some restaurants and an easy short drive to historic downtown. The condo was well furnished esp the kitchen with spices and a crockpot. the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding and towels. Beach chairs and bikes were a nice plus. Would definitely recommend.

This condo is spacious, clean and has a huge balcony perfect for eating family meals and napping in the hammock. It's a short walk to the beach and in walking distance to some great restaurants. The kitchen has everything you need in addition to the owners thinking of anything else you might need on your vacation such as beach cruisers, games, linens etc. The condo is very comfortable and a has a great layout. We also loved how close it was to the historic downtown area. We had an incredible vacation and highly recommend this condo.

The condo was beautiful, roomy and cozy and in a great, peaceful location. A little bit of a walk to the beach but a great view of the ocean from the balcony. The host was very responsive when I actually used the correct phone number and email 😀 Amelia Island is one of my favorite places and both my friend and myself really enjoyed our visit!

We made a great choice in selecting Steve’s condo; the furnishings were super comfortable, Smart TVs, a kitchen lacking nothing. add a location that’s close to everything (less than two blocks from the beach) and you have a perfect spot to rendezvous with old friends. We've rented several properties over the past couple years at Ocean Park and this was one of the best and reasonably priced properties. It is well furnished, and equipped. It has just about anything you may need during your stay, especially if you like to stay in and cook a bit (we typically stay a week at a time), as well as some toys for the kids to keep them occupied during down times. We haven't really ever been disappointed, but in many ways we were pleasantly surprised with this particular condo.

Great ocean view condo. We loved to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk from Condo. Fort Clinch state park is also within walking distance and is a great place to hike or bike ride. Egan Creek Greenway trail was also a great hike saw all kinds of birds, aligators, frogs, fish, and turtles.

We had a wonderful visit with two boys (ages 8 & 9). Great balcony, view and easy acess to the pool, hot tub and beach. The place was clean, expertly furnished and kitchen had all needed supplies. Our favorite ammenity was the CARTS we used to unpack and pack from the car to the condo---ONE TRIP--with all our stuff. We also enjoyed having the storage unit for bikes and beach gear including use of the Beach CART!! All and all---outstanding unit and great response from the ownders---although we tried hard to not bother them.

We had a wonderful month long stay at the condo. Pros - spacious, clean, well equipped for a family, wonderful views, price for monthly stay, and large outdoor patio. Cons - dated furniture and decor, dated kitchen and baths, carpet was iffy in high traffic areas. I’m not sure if it was just us but code for front door nor garage opener was never Ed emailed.

Wow! This rental is probably the most convenient location on Amelia Island to the beach, restaurants, attractions, hiking and biking. The condo is very well laid out and most comfortable for our month’s visit. We had a great time and will definitely go back next year.
