Beautiful 4,100 square foot mountain home mere minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Amazing views of the Ten Mile range including the ski mountain. Located in the Highlands at Breckenridge: hike or bike the flume trails system from the front door, quick drive to Breckenridge ski area, golf/cross country skiing, fishing, and more. Base camp for all of your outdoor Colorado adventures! The perfect getaway any time of the year. Sleeps 14, all in beds (maximum of 10 adults). Plenty of room for your whole crew with 3 king bedrooms including in-suite baths and 2 bunk-rooms: one with twin/twin and twin/queen bunkbeds and one with queen/queen bunkbed. All furniture in lower level bedrooms and in the main master is new and custom made by Cleveland Creek Log and Lodge Furniture. Two living spaces with large TVs and gas fireplaces. Challenge your friends to a game of shuffleboard in the lower level. Curl up with a book in the cozy loft. Gather your crew around the large dining table. Relax and take in the amazing views from several windows or step outside to breathe in the fresh air while you relax on the deck or in the hot tub. We loved our time at this house and enjoyed the proximity to all the activities nearby. The host is very responsive, and the layout of the house was perfect for our large family. Everything worked well, and the house was well-stocked. We hope to return next year!

We had the most wonderful stay at LuvBreck! The house was the perfect size for our group of 9 - everyone had their own spaces, and the kids loved the bunk beds and the little bean bag nook. The house was well furnished and well stocked with the essentials. Everything was well organized - from the check in and check out instructions both online and in a binder at the house, and the little notes all around the home with instructions were super helpful. The house was cozy and warm, and the views were just incredible. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Communication with the host was well-received and responses were fast. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and would 100% stay at LuvBreck again!

Honestly this is one of the most beautiful cabins we have ever stayed at in Colorado and we have stayed in a few throughout the years. It has all the amenities you will ever need! The property and location were perfect. The host was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We were three families traveling with our children (ages 10-16) and they all enjoyed the home as much as the adults did! Highly recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back!

We had such a wonderful time in Breckenridge, and getting to return each day after skiing to this beautiful, relaxing home, was the best part! The space is laid out so nicely, especially for a larger group. Plenty of space to have your own area, or all come together. So happy we booked this home!

We had a great time in this terrific house in Breckenridge! The kids loved the shuffleboard and the little nook under the stairs. The home was in great shape and perfect if you like to cook your own family meals and enjoy them with first rate views. We would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a luxurious family vacation in the mountains. PS - We even saw a moose roaming right around the house!

There were 13 of us in this house. 4 adults and 9 children! This house had more than enough space. The beds were very comfortable, and we all had a blast! This home was centrally located for all of things we did. Just a few minutes drive to Breckenridge, we also traveled to the hot springs, red rocks, and Frisco for lots of family oriented activities. But coming home to this house was always a welcome break from the busy day. The only thing was I had reached out to the person they had listed for questions. I had sent a text regarding the hot tub and never got a response. But in all honesty, it wasn't a big enough issue to even call. I was able to figure it out. All in all, the stay was great. I would highly recommend.

This is the second time we stay at this property. For our group, it’s perfect. The house is in great condition, everything works, and whatever you think you will need, it’s probably there. We will probably return in the future.

This house and the property were amazing. We’ve been to Breck 3 to 4 times and it was the best house we’ve stayed in. The inside is pristine. The living area on the top floor is perfect with lots of space to congregate to start the day together over coffee and breakfast by the fire as well as to end the day with a nice family dinner. The downstairs living area was perfect to allow the kids their space and or use for a shuffleboard competition. The hut tub was hot and the jets worked great after a long day on the mountain. Truly a pleasure staying here. We will be sure to return on our next trip to Breckenridge. Thank you SO much for allowing us to stay…

Kitchen was stocked for all the supplies you need, and the bathroom had all the soaps, lotions and toiletries (super soft toilet paper!). The house was very spacious, well taken care of and excellent views. Questions to management were answered immediately and they were very accommodating. We would love to stay there again on next Breck trip.

From the very beginning, the communication with the property owner was very responsive. The property was absolutely incredible and exceeded our expectations. This was our families annual ski vacation which included our kids, grandkids, and nephews. The group totaled 12 including an infant and the house accommodated all of us very well with room to spare. The kitchen was fully equipped and met all our needs. It is a beautiful home and we look forward to returning next year.

Such a fine home in a great Breck community. Everything was so well done inside and out…..simply perfect for our family stay. This was our second time to visit and we will absolutely be back! We had a group in town for a week, to run the Leadville 100. This house is truly spectacular, in every way. Great location, beautiful property and an awesome place to host our gathering . Very comfortable to accommodate our 7-8 people, and we hope to return next year for vacation week. A wonderful experience overall!

Even though the pictures of this place online look amazing, they do not do it justice! WOW . . . it is a BEAUTIFUL cabin with so much space. We had two families there, 11 people total, and never felt like we were on top of each other. The home is so clean and so well stocked with everything you could imagine needing, and THE VIEWS ARE SO INCREDIBLE. . . . Breckenridge is breathtakingly beautiful!!!! Everything about our stay was completely perfect! Can't wait to go back!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Highlands. The place was close to town, the views are spectacular, and the pictures do not do justice for how spacious and open the home is once you are in it. Moreover, the host even bought a kitchen appliance prior to us arriving that we had asked about. This went above and beyond our expectations. House was very clean as well. We will be back!

We stayed in this house with 2 other families and we all had a great time. The house is great with plenty of space! The layout is really conducive for multiple families as there is both an upstairs and downstairs living area. Kitchen is plenty large for cooking and hanging out. Very private location and the whole neighborhood was very quiet. Would certainly stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group. The layout, decor, and amenities were great and they had everything we needed. The house is very close to Main Street and allowed us to easily Uber to restaurants/ski gondolas.

This home is beautiful with high end furnishing and appliances. The scenery is outstanding and we loved sitting out on the porch. We had a large group (annual family ski trip) and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is huge and the addition of the family room downstairs with the shuffle board table and meant adults and teens each had a place to be and enjoy the trip. You WANT to stay here it’s great. Remember you do need to drive into town for skiing so I recommend you use the online app to reserve parking. Super easy drive into town and easy to get to slopes. We used the gondola parking lot, where you can also purchase lift tickets. So so easy!! Make this your next destination. It’s fantastic and we had an amazing stay!

This home is beautiful and comfortable. We had 9 adults and two 3 year olds and there was plenty of room for all. The views from the great room were fabulous. It was very quiet and peaceful. The location is very close to the lifts for skiing and close to town. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. It snowed every day we were there and the roads and driveway were plowed every day. Didn’t see a moose, maybe next time! Thank you for sharing this lovely home.!
