This modern villa is located in a new, green residential area 10 minutes (700m) walk from the beach and marina. What can I say…… the whole process from booking the villa to leaving was 5*. Communication with Bruno, leading up to the holiday, was superb and responded very quickly to any messages sent. The villa it’s self was spectacular!! We could not ask anymore from this villa and actually felt privileged staying there! Raul, the property manager, was always on hand to answer any questions during our stay. To summarise, we all had a fabulous holiday and we were all sad leaving this villa to come home. Thank you Bruno for our holiday and the memories made during our stay there!!!

Villa Bruhill experience
Modern, clean and well equipped property. Raul the home manager was excellent, he was very helpful. Bruno the owner was also quick to reply when contacting him. We did have a few technical issues with the internet and tv, which took a lot of effort and several days to resolve. However we enjoyed our stay and would recommended the property to others.

Couldn’t have been better
Family of 8, ranging from 1 to 70 year old. Villa was immaculate. Kitchen had everything. BBQ was excellent. Everything in villa worked. Beds were very comfortable. Aircon worked great. Showers were great. Location is perfect. 7 min walk to a lovely beach, supermarket and some really nice bars and restaurants. Neighbours were very nice as well. Beautiful and safe neighbourhood. Games room was fantastic and we even had a little disco using the lights provided.
Bruno the owner, always responded quickly and was always helpful. Raul who looks after property locally couldn’t have done more for us.
Easily the best villa we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 on all fronts.

R. Sànchez - Memorable forever-experience
It takes more than just a beautiful property to turn a summer vacation into a memorable forever-experience. The location, the management, the care, the support, the weather, all contributed to a fantastic time in villa Bruhill. The house is a 10 minute walk to Lo Pagan's beach, on Mar Menor, and it takes you through a genuine small town, Spanish neighborhood ("barrio") that is hard to find when visiting a country. On our first walk to the local fishmarket, our kids befriended local kids and they played together almost daily during our stay. Services and businesses (convenience store, bakeries, fruit stores, etc.) were all within walking distance and the locals were always very friendly. The villa is in a new development, populated by seasonal foreigners, but is just a couple of streets away from the more traditional barrio where locals and Spaniards stay. Mediterranean beaches are just a 5-minute drive away, but they can as easily be reached by bike, available at the villa. These beaches are huge, beautiful, with crystal·dear water and harmless (no rip currents, no waves). There is a large shopping center 5 minutes away by car, open 7 days a week, from 10 AM to 10 PM. About the villa: The entire house was very clean and it was easy to maintain it that way thanks to its open-space design and very smart furniture choice. Light pours in from everywhere and a very well designed cooling system keeps the selected internal temperature stable. Electric blinds provide light control and privacy. Everything in this house worked and there were no unpleasant surprises, which is what one looks for when vacationing. The entire house is very spacious and feels modern-luxurious. There is a downstairs space that is awesome, both practically and aesthetically. It has a huge play space with fuss ball, pool and ping pong tables, and a relaxing living room space with very comfortable seating furniture. The lighting system makes you forget that there are no windows in that space. The outside pool partially wraps around the house and has a very nice dining space in the middle, which we used every day. From this outdoor patio we enjoyed spectacular sunsets every evening. The gated parking space provides comfortable room for two cars, with the option of street parking. Above all, though, the property manager stood out for his professionalism, dedication and hospitality. A local man who genuinely tries to make you feel appreciated and at home.

Fantastic Family Home!
This was a wonderful family home to stay in. The pool and games room were an awesome addition! The bikes make the slightly longer trek to the beach super easy so I suggest them for sure. The host was super helpful in pointing us in the right direction for additional bike rentals, dinner reservations/suggestions and he also helped coordinate a boat rental for a couple days. Our family loved staying here and San Pedro del Pinatar is a beautiful place to visit...not as crazy touristy as other areas of Spain.

Perfecte vakantie
Begin juli 2018 verbleven we in Villa Bruhill. We hebben er heel veel van genoten. We hadden elk een fiets om ons te verplaatsen. Het was niet ver gelegen van de supermarkt, het strand en shoppingcenter.
De villa was supermodern vooral de kelder was geweldig. Je kon er poolen, tafelboetballen en ping pong spelen. Alles was heel proper en goed onderhouden. De temperatuur van het zwembad was perfect.
Het was de moeite en we komen zeker nog eens terug!

A perfect villa for family holidays
We had a fantastic family holiday at villa Bruhill in June 2018.
The villa itself has everything you could need including a top of the range BBQ and every kitchen utensil imaginable. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all great, with all fixtures and fittings (including hair dryers in each bathroom!) specified to a high standard.
The outdoor area is wonderful, the L-shaped pool is very big for a villa and there was a lot of space in the garden area, which was perfect for our 2 year old boy to run around.
The local area of San Pedro del Pinatar / Lo Pagan, is great. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the villa and there are numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Our favourite tapas restaurant in the area was Domingos el Portuges, which is around 5-10 mins walk from the villa, we visited on a number of occasions during our 2 week stay.
We visited the nearby El Mojon beach for the day and it was beautiful, well worth a trip, about 10 mins drive from the villa.
All in all, we couldn’t recommend this villa enough, thank you Bruno and family for a wonderful stay!

Hyper-modern building with all the amenities
We visited Villa Bruhill in February/March 2018. It was everything we expected from the photos. Hyper modern design and furnishings and very clean. You get what you see on the photos. The pool was very inviting, but the winter weather did not allow us to use it. The games room in the basement is an added bonus. In good weather you have everything you need in the villa. In winter time the area is quite deserted and many facilities are closed. We understand this changes drastically when the weather gets warmer. The owner has done a fantastic job in presenting touristic information about the area, complete with daytrip suggestions with photos. We took several of them. You will need a car when you rent this villa.

Vitamine D !
Hebben genoten van ons verblijf in villa Bruhill. De zon zorgde voor de broodnodige vitamine D als afwisseling van het regenweer thuis kon dit tellen. Met de fietsen die aanwezig waren in de villa - kan je extra huren voor een prikje - zijn zeer comfortabel en lieten ons toe de prachtige streek te verkennen. 's Avonds na het eten in één van de vele authentieke restaurantjes nog even balletje slaan op de pingpong tafel, dan zalig bed in. Hadden het niet beter kunnen treffen met het weer, de villa en de omgeving om er even helemaal tussenuit te zijn!

Perfecte luxe woning
Prachtige onder architectuur gebouwde woning, modern, doordacht ontwerp, komt met heel veel faciliteiten en extra's die bij een huis van deze klasse passen. Groot terras waar altijd schaduw is te vinden met een groot zwembad. De woning was schoon, de bedden opgemaakt en genoeg handdoeken. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en betrokken mocht er toch nog iets niet in orde zijn zorgt het lokale home management dat alles binnen enkele uurtje weer piekfijn in orde is. Strand, restaurants, supermarkten, fietsverhuur en nog veel meer op een steenworp afstand van de woning. Wij hebben 3 weken genoten en raden deze woning van harte aan als u een luxe accommodatie in Spanje zoekt.

heerlijk ontspannende vakantiedagen...
Alles hat gestimmt! We hebben echt genoten van het mooie huis, de tuin, het privé zwembad, de omgeving, de kalmte (ook al wordt er gebouwd naast villa Bruhill), de korte weg tot aan de zee, de mooie natuur... Het huis is tiptop in orde, de weg van Alicante naar Lo Pagàn zonder moeite te vinden. Op 10 dagen hebben we 1500km gedaan met de auto... en vele kilometers te voet, de omgeving gaan ontdekken, er is zoveel te zien dat we heel zeker nog eens terugkomen! In de kleine restaurantjes kan men lekker eten en de mensen zijn ondanks we geen perfekt spaans spreken heel vriendelijk. It was amazing... een aanrader voor mensen, die zoals wij, houden van rust en van een mooie natuur...

Amazing Accomadation
This villa is in excellent condition. The cleanliness and the location of the villa was perfect out family of 5 plus grand parents. Nice location and easy walk to the beach. The local town has many restaurants and bars to accommodate all types of food selections.
The villa has the luxury of 2 air conditioning controls allowing the upstairs and downstairs to be determined by those sleeping in the upstairs or downstairs.
The owner also was brilliant in purchasing a BBQ prior to our arrival allowing us to enjoy cooking outside and enjoying our meals by the pool.
I would recommend this villa to family and friends and to anyone looking for an enjoyable and relaxing stay with all of the accommodations that you can think of.

Superb luxury villa
The property is exactly as described, we stayed for 10 days in September.
The inventory in the villa is probably the best we have experienced. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for dining in.
Relaxing by the pool playing your own music through the bluetooth system provided is perfect.
The quality of the towels and linen just adds to the pleasure of the villa.
It was a pleasure to deal with the vendors nothing was too much trouble and their acceptance of feedback of our personal preferences were well received.

Villa Bruhill - Bienvenido al paraíso!
Villa Bruhill - Bienvenido al paraíso en la Costa Blanca!
Wij verbleven met 4 vriendinnen een week in dit stukje paradijs in Lo Pagan aan de Costa Blanca en zouden zo weer terugkeren!
Onmiddellijk bij aankomst in de villa ervaar je de passie van de eigenaars voor architectuur, net als hun aandacht voor ruimte en comfort en oog voor detail. De 4 ruime slaapkamers, 3 badkamers, moderne keuken en mooie zithoek met uitzicht op de prachtig aangelegde tuin en het zwembad bieden alle comfort en luxe! Alles is aanwezig in de villa om je verblijf tot in de kleinste details perfect te laten verlopen.
De villa is zeer centraal gelegen, met de mooie Mar Menor op wandelafstand. Hier vind je ook een aantal restaurantjes die typische plaatselijke gerechten serveren aan een zeer goede prijs/kwaliteit en met de glimlach op het gezicht bij de obers!
Aan activiteiten en uitstapjes heb je in de buurt van Villa Bruhill absoluut geen gebrek. In de uitgebreide info-mappen die de eigenaars zelf hebben samengesteld vind je voor ieder wat wils... De bekende heilzame modderbaden van Lo Pagan zijn een absolute 'must do'. Wij hebben ook enorm genoten van een dagje shoppen in Murcia en een bezoekje aan de oude havenstad Cartagena met bijhorende boottocht.
Ons verblijf in dit stukje paradijs was een absolute 10/10 waard!

Fantastisch verblijf
Onze eerste indruk was al heel positief. Prachtige moderne villa met alle comfort. Volledig uitgeruste, knappe keuken, mooi ingerichte kamers en en-suite badkamers. Ruime terrassen en tuin - heerlijk ontbeten in de ochtendzon ! Gezellige restaurantjes en winkeltjes - alles op wandelafstand, net als de MarMenor zelf. De eigenaars hebben trouwens een gedetailleerde map samengesteld over mogelijke uitstappen in de omgeving. Hebben maar een fractie gedaan dus wij komen zeker terug !

Modern en stijlvol met alle nodige faciliteiten, gelegen in een rustige buurt.
We verbleven een week met 8 personen in deze villa en hadden er een fantastische tijd! De zee op loopafstand, het verkoelende privé zwembad, uitstappen naar Murcia en de sneeuwhutten in Siera de Espuna, heerlijke tapas in een van de restaurantjes uit de buurt of een zalig vers geperst fruitsapje...
Een week was eigenlijk te kort.
Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
