We had a fantastic stay at this Kansas City house! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was ideal, just a short distance from downtown, making it easy to explore. There was plenty of space for our group and the neighborhood was quiet. Overall, we would definitely stay here again next time we are in town!

I brought several dental assistants with me and the cost of 4 or 5 hotel rooms was exorbitant!. Getting a house with 5 bedrooms was ideal. And Teocali restaurant a block over was worth the stay all on its own.

The unit was very clean. The unit was as described. Was very well situated for what we wanted. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to questions. The flying bed has to be seen to be believed. A very unique attic room. Would stay again

The house was clean and comfortable, the owners were kind and helpful and the price was great. Our group didn't walk anywhere but we were close enough to downtown that Ubers were super cheap. It's a great place to stay and we would definitely book it again.

It was good & everything we needed. We came back after dark & the back yard could have used a light but it all worked out.

We had a party of 9 stay here utilizing 5 of the 6 beds. It’s an old house so expect creaky floors, but it was comfortable even though a cold front dropped temperatures into the teens at night. Residential location so quiet hours while outside must be observed. There is plenty of parking. Driveway held two cars and a alley allows for parking of 3 more vehicles.

House was clean, really nice. The neighborhood was quiet, and I would not be afraid to walk downtown at night. I seen a review that said the neighborhood was sketchy, and I totally disagree with that. It is a super quiet neighborhood, and I definitely would stay again.

Negative thoughts,
The neighborhood was a little to sketchy for my families liking. The house was more like a Fraternity house. The clowns on the walls are a little creepy and the feel of the neighborhood was about a 2 on overall comfortable. The area is going through redevelopment and I am sure in the not so distant future it will be much nicer and feel safer. The house and beds leave a lot to be desired. I felt like I was sleeping on a mattress on the floor because basically we were. The place lacks adequate lighting, bathroom facilities and overall cleanliness. If it's you and the dudes for the weekend it's perfect. There is not a grocery store or a convenience store within miles so that was a hassle if you needed basic things. It's proximity to downtown is overrated definitely not walk able especially at night. The TV situation absolutely stinks, there is one TV in the whole place and so don't plan on watching a game. The snake and the ying and the yang symbol on the front sidewalk about sum the place up. Not sure why it is there but its a little weird. Definitely would not stay there again.

Other than the house being very warm and the smell- it was cute. Beds were very comfy

I booked this property for a girls weekend. The best part is 6 king beds, which was perfect for our large group. The owners were good to work with and quick to make things right. We were anticipating walking to Union Station and Crown Center since it was described as being within 2 blocks. It is actually .8 miles! If it was a better neighborhood, walking it would not have been an issue, but we chose not to.
The house had just been renovated and scrap lumber and materials were laying around outside. The kitchen is incredibly small, the dishwasher and stove so close that you can't open the door all the way to load and unload it.
We had a good weekend because it was large enough for us to all be together!

I stayed here with my crew from ATD Event Services for a week while we were in KC building the staging for Ed Sheeran at Arrowhead Stadium. Plenty of room for all of us, great location, and nice accommodations. We are constantly on the road building concerts all over the US, and this place really made us feel at home when we weren’t on site working. Would highly recommend staying here especially if you have a bigger group, or need to stay for a while!
