Just click "book it" because this condo is your ticket to a fun-filled, memorable vacation in world-famous Old Orchard Beach! 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in the heart of downtown with ocean views from every room and a spacious balcony perfect for sipping your morning coffee while watching beautiful sunrises! Within walking distance to shopping, dining, the Palace Playland amusement park and is just a few steps from the Old Orchard Beach Pier.

This condo has a fully equipped kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker, slow cooker, toaster, blender, and lobster pot. In-unit laundry. This home sleeps a maximum of 6 with a pull-out sofa in the living room. Central A/C and heat. All linens and bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels, though!

The building features an indoor pool, sauna and workout room. Accommodations for two cars; one on-site and one off-site parking spot is provided. (Off-site is about 1/4 mile away-within walking distance)

Come park your car, relax on the beach by day and enjoy nights out with live music nightly and fireworks every Thursday night during the summer!

If you'd like to venture out beyond Old Orchard Beach, The Maine Mall in South Portland is a quick 20 minute drive away. Rainy day outlet shopping is a 40 minute drive away in either Freeport or Kittery. At Seacoast Helicopters in Portsmouth, NH, book a bucket-list helicopter tour or, if you are adventurous, book a Dreamflight in which you get flight instruction and finish with you taking the controls! It's a 45 minute drive, but well worth it for the experience of a lifetime!

This was even better than it looked online. Very clean and up to date condo. Great access to several amenities. Can’t wait to book again! The host was also very responsive and understanding. Great all around experience!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful condo located right next to the Pier. Beautiful spacious bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen has everything you need! Clean and beautifully decorated and even has everything you need for the beach. Many beach chairs, towels, beach toys, etc. Everything is within walking distance and beach front convenience. Favorite place to stay at OOB.

My husband and I traveled with our 2 year old, and my in-laws. This apartment has everything you will need to cook, and to enjoy a comfortable stay. Check in and check out it’s easy. The view from the balcony is pretty, and the parking lot does not interfere. The location of the building it’s perfect. We loved our stay. Would definitely book again! Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful apartment in OOB!!!

We had a great time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our family. The kids loved swimming in the pool in the evenings. It is in great central location to many things so we stayed very busy.

Great location! I loved waking up and walking right out onto the beach. The condo is clean and comfortable, and has everything you need for your home away from home. I liked that it was near the pier but tucked away a little so at night it only took turning the fan on to drown out the music. And there are so many food choices all within walking distance. We loved it so much we are already planning our beach vacation for next summer.

Truly enjoyed this Grand Vic condo! Clean, spacious, in room laundry, well equipped kitchen, beach toys, beach chairs and beach towels provided were a huge plus. Traveling with our 3 grandkids. Great location, close to everything. Kids spent time on the beach and in the pool when the weather was cool and rainy. Would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

We arrived on the last day of the season, the lobby was closed as were most of the attractions, but this was not unexpected because our hosts made sure we were aware of the season's end and that someone was there to meet us and give us the lay of the land. Our check-in was easy, thanks to Bill, who accommodated our schedule and made sure we knew where everything was. The unit is fantastic, clean and very comfortable. You can hear the waves from the deck, and the hosts left a lovely welcome gift of a few Maine specialties. We toured southern Maine from this wonderful home, and found the location a perfect distance for day trips to Portland and down to York. We highly recommend this spot...we will be back to enjoy the beach and pier next time!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. The noise level from other units, even in off season, was very loud. Parking lot lights were also annoying. Be prepared for a view of parking lot more than beach. Overall met our needs for the weekend.

Everything about this property was terrific! It was exceptionally clean. The hosts equipped the unit with all the comforts of home: LOTS of pillows, decent linens, travel sized toiletries, great cookware, board games, beach supplies. Beds are on the firm side. Water pressure was great. The decor is charming. The unit is very spacious & has ocean views from every room. There’s definitely sone wear and tear, but it didn’t impact our stay at all. The location is as central as it could possibly be. Hosts were very responsive to all communication. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Well kept unit. Pro’s: updated unit, view of the ocean from every room, easy check in, well stocked kitchen. Con’s: water pressure in bathrooms sinks were low, worn bath mats, and broken blinds in the front room. The cons are simple to correct.

My husband and I rented this property for a week with our two children (6 and 3). The condo was very clean and located next to everything. We walked every where we wanted to go. When we did decide to go in the car, we visited a couple of the wonderful small coastal towns within a 30 min drive. We are hoping to stay here again very soon.

Lovely location and views. Not handicap accessible. Little irritating things. A note telling us to enjoy our gift basket but no basket. Dishwasher not emptied, windows filthy. We were there 6 days and we saw someone at the lobby desk twice. Asked for assistance but they never got back to us.

We absolutely loved spending a couple of nights at this beautiful, ocean-front condo. Very clean and comfortable and adorably decorated. We had 4 adults and plenty of room. Everything was well stocked. We loved waking up to the beautiful surf and being so close to beautiful scenery and great food. Highly recommend staying here!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location was key for our three children under 5 years old with the beach being right outside. The condo was beyond clean and well kept and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed having a well furnished peaceful retreat right on the beach and steps from all OOB main drag. The beach is lovely and it was fun to stay so close to the pier and attractions. Wish we had known that the pier turns into a nightclub every night with incessant thumping bass starting around 1030. Still, this condo was a great place to stay as a family and very clean, comfortable and convenient.
