You’ll be in the middle of everything Scottsdale has to offer!
From the moment you put your luggage down, you’ll feel at ease in this home’s inviting space, complete with a newly remodeled kitchen with new tile flooring, a large spacious living area with a dining table and expansive breakfast bar, also a pool with a covered patio & BBQ. With 4 bedrooms and 7 beds, this home can comfortably sleep up to 11 guests, making it the perfect home for large groups, families and even work colleagues.
The large spacious kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for cooking. Also a breakfast bar with seating for 6 In the common area, you’ll find a dining table with seating for 6 and a family room with a massive sectional sofa and a 65” flat screen TV, providing a place for everyone to catch game or just relax after a day of sightseeing.
Need to do laundry and don’t feel like finding a laundromat? We’ve included a washer and dryer for your convenience! (available upon request).
Down the hall, you’ll find the master suite which faces the pool and offers a hip and modern vibe. Also a king memory foam bed. You’ll have plenty of privacy with your own ensuite bathroom. All guest rooms come equipped with spacious queen beds. The last bedroom is vibrant with great sun exposure and features a queen-size bed plus it’s own private entrance to the rear patio. Additional sleeping areas include 3 twin-size air mattresses.
Head outside to patio and enjoy all the amenities of the outdoor entertaining area, including a BBQ & full size diving pool, perfect for enjoying the warm Scottsdale weather and help yourself to fun games.
