We stayed at the little windmill roundhouse and it was fantastic. It was exactly what we hoped for. You get the full Cretan vibe with the blue and white building with a garden in midst of an olive grove. However you are less than a minute away from the strip to get to the beach, shops and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is also just a 3 minute walk away.
The cute little house was cozy and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and water pressure good. It is a fairly steep staircase to the bedroom but nothing we couldn’t handle. Our host gave us a warm welcome and checked in with us half way through the stay. As nobody rented the main house during our stay he said it was fine to use the clothesline and main patio.
We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the little terrace outside the door and overall feel of the property. We can very much recommend it!
There was nothing we were missing or that we didn’t like. A mosquito net for the bedroom window would be nice though.

Plenty of space outside for our dogs. The room was 1minute from the seafront with a fully equipped kitchen and a wonderful bathroom. The setting reminded traditional cretan houses. The owner was very helpful and eager to resolve any issues.
Unfortunately the WiFi connection was poor and due to the location of the building our phone's 4G connection was also not working.
7.1
Close proximity to the beach.
Again this is for the 'Windmill' and not Villa Antonia. ..bathroom good size..bed very comfy..
This is for the 'Windmill' property and not the Villa Antonia..Felt claustrophobic and the steps leading up to the bedroom were as steep as walking up a ladder!..would be an issue for older people,or for those that like a drink!.Also property is overlooked by apartment buildings to the front and sides...not enough room inside to spread out in..

Perfect for the beach, restaurants etc 50 yds
A pool would be excellent
