buena excelente estadía y aparcamiento

limpio y económico

habitación el lavamanos no estaba dentro del baño estaba todo por separado y quizás eso incomoda un poco quizás la suite puede tener una mejor distribución

Great hotel and location!

The hotel is very modern and comfortable! The location was excellent. Just 10 to 15 minutes walk to the Old Town! Also, you could go everywhere with tram or metro that were a few minutes walk from the hotel! I would definately recommend it!

كان الفندق والاقامة فيه هادئة والتكيف جداً ممتاز والفندق جدآ نظيف وكل شي قريب منك المطاعم التركية 4 مطاعم جنب الفندق سوبرماركت جنب الفندق محطة القطار ومحطة ترام جنب الفندق سيكون ليه زيارة لهذ الفندق عن قريب

كانت موظفة الاستقبال قاسية ومتعجرفه بكلام حتا اجاني احساس انها ستقوم بإعطائي الغرفة مجاناً انا دافع مبلغ وقدره من الواجد ادخل الفندق اشاهد موظفه الاستقبال بشوشه في خدمة المقيم

Posizione comoda

Posizione ottima, vicino alla fermata della metro e alla stazione dei bus. Molti locali nell'area per una birra o per mangiare. Letto comodo e camera pulita. Ci hanno concesso il check in anticipato di un'ora.

L'insonorizzazione carente. Purtroppo era percepibile il rumore dei passi, sia dalle camere adiacenti sia dal corridoio del piano, nonostante ci fosse la moquette.

Klidně se tam ubytujeme i při příští návštěvě Prahy.

Slečna recepční ze Zlína je velice milá! Pohodlná postel, skvělá snídaně a parádní parkování, spokojenost.

Dobra lokalizacja bilsko dworca Florenc,dobre sniadania nowoczesny wygląd

Obsługa w Hotelu rangi 5 gwiazdek powinna bardziej dbac o klienta a tu bardziej interesowało ich to co jest w telefonie niz nocna impreza na pietrze.W hiltonie obok byłoby to niedopuszczalne a cona podobana.

Hotel jsme navštívily s dcerou již podruhé, výborné umístění. Velká televize na pokoji

Při minulém pobytu jsme měly krásný velký pokoj s výhledem do ulice, tentokrát za vyšší cenu jsme dostaly menší pokoj.

Good place to stay but

Location is good. I was allocated room in the 5the floor and although I could hear noises on the hallway i was able to sleep without street noise. They made us check-in a bit early.

Bathroom had cosmetic defects and unlike shown in the picture there’s no sink provided in the bathroom(we booked a Superior double room). We stayed in room 506, there we couldn’t control the room temperature and it’s around 25-26 degrees in the night so we couldn’t get good sleep. Worst part is we asked for late checkout till 14:00 and the receptionist said that’s ok. But when we checked out they charged us 9 euro per hour. They should’ve informed us upfront about this. I travel to many countries and stayed in lot of hotels, but this is the first time paying for late checkout

not 5 star imo, perhaps good for business trips but I would say 3 stars, value of money mirage

The location is good for tourists, the parking is safe

Parking is super expensive 35€ and no information about this cost, next the room was very badly ventilated so didn't get good quality of sleep, perhaps its related to the particular room we got

The breakfast was amazing, the room was great and they even surprised me on my birthday with a champagne, a raffaello and a lovely birthday card :)

Great hotel in central Prague - lots of shops and places to eat nearby.

Clean room, great shower, easy check in. Great hotel in central Prague - lots of shops and places to eat nearby. Short walk across the road to Florenc bus/traing station and lots of trams stop close by. Didnt have breakfast so not sure on that but thorough recommend Den Noc - 10min walk - BEST pancakes ever.

The rooms air con panel lets off a blue glow into the room at night. I tried to cover with a towel but would be better if this switched off when not using it.

nice design hotel

the hotel has great design. so cozy and staff are really helpful. the location is right in centre; convenient for night bars and dinners. next to bus station and 10 min walk from railway station

i think bathroom needs a bit update. its not dirty per say but its bit “brown” here and there. perhaps its due to material

Comfortable room, Nespresso coffee, perfect location for exploring the city. Fast WiFi too!

The shower was quite dark inside.
