i did not stay at this unit as they book me to a different unit right at the main building

it’s near the shopping area and all night activities but we didn’t use this condo as it’s not in the main building and it doesn’t have beach ? so calling it beach is not suit to it

precision address and tower number after reservation there is no beach at all

Great location, but property needs some updates.

Location was great, property was clean, and the staff were very accommodating.

The bathrooms had distinct sewer like smell. It helps with keep the door closed, but the door knob going into the master's bathroom was broken. If we had closed that door, we would not be able to go in the bathroom.

Booking.com rating for this unit is wrong.

Just the location

Unit is old and appliances are old. Stove is rusty. Bed and linens are itchy. Worse condotel we have stayed.

Taking out wifi issue it was fabulous.

The place and the location is perfect.

The day we checked in we have a problem with wifi connection. We worked remotely so we are desperate for it. The LTE signal was also really slow. But we appreciate the owner for offering us the other unit with a working wifi though we did not use. The next day it was fixed and it was great and decided to extend one day but moved to another unit as the one we occupied was previously booked.

Shower water was terrible. The beach associated with this aera was nice.

Location, roo. Size.

Bathroom water was non-existent. It was either too hot or cold or no pressure. No cooking pots in the kitchen. Only one pot and one pan.

Its ok, but look around as there is far better value accommodation available

The condo is close to some shops and restaurants. Plenty of taxis, so getting around is easy

The bathroom is dangerous. Not recommended for anyone elderly. Tiles are slippery and the bath wall is too high and the bath is slippery with no handholds. The condo isnt well maintained and starting to look a bit shabby. The front door isnt fitted well and can be difficult to open and lock. The actual building is poorly marked and although a message was sent to assist us, it arrived only after we had. The internet is very poor. Its around 40 Mb/s download and 7 Mb/s upload, but downtime is over 70%, so impossible to maintain log in to internet banking etc. Take your own films / videos as there is no real cable TV only some connection to pay per view channels and some You Tube. The beach / sea is quite a distance and you have to get a special pass to enter. There is no 'dish washer' as advertised.

Host communication was exceptional. The place exceeded our expectations.

We had excellent communication with the host. They made sure that we were comfortable and that we didn't encounter issues when we were at the place. The unit was well maintained and very clean. If we are allowed to choose a unit on our next visit, we will definitely request for that same unit.

Cheap hotel, rented for 3 but checked out after two days,

there is a shopping mall 50m away you can buy things to make breakfast. Also starbucks and good places to eat. ATM 50m away also.

Confusing to find room. Its like 4 hotel linked together. Many elevators. They Are not selling drinks at pool and you cant bring drinks. Stupid!!!! Balcony very small. The buildning Are so tall they block the sun.

Didn't like this place. Owner is rude and inconsiderate. I don't recommend this place. Much better places to stay than here.

I booked this through booking.com. Upon check in ,they give me hard times asking all kind of Id's. The host cannot be reached. Once we got inside the room, the sink stopped up. The room is not clean at all.

the room was unclean and had nad smell.

It was quite during the night.

Room 18b was very unclean, shower room, toilet sinks kitchen was filthy, tiles needed wipes both kitchen and bathroom, no bath mat, our last night was very uncomfortable to sleep as there was bad smell coming out from both toilet.

our stay is ok. but please have some shuttle who can accompanied us from condo to beach & vice versa

we like the ambiance of the condo its fully air conditioned and very clean. but the kitchen wares is not complete like we request a knife for our meat, but the agent cannot fulfill our simple request.

we didn't like the point that we walk from our condo to the beach. Its quite far from our condo and there's no vehicle or shuttle going to the beach. We ask the concierge if there's a shuttle who will direct us to the beach but no one assist us or accompany for us so no choice we walk going to the beach. And after visiting in the beach we ask if there's someone again who can ride us going to the highway so that we can ride the bus going back to cebu city. But still our expectation is the same, we walk again in the road with super hot.

Spacious, beautiful view, comfortable staying

The place had a very beautiful view of the surroundings and you can see the beach from there, there is a beach not far from there and free entrance for people staying at the hotel. The swimming pool is a infinity pool which is so nice specially during sunset the view is amazing. There is a supermarket right next to the condo and several restaurants including seven eleven and a farmacy. The room was comfortable with clean towels and spacious kitchen. Great place to stay and enjoy holidays

Because it was short term staying in the condo we didn't have access to the gym but on the other hand we didn't even have time to go because the place is just amazing and could find several other activities to do 😃

Location and staff were friendly.

Well, I talked to them. First of all AC is unbelievable loud, no chance to get sleep. Secondly after shower bath is under wader (bathtub has a leck). Thirdly internet is slow, so slow. And finally I define clean different.
