About this villa rental

Situated on the Mar Menor Golf Resort the villa is ideal for families and golfers.
The villa boasts 5 bedrooms 4 bathrooms with two ensuite and it can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Featuring 3 good sized double rooms (2 upstairs 1 downstairs)plus two additional upstairs rooms with twin beds. As an added benefit one the twin rooms also has mattresses that zip together to form a double bed thus giving the villa 4 double beds if required. One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor and is ideal for those who cannot manage the stairs and is located next to the downstairs bathroom. Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom)has an en suite with bath/shower and large balcony overlooking the garden and pool area. Bedroom 5 is a new addition to the villa and has an en suite with shower.
The villa is ideal for outdoor living with a large 8.5m private pool and large garden. Close to the centre of the Mar Menor golf resort with access to shops,bars/restaurants all within walking distance. A car is not essential but advised if you wish to explore outside the resort or if you are golfing on any of the Jack Nicklaus designed courses. The nearest town is Los Alcázares and is about 10-15mins away by car or taxi and again has a plenty of bars,restaurants and shops to enjoy. It’s a beautiful Spanish coastal town on the Mar Menor sea which is ideal for all kinds of water sports,beach days or just enjoying the many beach bars along the promenade.
Free Wifi and UK satellite TV. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans for your enjoyment. The aircon is metered however you will be provided with a free allocation which should last your stay if used correctly. Additional cards can be purchased from thw keyholder if required..The Mar Menor Golf Resort benefits from 24 hour security with gated entry at both entrances plus on site security patrols 24/7
The cleaning fee of 150GBP will be added on completion of the booking.
The Villa is registered with the Murcia Tourist Authorities in accordance with the new regulations. Tourist Licence number is VV.MU.870-2

More than enough room for 6 adults, with bathrooms for all, handy location to most of the area, even walkable to the nearest restaurants (20 minutes- enough to walk off the drinks). Large spacious plot to lounge around in, quiet so no disturbances so good for a lie in. Good amenities with dishwasher and washing machine, however wait till the warmer weather before jumping in the pool, much shrinkage was to be had.

This property was ideal for our group of 5. Plenty of space within the villa with everything required for our stay. Neat and tidy with a great pool and plenty of sun beds to use. Handy supermarket on site and a great selection of restaurants nearby. The golf is great too. Managed to play 6 different courses all within a 40 minute drive. Would certainly recommend this villa and may well be back next year

Great sized property. Could do with some decoration works and upgrading but was more than adequate for a short family holiday. Liams. Communications prior to visiting and throughout our stay was excellent as was Terry the key holders. We will definitely visit again in the future.

Loved this property. Great location, very clean and all a family could ask for. Great pool which suits kids and adults. All the sport on TV you could wish for along with lots of movies. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of space in all rooms. We will definitely visit again and Liam and Terri couldn't have been more helpful. 10/10 from me.

Really good communication at all times. If we had a problem Terri was quick to try and solve it. I'm not sure if the whole villa is having an update the same time as the extra bedroom is being built but it would be nice if it had a freshen up as the kitchen is looking a little bit tired. Just a suggestion which I think would enhance the appearance of the villa immediately is to throw away all the tatty false flowers... that aside the pool and garden was amazing and we all had a lovely time and would definatly return again.

Had a great stay here and villa is great with a good sized back garden aswell. Shops and restaurants close by. Would recommend. I was doing some bike testing at cartagena and it was only a 15 min drive so was handy for that.

We had fantastic holiday at villa . Terry was great did a big shop for us arriving , big help with young kids. Outside space was fabulous and swimming pool was great , but could have done with a tidy up before we arrived . Overall great holiday and would definitely go back.

A really lovely villa

The villa was lovely and well presented. The pool and garden were very good. Slight disappointment for my grandson that pool lights didn't change colour but he almost lived in the pool anyway. Any questions or minor problems were sorted quickly by the key holder The resort itself was well kept and felt very safe. We had easy access to surrounding towns and beaches. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this property or to recommend it to friends.

We have recently returned from spending 5 days in this villa and had a great time. The villa is in a good location. It's spacious and has great outdoor space. Communication from the owner beforehand was great and the key holder was lovely. The offer to get some food and drink in for when we arrived was a great touch. Would definitely recommend and hoping to book again next year!

Fantastic 4 bedroom villa with amazing outdoor space with great large pool that gets the sun all day long. The villa was well kept and very clean and tidy. Ideal for families and golfers alike. The Mar Menor Golf Resort is close to Los Alcazares which is a beautiful Spanish town and the resort itself boasts restaurants, bars, a beautiful Hotel plus a supermarket. There is also a large communal pool on the resort. The resort is safe and gated with security and has lots going on in the summer for all age groups. The owners and keyholders were great and provided information quickly and were very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We recently stayed in this villa (19/08/17) for one week with a group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids). It was perfect for us. The villa was spacious and very clean. There was a wii in the living room which was great for the kids, they used it a lot when they needed to get out of the sun. We loved the outside area, big pool and garden. On some of the nights we went to the Irish bar on site which we all enjoyed. We went into alcazeras a few nights which has nice restaurants and bars. we had to get a taxi but they're really easy to get and it's only 10 / 15 mins away. We had an amazing holiday and I would highly recommend this place.

Overall a very nice property, excellent communication from Liam (Owner) and local key holders. The property is a good size and easily accommodates 7 people which was our party size, large plot and having stayed at Man Menor previously this had the largest rear garden of all that we have stayed at. The reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is that whilst the property can sleep 8 the owner needs to update a few things to accommodate that number, ie outside dining table seats just 6, only 6 sunbeds, of the two balconies only one had chairs etc. Not a huge expense to put right and the owner has said he has taken this on Board.

Our daughter was getting married in the area and we know the resort well I was very disappointed with the villa when you pay over 1400 sterling for a week I at least expected to have proper sheets on the bed not empty duvet covers one of the bedrooms had red sheets which had black marks on the key holder came and changed them she was very nice and helpful the lounge was over crowded with furniture and did not look like website picture.the pool was dirty although pool man did come straight away..and I would have thought if you sleep 8 persons you should have enough beds and no parasol for shade which website shows the kitchen had 1 frying pan which everything stuck too. When you holiday in Spain you like to eat outside there was a plastic table with 6 chairs We had alot of family and friends staying on mar menor and when i saw their accomadation it made me even more disappointed. The owners need to smarten up their act

We have had a fantastic week in this villa, family holiday (9) 6 adults and 3 children, we lived the large garden and pool which we were never out of, the surrounding area is lovely we great restaurants, recommend the Italian, large communal pool also on the complex, very friendly staff, we had a fabulous holiday and will return again

Myself and 3 friends stayed in July on a golf trip. The villa is spacious with four good sized bedrooms and stocked with everything you could possibly need whilst away. The outside space was excellent and the pool a haven after a round of golf. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance or a short drive away in los alcazares. I would highly recommend this villa and plan on a return trip in the not to distant future.

This lovely clean, modern villa offered everything and more to make our stay comfortable. The pool was beautiful and the outside space was larger than depicted on the photographs. The resort is ideal for families as it is safe and offers entertainment for every age. The owner provided excellent information and replied to any questions we had immediately. We felt that we could contact him at any time. We will certainly consider returning again and have already recommended it to members of our family.
