The stuff was very friendly. I like that they offer some of the activities for free. And the place is beautiful, great place for people who love quietness and nature. And they are centered around GOD- Great place for christians.
Nothing.

De natuur en de rust. Vriendelijk personeel. Daarnaast is het super mooi aangekleed en wordt het eten in de Deli super goed geregeld.
Wifi-verbinding in onze kamer.

First point to make is about the host, Jurie, which is amazingly friendly, making you feel very welcome to stay here. From the start, which was a very warm welcome, he makes everything perfect. From showing us the accommodation to making sure our food is served exactly how we like it, to arranging the fireplace to be started so we can end our evening in a cozy (and romantic) manner. The rooms are very spacious and classic farm style. The rooms we had on the main square had a lovely view over the garden and mountains in the distance. The whole facility is beautiful and I recommend to take stroll around to watch everything. The restaurant has a nice view over a (sort of) tiny lake at the rear, where you can enjoy the high quality breakfast and dinner. Overall very highly recommended.
The only negative point is that we only booked this accommodation for 1 night. We would have loved to stay here for more nights, enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and great food.

I likes that the place is secluded and quiet, you go there to really relax play board games and be one with nature.
the gaps on the door, in summer snakes might get in the room, I am scared of snakes.

The location is very tranquil and beautiful scenery all round. Marie and Jurie are amazing. Loved the antique feel of the rooms and the laid back farm style of the Ranch.

Unique stay on a working farm. Quality linnen, towels etc. Tranquil. Friendly staff. The food at the Deli is really good (everything needs to be booked in advance though). Great area for birding and walks. Red-chested Flufftails in the vlei area.
Signal is poor, including wifi so good for relaxed stays but not where high speed wifi is required. The religious signs might make it uncomfortable for non-christians.

The atmosphere was incredible. My Wife & I enjoyed the serenity. Jurie was a fantastic host, his attention to detail is remarkable. The scenery was picturesque and the sounds of nature are absolute soothing. We saw an owl for the first time and came up close to farm animals like never before.
Flitwick is a must for every reason, the beauty is astounding and the tranquility is transcendant. We plan to visit there again soon, worth the drive from every direction.
There's practically nothing to fault, The roads were rock and roll but that was expected when travelling in a hatch. Krags post was absolutely bumpy but the dirt roadway to Flitwick is well maintained. All in all Our hatch made the drive.

Place was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating and attended to all our needs with a smile. Almost everything we needed was on hand and more. The hikes were so scenic and tranquil. Super lovely stay.
Only the hiking routes was not clearly demarcated. We got lost. The water was suddenly went cold while showering. I guess that was because it was load shedding and some of the showers were getting water logged while showering.

Everything
The room was excellent and well fitted with whatever is required in this category of self catering. All equipment, interior design, bathroom, bedroom was superior standard.
Our short stay.

The staff and managers were all amazing, they treated us like valued friends and nothing was too much trouble. Jurie went out of his way to make my birthday special by treating me to a surprise dessert of melkkos which he knew was a childhood favourite of mine. The chocolate birthday cake he made was delicious and all the meals were very tasty. Our accommodation was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed walking the trails in the beautiful scenery and exploring the different features and buildings. I had a wonderful massage by Chantal. And we had snow!! 😀

This property is beyond beautiful. Jurie and Marie made contact as soon as I made my booking. They are so amazing. They did their best to make us comfortable and saw to our needs. Cassie the young lady who is at the Deli is such a sweetheart.
Marie allowed us to check in 2 hours earlier and upgraded our room at no additional cost.
Dinner was superb. What made it even more special was the intimate setting of the dining area and the warm fireplace.
The room was exquisite. There was also a fireplace and electric blankets provided. You do not need to buy firewood or water. The tap water is actually natural spring water. They also provide you with fruit , teas and coffee. There are many activities to keep you busy. For me, it was all about the relaxation and connecting with nature.
This is one of the most amazing properties KZN has to offer. I can't wait to return and a big thank you to Jurie and team!

It's amazing weekend. I really love here! My puppies Al's love here! The scenery is very beautiful !
Jurie is very nice people! I will recommend my friends!
Sound insulation is not good! I suggest turning on the fan at night to make white noise or you will hear many animals noise outside the house.

Spacious room, comfy bed with good linen and electric blanket. Extra touches like fruit in the room appreciated
Shower over bath very awkward to get into - could benefit from a grab handle on the wall next to the step.

The variety of activities, the scenery, the food, the whole vibe of the Ranch and the hot tub! I would recommend to anyone to stay for as long as you possibly could because one or even two days is not enough.
If I have to choose one thing to criticize it would be the double bed in our room we booked. It was not the most comfortable.

Breakfast is not included as it is a separately run a la carte restaurant. The quality of the food and service was excellent.
The management and staff were quick to respond to the safety issue of no handrails in the bath-shower, and immediately had a team out to install.
We were offered an upgrade, which wasn't really as although the bed size was larger, the setting was further from the main building which didn't suit our needs (might be suitable for others) and the shower was not a walk in but shower over the bath, again not suitable for us.

Loved the beautiful views and the place is very peaceful.
The breakfast was great too.
Rooms are cosy and give a vacation vintage feel
it was too cold and could light the fireplace, but they do have electric blankets which assisted a lot.
