The perfect location in Mactan

The location is super perfect 👌. The staffs are very kind and make us comfortable.

Its price is a little expensive and the swimming pool is not clean.

nice location

lots of bugs and the shower had ZERO pressure, washing machine was “supposedly” included but with a hidden fee! 700 pesos a week is ridiculous

The location is perfect!! The view is also undeniably beautiful.

The staff were friendly but service wise needs improvement. Our check in itself gives me the impression of their slow service.

Location wise, very perfect. Everything you need from groceries, restaurants, fastfood and coffee shops are so close. The facilities specially the pool is very accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Limited access to television which I believe could be improved.

Great friendly service at reception but rooms could be improved with a few tweaks. Beach is far.

Modern furniture and layout of the apartment Pool looked OK - good for laps Service at reception was excellent View from 16th floor was great Toiletries provided Kitchen equipped with essentials Located next to a supermarket - handy Comfortable beds

Bathtub design meant water pooled on the floor when showering Towels threadbare Have to pay to use washing machine in apartment and buy own laundry powder Washing liquid / sponge not provided Apart from a few eateries there aren't really many things to do around this location - even the beach was 15-20 mins walk away

its ok but hope they will be better

we book for two days but give us chance to use pool for one time and just for two hours.. We cant stay longer for two hours of course but how we wish we can use everytime we want like all the hotels we stayed in Cebu( they dont have covid restrictions already)

I have had better stays in a hotel

Everything from restaurants, robinson mini mart, pharmacy, coffee shops and 7/11 was close to the condo. The room had netflix that was great.

The beach was terrable, on the sand there are sharp rocks all the way to the water and when u get in to the water there are bigger rocks that you have to walk on...bottom line, your feet hurt. Not like other places i have been before where the beach is so nice, you would think this being a private beach it would be better than a resorts beach but its not. Rooms are really small not good enough to accomodate a family of 3. Plus the room was different from the pictures it was not the same room. No utensils in our room. Pool access is only for 2 hours. The room had a build in 1 washer and dryer but if you want to use it you have to pay for it which makes no sense why install it in the condo in the 1st place if its not included in the price.

convenient, close to many restaurants And shops.

1. when you give a number to call for your reception to help you but the phone just always rings busy even after several days of calling ..the staff are no help 2. when you try to call the number given under the c suites to contact them , but it again only rings busy it’s frustrating. I could not get any help for my luggage when leaving , for doing my laundry and having them turn on or open the washing machine for me to use, not try to get my daughter’s bottle she left I. the fridge after leaving your premises all due to your phones not working. 3. you send me any email telling bf me I can make a deposit in “any foreign currency “ yet your staff say no and I have to pay in peso. then to be told that my email stating this information juts a few days before checking in was not “updated “ is outrageous as it was just sent a few days prior. Your staff on site and administration department are not working cohesively Ans it made my check in even more frustrating after being on two flights and travelling from 4 am that day . I had a horrible experience at your hotel .

No early check-ins. I have to follow-up with them so we can check-in which was at 2pm. Apparently they stick to this check in time so its not really accommodating if you have things going on.

Very friendly staff and okay accommodation for the price

The location is very convenient which is close to shops, groceries, restaurants and bus stop. The staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The facilities are outdated and the hot water needs to be fixed a couple of times during our stay.

Excellent location, great staff which made up for the other things. The units need maintenance.

The location of this property is excellent. Stores are literally downstairs. There’s a great Starbucks next door, restaurants and it felt away from the traffic while inside the area.

The first unit we got was quite dirty and had roaches everywhere and cobweb. It was so dimly lit and just felt awful. We almost checked out. The staff at the front desk though helped us move the following afternoon. The second room was cleaner but the shower head didn’t work. The units are not well lit and could be better presented and cleaned overall.
