The house is from May 2018, it has all the comfort and qualities of a new house iso 2012, its roof-shaped sail made of red cedar (wood) gives it all its originality.
The house has 5 air-conditioned rooms:
Ch1: 1 bed of 160
Ch 2: 1 bed of 160
Ch3: 2 beds of 90
Ch4: 1 bunk bed (2x90) and a 140 bed
The 5th bedroom (double bed 140) is in the small wooden house next to the pool bar.
the shed is not air-conditioned but the fan can accommodate even in August (2018).
All mattresses, equipment and furniture are new.
Well insulated, electric shutters, fireplace (insert) air conditioning in the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, walk-in showers, towels, hair dryer,
washing machine and dryer,
kitchen: 2 coffee machines (senseo and percolator) toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron. Dishwasher, oven
TV and internet in the house.
A swimming pool of 10.5m by 4m with salt water, the swimming pool has no shutter but an alarm.
An outdoor shower (with hot water) and outdoor wc next to the pool.
Several outdoor lounges will welcome you around the bar to spend pleasant evenings.
The outdoor kitchen with its large electric plancha and fridge allows you to make the most of your holiday.
The solarium is on the roof terrace from where you can see the sea: Villata Bay and Genoese Pinarello Tower.
The villa is at the end of a dead end, tranquility assured.
Sheets and towels and swimming pool can be provided: 15 € per person
The cleaning fee can be requested and paid on site (200 €)
