The reality of this hotel surpasses all expectations

I recently stayed at All'Island Concept and was thoroughly impressed by the attention to detail throughout the entire property. With only 15 spacious and impeccably maintained suites, the design and high-quality amenities were top-notch, including Cocomat mattresses and pillows, Illy coffee, fresh orchids in the room, and even Dyson hairdryers. Located on a small promontory, the hotel's exclusive and privileged views can be enjoyed from every angle. And, to top it off, the hotel offers a small but beautiful private beach that is only available to guests. However, what truly sets apart is the exceptional staff. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made my stay truly special. The reality of this hotel surpasses all expectations, making it a perfect choice for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway.

I recommend equipping the minibar with more products to maintain a high standard in this area as well. Since it's the beginning of the season, I suppose it's just a matter of time.

they had a wedding at the pool which we were not told about this when we arrived. we didn’t feel comfortable using the pool whilst the wedding was on. we should have been told this was happening and compensated

perfect place for a honeymoon

beautiful setting with a private sandy beach, excellent staff, very comfortable rooms with all you could imagine, bluetooth speakers, even speakers in the shower. noce matress and pillows, very close to elounda and agios nikolaos villages

7 days in paradise for first holiday with baby

Amazing stay in paradise! First holiday with our baby and it was perfect. Staff were so lovely and looked after everything we needed. Everything about this was wonderful. Little beach was also so good, better than main beach close by. Room was better than expected, with many little great details thought of and design was really nice.

My only tiny suggestion would be to change the menu regularly or have specials each day, for those of us content to stay around the hotel. But food was lovely.

The breakfast was great. I mostly used room service as I was too lazy to walk downstairs from my room.

The restaurant produced fantastic meals, however if we had eaten there every lunch and dinner it might be a little expensive, especially as alternative restaurants are a fair walk away in town. A smaller sandwich option would've been a nice lunchtime alternative.

Just wow!

Absolutely everything! Stunning location, beautiful room and amenities and the most wonderful staff. we waited 2 years to stay here because of Covid restrictions and it was worth it. We will be back.

Truly luxurious private and lovely stay

There isn't much to complain about at this hotel! The staff were lovely, the rooms were epic. On entrance to our room for example, there was this beautiful picture on the wall of the ocean which I soon realised was actually a window. Our balcony space was so spacious we had to actually rotate which sunbed, chairs or sofa to sit on each day. The small private beach was a gem, only a few hotel guests tend to be down there at the same time so sometimes it feels like you own the place. The water is pretty fresh near the shore, so swimming out a bit further improves the temperature FYI. Breakfasts were substantial, car parking was easy, dinners were good if a little pricey! But that's what you get for high end chefs and hotels. On the saturday night we also had a little 2 piece live music set and thanks to our friendly Belgium friends we were all dancing by the end of the night (including me a 46 year old software developer).

The only thing I'd say is that this is a very high price hotel. It's not a complaint as such, it's a statement of fact - it's worth it.

Breathtaking hotel, lovely staff - food overpriced though

The hotel is absolutely stunning! Breathtaking views from everywhere, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant. The rooms and exterior areas are decorated beautifully and tasteful. Since there are only 15 rooms in the hotel, there is always space at the pool and the staff remember all the guests. They’re also incredibly friendly and helpful. It was hands down the most beautiful place my husband and I ever stayed in!

In line with some of the previous reviews we unfortunately have to agree that the food was overpriced and not even that good. We had one dinner at the hotel but then decided to go into Agios Nikolaos every night as the food there was much more affordable and always tasty. Even for lunch the options weren’t great (very heavy meals eg pasta, burgers, etc.) and also very expensive. Some simpler and lighter options for more affordable prices would make the hotel absolutely perfect! Not really a criticism but we’d definitely recommend hiring a car. You can reach the nearby village on foot but it’s a dark and dodgy walk. Alternatively you can take a taxi of course.

Dreamy Idyllic stay at the Island Concept

The hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed in, in terms of the location, rooms and facilities. We were upgraded to a ground floor room with a large patio and jacuzzi which was wonderful! The setting is beautiful and far exceeded my expectations. The staff are also amazing at the hotel and went out of their way to meet your needs. The private beach means you really don’t need to leave the resort for much. I loved the intimacy of the hotel - only 15 rooms means that the pool is never too busy and people generally respect privacy. Would definitely love to visit again! Really appreciated the late check-out as well!

The breakfasts were decent but portions were a little too large. The one negative thing is that the lunch and dinner menu was not great Its a missed opportunity not to have a simple tapas style menu with Greek specialities. We hardly ate at hotel because of this and preferred to drive to the nearby towns for our meals. In terms of the room - the shower was always flooding the floor which became difficult to keep clean.

Elegant, calm luxury

The hotel is so chic, calm and relaxing. The staff (from reception to bar and house keeping to restaurant) were incredibly friendly, cheerful and helpful. They all went above and beyond a to fulfill any request, big or small. The rooms were great - modern, elegant, low key luxury without the dull anonymity that you sometimes get in larger luxury hotels. You definitely feel like you're in Greece! The huge whitewashed private terrace outside our room with hot tub, plump sun beds, giant bean bag and amazing 180 degree view of Mirabello Bay all very much added to the Greek vibes. The pool area has the same incredible views and low key, luxury vibe as the rooms. And, because there are only 15 rooms in the hotel (most with great terraces which people seem to use a lot), the pool area never feels crowded. The pool is a good size and is kept slightly heated in cooler months. The private beach is heavenly, planted with olive trees for shade, again never feels crowded and the crystal clear sea (although still a tad chilly in May!) is so inviting. The spa, although very small, has everything you could want and the therapist gave a great deep tissue massage. The hotel is in a great location - incredibly secluded and quiet out on a private headland but only a ten minute stroll from Ammoudara Beach which has good little beach restaurants for lunch and kayak rental and a five minute walk (through the Blue River Beach Club) to Almyros Beach which has water sports and small kiosk. It's a ten minute drive into Agios Nikolaos or a 25 minute walk along Almyros Beach and around the paved cliff top walk. We had the most calming, relaxing holiday and would have stayed for another month if we had the time!

The restaurant was great for breakfast (fresh fruit platter, fresh orange juice, coffee/tea and iced water served as soon as you sit down and then the option to choose from a menu of cooked breakfasts/pastries/granola) and the outside terrace was lovely. However the restaurant was a little too repetitive for lunch or dinner. We had dinner on the first night and the food is incredible - expertly prepared fine dining - but it is a little heavy to have every night. Equally, the lunch options were quite heavy and expensive - it would have been great if you could get some meze options or more informal salads/sandwiches. Not really a major issue though given the various options within walking distance! Also a lot of guests clearly loved the restaurant and seemed to eat there every evening!

Wonderful hotel

Gorgeous hotel, fabulously welcoming staff who made us feel at home as soon as we arrived and an amazing breakfast every day. They could not have been more efficient but friendly at the same time

Walking along the road to get into town was a bit hairy but nothing to do with the hotel!
