Location and it was warm
Bed linens old and uncomfortable.
Mattresses uncomfortable.
Kitchen utensils poor.
Pots and pans were old and needed to be non stick
There was not even a spatula or a wooden spoon.
Thaa as nkfly there was an air fryer although it was very used so I was able to use this for cooking breakfast.

We only stayed for one night, the house was very large, there were just the three of us. Some decorations and maintenance was needed to spruce up the house, this is my opinion. However, this did not spoil our stay.
When we booked the checkout was stated as 11, but correspondence later stated 10am checkout. Although we didn't meet our host she communicated with us before our stay really well.

Very good location and good peaceful location
Nothing as such

It is a lovely house for spend time with family. Lots of rooms and great kitchen and dinning area. It has all what you need to spend some days there. It feels like home. We will come back if we have the chance and hopefully the farm will be fully open.
I like everything but I do believe the house needs some repairs/maintenance (one of the toilet was out of service and other details). It was a pity the farm was not open this year. The check out is at 10am. The website says it is 11am.

As bikers we travel quite light and to stop somewhere with no towels is rather awkward. So no pleased. Steve Richards

Location was good, close to local amenities, and Connemara national park. Kitchen was nice and modern, rooms plain but sufficient
No heating, cold house and very open, Wi-fi stopped working after 5 minutes of arriving and then kept coming up access denied. Farm animals not anything like described in profile ( very disappointing for kids ) bathrooms needed some / a lot of attention

Lovely warm house. Excellent location - very convenient for the village, the National Park and touring Connemara. Comfortable and cosy to stay in for a couple of nights. Very clean. Sadly didn't get to meet anyone as we were only there for a short time and the weather was not great! Host was good at communicating before we arrived, and when the message about bringing towels came too late for us to pack, she provided them for us. Real fire in the lounge was nice to have - easy to buy a bag of logs from the excellent store in the village. There were only 3 of us on this occasion but it would be a great place to stay for a bigger party - lots of bedrooms and a big kitchen dining space.
Could just do with some TLC generally e.g. cracked tiles in the downstairs shower room, cracked bath panel, missing bathroom shelves and towel rails which have been broken off at some point. It would also be really helpful to have some instructions e.g. if the waste disposal unit doesn't work - fine - but let us know. Instructions for the heating and cooker too would have made life easier. Likewise, it would have been nice to know before we arrived that we needed to bring logs if we wanted to use the fire. Little things which would make a nice experience into a fabulous one!

Plenty of room to accommodate 10 people. Very clean everything and kitchen full of appliances.

We stayed in house 7. The house was a good size - 6 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 comfortably.
Kitchen was well stocked.
Heating worked well with plenty of hot water.
Proximity to a working farm was a novel experience.
House was perfect for our needs.
Some TLC needed on the property.
A number of Windows were quite draughty which was very noticeable given the weather conditions in the area at this time of year.
No shower door on bath in main bathroom has led to noticeable water damage in one of the bedrooms and on the kitchen ceiling.
Kitchen area was lacking in washing up liquid, dishwasher detergent and additional refuse bags.

Great place, quiet, loved fireplace

Location was very good. Kitchen was clean and nice. Sitting room was also clean and nice. Bedrooms were a good size and quiet enough. Linens were clean.
Beds were not comfortable. Bathrooms needed an upgrade. Outside seating area needed a little attention.

Located within walking distance to town and minutes away from Connemara. It's a cute cottage with kitchen amenities and outdoor space.
The beds were very soft and the pillows were lumpy and well used.

Great location for family and young kids plenty to see and do in the area

This accommodation is a house in an area tucked away off the main road in Letterfrack. It is unique in that it is a farm where the animals, for the most part, run free. So there might be a lamb or alpaca grazing in the front yard. Lovely place for kids. It was spacious and within a few blocks of the Connemara National Park Visitor Center. Perfect! Well appointed house with all you would need for a good stay, washer and dryer, full kitchen, etc.
I liked it all.
