Un endroit parfait pour découvrir la ville et le lac de Côme la ville et le

Apparement très bien situé, à sept minutes à pied du centre de Côme. Il y a une place de parking mais pas adapté au SUV. Mais il y a toujours de la place dans la rue pour se garer. L’appartement est très spacieux, très lumineux et très bien équipé. Il y a une vue à couper le souffle sur le lac et la ville. Il y a une très belle terrasse également. Le propriétaire Lucas est très serviable et gentil. Il nous a bien expliqué les attractions touristiques et il nous a conseillé des restaurants. Bref je recommande cette location.

We knew the apartment would not dissapoint as the reviews were excellent. And we weren't disappointed. What we didn't expect was the level of service from the host Luca. He went out of his way, gave us loads of information and was always available. This type of generosity and service we have never seen before at any other accommodation. What a lovely apartment and host. Highly recommended

Everything was wonderful.

The apartment is close to the city center, is very spacious and well-equipped. It’s also nicely decorated and has the prettiest views over the city. Also, the host was more than nice to us. He presented us with all the useful information for a successful stay on Lake Como and we were able to contact him quickly in case of any problem. I can’t recommend this accommodation enough for anyone who wants to visit Lake Como.

Great location and good value for money

The place is just 10 minutes walk from the center of the city with available parking in front of the building. The balcony are great with nice view with good size of rooms.

The house is pit old but the furniture and place are good. There is no AC which a little warm for summer.

Complete perfection in an apartment coupled with a perfect host.

The host Luca was unlike any other - absolutely amazing. So helpful, knowledgable and thoughtful. The apartment was amazing too, spacious with panoramic 360 views and very comfortable. The apartment was located just 10 minute walk from the town centre which was perfect too. So many little touches that truly made it a home from home, Luca had thought of everything.

Altogether a very enjoyable stay.

The location was great, just 10 minutes downhill to the town (coming back was a bit harder!). The apartment had everything you needed and the views of the town from the balcony were lovely. Luca, the host was very helpful and gave us lots of information on the local area.

There was only shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom. Some hair conditioner and shower gel would have been nice.

Best Host-Fabulous apartment

Beautiful apartment, great location and especially Mr. Luca is an amazing host and a real gentleman! I would describe him as an open book, every question has an answer! The apartment has a wonderful view of the city and lake Como, extremely comfortable and super clean. Highly recommend it! Definitely we will be back :-))

I had a wonderful vacation, grade 10 !

This location is extraordinary! The apartment is beyond expectations, with a wonderful view of the city and Lake Como, being located at a height. It is extremely spacious and well compartmentalized. What else can we talk about the terrace: it is a 360 degree terrace, where you feel wonderful if you stay to admire the city and drink a coffee or a wine. The owner, Luca, a special man picked us up from the train station and introduced us to the property. His advice about the objectives to visit or the organization of trips were a real help. Thank you Luca!

Little gem in beautiful Como

Everything : location, outside terrace, well equipped plus little extras, super-clean, comfy beds. Luca, our host was the best. He met us at the train station and gave us loads of information about things to do in the area.

Mr. Luca is a very nice, warm and cheerful person. He made our stay very comfortable by picking us up from the train station by two separate trips for our friends and us. He also dropped us at the train station on our departure. The facility is exceptional with beautiful views of the town, mountains and some part of the lake. It is a walking distance to the Como town and ferry. All the supplies were adequate for a three night stay. It is a very well equipped facility and I highly recommend it. It is a very good value for money.

Luca is an excellent host; his genuine warmth, friendliness, and guidance were much appreciated.

This property is special. The views from the balcony are stunning and downtown Como is an easy walk away. The kitchen was well-stocked and all our needs were met.

Ideal for an all year round visit. I wish our 3 night stay could have been longer.

Spacious apartment, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. An extensive patio provided a lovely view of the lake and Como City. Luca was a very friendly and informative host. Excellent location as it was less than a 10 minute walk down to the Cathedral and shops. As we had been travelling for over a week, with only cabin bags, having a washing machine and a drier was really useful.

Luca is an amazing gentleman and host. He was very excited to share all about Como, food recommendations, sites, George Clooney's house, everything!! The apartment is extremely comfortable for European standards, also equipped with kitchen equipment to eat there if you want to. We HIGHLY recommend this apartment!!

Don't hesitate to book Aerie Esmeralda. Wonderful home-away-from-home in Como.

Our host, Luca, was terrific - very friendly and helpful. He picked us up, and dropped us off, at the train station. He shared a great deal of helpful information about the apartment and Como generally. The apartment itself is wonderful - terrific view from the large terrace, very clean, and nicely appointed. Bring a sturdy pair of walking shoes!

I like to use a second pillow for sleeping, so extra pillows on the beds would be nice. Honestly, I'm struggling to come up with something that I didn't like about Luca's place.

A view only surpassed by the wonderful host!

Spectacular apartment with an amazing view and an even more amazing host! Our host, Luca, welcomed us like we were family coming for a visit! The location was not too far from the train station, but Luca offered to pick us up and drop us off there when we left. A grocery store is nearby, and it was only a short walk to central Como, restaurants and the funicular and ferry. We will be back!

Stunning view from the large terrace across the city and a bit of the lake.

For us it was no problem but it's worth noticing that the location is a little up the hill, so there are some meters to climb when returning back from the city. This however also produces amazing views from the large terrasse.

Wonderful apartment and the best host

We had the most amazing stay at Aerie Esmeralda! Luca honestly was the best host and exceeded all our expectations. He gave us great tips on what to do and made our holiday so memorable. Great location and amazing apartment. We will definitely be back.. cannot recommend enough! Thank you Luca!

Luca was the most welcoming host we have had in many Booking.com stays. He provided transportation to and from the train station, he left us snacks, juice, wine, water, and breakfast items. He spent time explaining how different appliances worked and gave us a wonderful overview of the area including maps, restaurant suggestions, and trip and ferry tips. It was more like staying with an old friend. The apartment is a large beautiful penthouse with a wrap around deck, and the views from aerie are stunning. The walk to the city is less than 15 minutes and was fairly well lit, so we felt safe walking at night. There was an eclectic mix of antiques and modern that worked well together, and we just "felt comfortable" in the apartment. If we lived closer, we we would definitely stay again!

There was nothing really we didn't like. There is no TV, but the views from patio more than make up for that.

The best holiday experience we have ever had

Everything was simply amazing! The host was very kind and came to the train station to pick us up. Later he explained everything about the apartment (how to use the facilities), he shared with us the best locations to visit and eat. He shared with us some secret locations around Como Lake which made our stay a-m-a-z-i-n-g! Apart from the high-standard apartment, we were welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and homemade jams for breakfast. The apartment is full of guides, maps, photo albums and recommendations, it was super helpful when planning our days. It is located in the top floor of the building that is on a hill - the best view to see Como and the lake. Almost every room and bathroom has its own entry to the terrace. At the same time, it is a few hundred meters from the cathedral - center of Como. It took us only a few minutes to walk there. After the stay, Luca, our host, took us to the train station which is very kind! We do recommend this place and we will definitely come back. We are frequent travelers but have never experienced such hospitality. Apart from the hospitality, every single thing at the apartment was great. There was literally everything we needed starting with knives for cheese and glasses for wine and ending with a sofa on a huge terrace above the city of Como. Aha! Luca also grows veggies and herbs on the balcony that we could eat for breakfast :)
