Welcome to our paradise "Secret Garden Juan Les Pins" !
This ground floor apartment in "Domain Juan Flore" that sleeps 6 has a lovely private garden with a large SW facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun while relaxing in a comfy lounge group. Here you also find a large diningtable for 6 as well as a Weber gaz barbecue. Electrical sunblinders.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms facing north; a king size bed in one room and a “family bed” (2+1) in the other. Extra bed and baby cot are available. AC is installed in both bedrooms for a comfortable climate during the hotter months. Bathroom with bathtub, separate WC. All terrace-doors are shut with shutters (electrical or manual).
The high standard kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave owen and Nespesso-machine. There's also a washingmachine in the apartment. The light living room has a lounge-area with a flat screen TV + DVD player, IPOD-dock and a Nintendo Wii-console. Highspeed Internet access (Fibre) for your comfort as well as a generous dining table seating 6-8. The completely fenced garden has lots of flowers and a lawn where children can play safely. A lovely wooden-terrace outside the bedrooms with a provencal sittingroup. Perfect for your morning-coffe in the sun! With the apartment comes a private parking lot next to the garden.
Domain Juan Flore, ready built in 2009, offers an exclusive, spacious and calm gated environment with low buildings, lovely gardens, flowers and a guarded pool. Paved walkways and no cars makes this ideal for families. The pool is big! It has an artificial beach and a separate children’s area. Please note that the pool is unheated and opened from 18/5-5/10 2024 (The dates are decided each year in May for the upcoming season) The free public beach with lovely white sand is only about 150 meters away, easily reachable by foot.
The apartment is only a 5 minutes walk to the large local Super Market; "SuperU" (opened every day of the week). There are also several boulangeries, cafees, restaurants, a fitness centre and other shops close by.
The domain is situated between Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan. Both are about 15 min walk away along the boardwalk. Golfe Juan offers a bustling Marina with lots of yachts to watch and many restaurants by the dock. Juan Les Pins is famous for its lovely beach with white sand. In Juan Les Pins you'll find lovely beach restaurants, shopping, trendy night life and a casino as well as a children's park with carousels. Don't miss the little train going back and from Antibes - a must with children!
Getting there and around: From Nice Airport it's a 20-minute drive. Rental cars available at airport. Taxi from the airport is around 60 Euro. There is also an express bus (#250) that stops close to the domain. Fare 15 Euro return ticket. Leaves every 35 min and takes approx. 50 min. The bus stop is 5 min walk away and the train station in Juan-les-Pins 15 min walk away. The buses and trains at the Riviera are excellent, running every few minutes. Take the train to Nice, Monaco, Menton and Italy and enjoy the scenic setting! If you prefer a taxi, UBER works perfectly in the area!
Places to visit and Activities: Visit the historic and beautiful Old Town of Antibes, only a 5 min drive away, or take the train! Nice and Cannes are only 15 min away and Monte Carlo about 45 minutes away. In the picturesque, arty villages of Eze, Mougins and St Paul de Vence you'll find several museums and wonderful small restaurants.
A lot of water sports are available at the marinas and beaches, including Glass-bottomed boat trips. The 'Marineland', one of Europe's largest marine-parks, is only 15 min away. There you'll also find the fantastic water park 'Aquasplash'.
Tennis courts and Golf courses are available throughout the area.

We loved the convince to the pool and the beach. Outside porch was wonderful. Communication with owner as well as property manager was great. Loved having some AC in the bedrooms as it was HOT in late July. Condo had everything we needed. Public transportation was easy - bus stop a short walk and train stop about 1 mile walk. I would totally book this condo again for another family vacation. My kiddos as well as myself didn't want to leave!!

the correspondence with the owner has been great since the very beginning. Very warm hearted. The welcome by Stephanie when arriving in Juan les Pins has been just great and the appartment has been a relaxing and beautiful place to us and to our little dog

We had a fab four days at this apartment (despite some weird August weather). The apartment itself is perfect and while there is no A/C as such in the living room, there is in the bedrooms and so this was not an issue at all. The location is great, in a nice somewhat "old school" development of apartments around a massive and really clean and well maintained pool. The property manager Stephanie was great and communication with her before our trip and to arrange check out was perfect. The location is good and while not quite easy walking distance to either Golfe Juan or Juan les Pins (not with a 5-year old anyway...) it was an easy 5-10 min drive to each so no issues at all! Would definitely happily stay here again as a great base on the Cote d'Azur.

There was everything we could have needed in the apartment from a well equipped kitchen to a BBQ and sun loungers. Great outdoor space too.

Good location of the appartement. But the appartement was not clean at all, linnen (topper is bloody and duvet too) was not washed, plates and glasses were oily, dish washer smells to hell, BBQ can not be used due lack of cleaning. Not even the mirrors were cleaned. Bathrooms are tiny and in very bad condition. Milk was not available as written and the freezer contained food from someone renting the appartement before.

We had a fabulous week in this property. The apartment is well equipped, with everything you need to make a home from home. The location is fantastic for walks to the beach or to the marinas, you can easily drive to Monaco and Cannes for some excellent days out.
The kids absolutely loved the on site pool which was warm and spacious.
It is a quiet property in walking distance of supermarkets, with a nice out side space to relax in.

Great summer location
A fantastic apartment in an excellent and very secure environment in the wonderful Juan Les Pins, Antibes location. Swimming pool is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the beach is only 5 minutes away. The apartment has a great terrace and a very good size private garden.

Lovely apartment with excellent facilities and a fab garden
The apartment is well located for the beach and amenities such as supermarkets and small restaurants are close . The provision of a well stocked kitchen is fantastic, you have all the utensils you need plus spices etc..
The a/c units in the bedrooms are supplementary to the piped air and have to be the quietest ever. For us Northern Europeans sleeping at 24 deg C meant a comfortable sleep.
We would really recommend the lovely apartment and beautiful gardens which are a short totter from the pool.

Perfect family holiday apartment
We stayed here for 7 nights Ian the end of May with 2 kids; 4 and 1.
The container spacious mature garden was invaluable; both for young kids to run around, and for outdoor entertainment especially in good weather.
The outdoor patio perfectly equipped with Weber gas Bbq for impromptu Bbq dinner, seating area which was also lovely for relaxing with a book or iPad after a day out, and the expanding canopy shelter in event of rain to cover this area completely- this was invaluable.
The kitchen and living room area (the latter with sofa, armchair, dining table set up and tv) was sufficient for a holiday rental but with the outdoor areas we hardly stayed indoors except for when our 4 year old was watching tv or breakfast time.
The bedrooms had a perfect set up for a couple and 2-3 children. The bunk bed with double size below and single upper allowed flexible sleeping even for adults.
A baby cot was provided for our 1 year old, and we noticed an additional fold up bed in the kids/ family bedroom.
The master bedroom was simple and perfectly catered for our requirements (2 singles joined for super king bed), wardrobes with sufficient wooden hangers (even hotels only supply a handful), and throughout the apartment (bedrooms and kitchen) lots of wicker type storage boxes to organise dry food, travel bits, clothes/ underwire, nappies and toys.
An added bonus for the kids was discovering wicker storage boxes for boys and girls toysin the bedroom so we did not feel guilty to hardly bring any.
If you have time for TV, there are lots of dvds to watch, and even a Nintendo Wii!
Location was perfect; safely within a gated development, and only 5 mins walk to the beach and 15mins walk to the town centre with plenty of restaurants, shops and beach plus beachside hangouts.
We caught a bus to Antibes for the day, and could easily catch a local train to neighbouring towns such as a Nice, Antibes and Monaco.
We did not hire a car and booked a cab from the airport to the apartment which was seamless.
We highly recommend a stay here, and found both Ebba and Karen who is the contact person on the premises brilliant to communicate with and most helpful.
We will be back again.

Great apartment with a perfect garden
This was our second time in this apartment. Very modern, well equipped, clean and with a garden&terrace that is so nice both for breakfast and to enjoy the evenings. Parking around the corner, close to the beach and with a large pool in the area. Really recommended, and we hope to come back again.

Verkligen den perfekta lägenheten för barnfamiljer. Fräsch, välutrustad och nära till allt! Extra uppskattat av barnen var spelen, leksakerna och filmerna som fanns tillgängliga i lägenheten. Vi kommer absolut att komma tillbaka. Tusen tack Ebba!

Bonne impression générale
Plutot un avis favorable a cet appartement plutot bien agencé. Nous avons surtout pu proffiter du jardin qui dispose d'un espace salon, d'une grande table et d'un barbecue Weber ! L'appartement est proche des plages publiques (5min de marche) mais il faut au moins 15 min a pied pour rejoindre le centre ville a pied. Par contre peu de commerces autour de la résidence. Il y a seulement un Leclerc peu attrayant. Pour le "frais" je recommande plutot les magasins de centre ville.
L'equipement de la maison est complet, cuisine équipé, TV ecran plat, etc... La résidence est sécurisé et dispose d'une grande piscine qui doit etre vraiment agreable en été ! Pour résumé nous avons passé un bon moment.

A perfect apartment for the family
We (2 adults, 3 children) stayed one week in this apartment in July 2016. It is a very modern and well equipped apartment with a great location. We really enjoyed the garden and terrace in the evenings. The owner as well as meet-and-greet staff were very responsive and helpful. We can highly recommend this apartment.

Well equipped, comfortable apartment.
This is a quiet, well equipped apartment located close to the beach and supermarket / shops. It has a great garden which we used for outdoor dining and relaxing in the sun. The beach was a short walk away and the onsite parking made hiring a car that much easier. We would love to return soon!

great holiday!
We rented the apartment this summer with some friends. In total we were with 4 adults and 2 children in the age of 3 and 6. We stayed in the family room with 2 adults and the children that was fine! We had a great week. Everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The garden is nice and big and very private. Nobody can look in to the sitting area. The swimming pool was great. I expected it to be busy because we were in the high season but is was nice and quiet and the children loved it. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. It was very hot that week but if you keep the doors closed the apartment stays nice and cool. Check in time was 16 hours but we arrived at 13 hours I phoned Karen and the apartment was ready for us which was great because one couple had been up all night driving to France. I would definitely come back to this apartment again!

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit perfekter Ausstattung
Wir (Eltern + 3 Kinder(2;8;10 Jahre) hatten einen absolut angenehmen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sowohl Größe als auch Aufteilung der Zimmer war perfekt. Im Elternzimmer war ein Doppelbett mit sehr guten Matratzen. Im Kinderzimmer ein besonderes Stockbett mit unten 2 und oben 1 Schlafmöglichkeit. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Das Wohnzimmer ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist wirklich erstklassig ausgestattet. Der Garten mit kleiner Terrasse nach Osten und grosser Terrasse nach Westen und hochwertigen Weber-Gasgrill war ideal für Frühstück & Abendessen und somit unser Hauptaufenthaltsort (wenn wir nicht gerade am 5 Minuten Fussweg entfernten Strand oder beim Sightseeing waren). Der private Parkplatz liegt quasi direkt neben dem Gartentürchen, was das Aus- bzw. Einladen unseres VW-Busses natürlich erleichterte (Unsere Tochter 10 ist auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen). Die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, der Pool war sehr sauber, die Rutsche aber leider defekt. Kontaktaufnahme und Service der Meet-and-Greet-Person war vorbildlich. Der Fussweg ins Zentrum von Juan-les-Pins beträgt etwa allerdings eine viertel Stunde. Die Entfernung von der Innenstadt würde durch die Nähe zum Strand für uns aber wieder ausgeglichen. Zwischen Anlage und Strand verläuft eine Eisenbahnschiene und eine Straße, beide sind aber weder auf der Terrasse noch am Strand störend.

Great vacation for all ages
We had an absolute great vacation. Three generations had no problem as there was enough space and activity to keep everyone happy. The apartment itself had everything that you could imagine or need. The Nespresso coffeemaker was a bonus. The privacy of the garden was great and the styling indoor and outdoor furniture was perfect. For our grandchild there was provided a small bed and a high chair. The location with close proximity to the pool and the Ocean was fantastic. Shopping for food was literary just around the corner. A great bakery also nearby. We could relax and enjoy the sun, water and family, just what we needed. The owner and the local caretaker made us feel welcome and was very helpful with everything. I give the property my best recommendation. We will definitely be back one day. Thanks Ebba.

We will definitely will be coming back!
We had a lovely stay in this well furnished, clean and bright apartment. We would certainly recommend this to other families and in particular the large outside area will provide many hours of entertainment in the evenings. The apartment also offers a great variety of children’s toys, books and dvd’s. The apartment is conveniently located next to the beach (5min walk) and the town centre. Furthermore, the apartment is in between Cannes and Nice, both are only a short 20 min drive or so. We will definitely will be coming back! (Kristina)

Lovely apartment
Have just come back from 2 weeks in this lovely apartment in Juan Flore. The owner Ebba went out of her way to give us information and make us welcome before our stay. The meet and greet Lady Laurence was fantastic. We arrived at the complex before lunch and Laurence let us put our cases in the apartment and get the bracelets to use the pool while she finished cleaning. When we came back from our swim we opened the fridge to find water, milk and a bottle of rosé to welcome us. What a lovely start to our holiday! My friend was staying in another apartment on the same complex and after a long flight from Australia had to go straight to the supermarket to buy toilet paper!
The apartment is hot in august but the fans really help at night. Ebba has a lovely garden, the pool is nice and clean and it is walking distance to the beach. I thoroughly recommend this apartment especially to families with children. We had a wonderful time!

Absolut perfect Apartment!
We (2 Adults + 3 Kids) stayed there in te 3rd week of August.
The start up with Suzanne where excelent and we knew a lot from Ebba before getting there.
The Apartment itself is just great. Never been in such a clean and wide and bright Apartment for rent.
I agree that it get a bit warm with that special cooling System, but we where on vacation. No Suit no long no nothing. During the day we kept the doors closed and we had no Problem with sleeping at night.
The Pool is clean and the Guard...well for Adults probably funny for Teenagers a pain. But with him you can let your Kids stay there alone as long they are able to swim. Was wonderful for us as Parents.
The Beach is a bit small but we always found a spot.
Grocery Store is around the corner (3-5 min) and you really need no car as long you are not int sightseeing a lot. There is a bigger on about 10 mins by car. There you get everything. Like we've got an bulb on our own. Things break like at home.
We prefered Antibes for the night out. Juan les Pins was not bad but it can't match the Historic side from Antibes.

Lovely Apartment - But
The apartment was lovely but very hot to sleep in needs air conditioning for the hotter month's of the year unless you already come from a hot country!
Did find the meet and greet lady to be very unhelpful said we had no kettle as the people before us had said blowing the electric unable to provide new one until she received the funds from the owners!! We ended up phoning the owner ourselves who rectified for us not a great start!! She always seems to be rushing to get to other job's!
We had two other apartments and the meet and greet lady was lovely (Saly Coldwell) if the clients are interested in changing?

Absolutely perfect!
Hi, just a quick note to say that we had a great time in the apartment for the first 2 weeks of June 2012. The location is perfect, beside the pool and only a few minutes walk to the lovely beach with bars and restaurants. The apartment itself is great, it's modern and very bright with an enclosed garden. The beds, bed linen, towels, etc are very good quality and the garden furniture is very comfortable. There's a large supermarket 3 minutes away, which is really handy for getting groceries, etc. You don't need a car here for your holiday which is a major plus, as you can walk everywhere. On the beach in Juan Les Pins there are some amazing restaurants, well worth checking out. Overall, we had a great holiday and would highly recommend the apartment! Sean and Louise.
