We arrived at the cabin after spending a 8 days exploring Mesa Verde, Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, where we had done our share of hiking up and down those beautiful places. We were ready to relax and Burley Bear was perfect. The place is so very comfortable. Hot tub was amazing and, having the fireplace, relaxing in the leather recliners with my bride was ✅!
The kitchen was stocked better than most VRBO sites we’ve stayed in. The bed and bathroom were very comfortable as well. We wished we’d had more time to rent and explore the nearby forest on the 4 wheelers available for guests. This place will accommodate 9 people easily. Hope to bring the family back at a later time.

We stayed at the end of the 2023 Yellowstone season in October 2023. The cabin is a great place to stay and in a location that is not too far from the West Yellowstone entrance station. The cabin is well equipped and ready to sleep a large number of people. Communication with management was easy and they were responsive to all questions.

Comfortable cozy home, hot tub soaks were wonderful after a full day of exploring Yellowstone NP and Grand Tetons NP. If we had known that Tetons NP was close enough to do as a day trip we would not had made a reservation for one night in Tetonia, but it was too late to cancel. I would have preferred to stay at Burly Bear cabin with the great bed and private hot tub

The cabin was as cute as it was in the pictures. My husband and I have always wanted to go to Yellowstone and we decided for our anniversary we would make the long drive. I am so happy I made sure to book this cabin as it had a hot tub. We found out most trails are closed in the spring so I am glad we had the cabin to enjoy when we weren't in the park. It was relaxing and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and kind when we had questions. It really is 25 min from the park entrance, so expect about an hour daily one way to get through the park as well. Well worth it! Side note- The gas was priced lower near Yellowstone and they have a grocery store in the town just outside the Yellowstone west entrance.

Beautiful Cabin
This cabin was great, roomy, clean and comfortable. Only a 25 minute drive to the west gate of Yellowstone was convenient. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long hike in the park! Thankful for a washer and dryer in the basement to get ready for the next phase of our trip!

Very cute cabin
Cabin has just about everything you and your family would need for a stay. Not too far from West Entrance to Yellowstone. Right off the golf course and also great view of the mountains. Hot tub was excellent. Kitchen was great, living room perfectly setup and the loft was huge, sleeping plenty! We didn’t take advantage of the 4-wheelers in the garage because we had fun in the park the days we were there. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Backcountry snowmobile group from MN
location is perfect for snowmobiling. this property gets rented out very heavily and is used. beds were okay, but plentiful. Wifi was unusably slow, all couch recliners were broken, hot tub water was not the cleaniest, and we never got a code to lock the door, but other than that it was golden

Nice place
It was bigger than I thought it would be. It is right near the golf course and we went in the winter so it gave us plenty of open space to ride snowmobiles right near the house.

Wonderful place to stay.
Location is great, short drive to Yellowstone. Clean, quiet, beautiful view and plenty of room for family of 6.

Great place for family vacationing. Close to west Yellowstone.
Beautiful place. Great kitchen, had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful decor, TV downstairs worked great. Grandson loved the stairs. We came during first week of June 2021, a bit of a heat wave, upstairs got quite warm, but night air cooled it off a little. No A/C . Could have used better WIFI, stronger signal.

Burley Bear - Yellowstone vacation
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Burley Bear cabin and had no issues. It is a less than thirty minute drive to the west gate of Yellowstone. All of our family loved the layout of the cabin and our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. There is plenty of room to sleep multiple families with children, so this would be a great cabin for a family vacation.

Yellowstone in October
We enjoyed our visit and this home. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Loved the griddle. This home was the ideal distance from the west entrance to Yellowstone.

Adventurous visit
Our first impression of the cabin was really good. You could tell that it was an older cabin that needed some updating. Our first night we were in for a surprise. When we got back to our cabin after a day in West Yellowstone, we found a bat flying around in the loft and bat droppings along one of the main beams. We were able to get a hold of one of the property managers and she came out to help catch it. We were unsuccessful in catching the bat and she assured us that the next day her maintenance guy would catch the bat and seal up any holes in the roof. The next night our friend the bat made another appearance. We found out the next day that the maintenance guy had just sealed up the holes and had not found the bat. We spent all three nights sleeping on the couches on the main floors with all of the lights on in the loft to keep the bat from flying around. The property manager would only text us even when we asked her to call us so we could get the problems resolved. Also the cabin gets really hot. There is no A/C (which was expected), but only about 1/3 of the windows actually open up to allow airflow through the cabin. On the plus side the couches are really comfortable and the hot tub was amazing to let some steam off!

The cabin is incredible! We loved the decor and the space was perfect to relax after hiking around.
Perfect! My 13 year old said in awe, "mom, I'm the opposite of homesick!" It was a lovely stay!
