40 New Row is a traditional mid-terrace cottage in the heart of Pwllheli in North Wales. It has two bedrooms including a double and a family room with a double and a single, there is also a family shower room, it can sleep five people. Also on the inside there is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and a multi-fuel stove. To the outside there is roadside parking to the rear of the cottage and a back garden with a gravel area and a patio with furniture. 40 New Row is a charming cottage in a fantastic location.
Amenities: Gas central heating and multi-fuel stove. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV with Freeview, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking available for 1 car park opposite property, permit available from owner on key collection. Patio with furniture and gravel area. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 mins walk.

Much of the peninsula is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a lot of the coastline is owned by the National Trust providing bays, sandy beaches and clifftop walks, as well as wildlife havens like Bardsey Island.
