Location perfect. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Clean, comfortable and well located hotel on the water in beautiful Como city.

This hotel is lovely. The staff are exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel has the most wonderful aroma everywhere and all of the time. The scent is so calming. The location is excellent, you can see the ferry from the room, but it is also quiet. Our room was very comfortable, clean and had a lake view. Breakfast was amazing!

I really can't say anything negative other than there is some construction going outside the hotel, but honestly, there's a lot of construction in the area. It is progress and necessary. It really didn't bother us.

Superb

We were blown away with this lovely hotel. We were greeted by very friendly staff on arrival and were told that both of the rooms we had booked had been upgraded. Our daughters room had a spectacular view over the lake. The breakfast is served in the most magical room i have ever seen. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Lake Como

Cute hotel but over priced. Noisy.

The restaurant was pretty and the staff were friendly. Nice and dog friendly.

Building works meant it was quite noisy and for this price, should just be some more comforts provided in the room.

Hotel, acceptable avoid Antica Darden’s Restaurant.

Good location, clean

Extremely small room, not good value for the money . Bathroom in bad shape. We had a bad experience with their Restaurant Antica Darsena - disrespectful and offensive manner of treating guests by the Restaurant manager himself. For a house of their caliber not good. Will stay away.

Fairytale hotel with a lake view

Beautiful hotel in front of the lake, amazing decoration making you travel through time, yet modern and spotless rooms, very comfortable beds, amazing breakfast (breakafast room is beautifully lit and decorated, outstandingly cosy atmosphere like I've never experienced before, very attentive service), close to everything, highly recommended, you will not regret!

I loved absolutely everythin about my stay.

Although a mistake had been made on our reservation, the staff quickly reacted an rectified the problem.

'LOST' my credit cards on a train- and this staff was truly helpful. They did everything they could to make my stay pleasant. VERY kind.

Great location, great breakfast, lovely decor and friendly, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a larger room which was nice

Our upgraded room had the shower in the bedroom, and a frosted glass wall to the toilet... didnt like either at all. Loved the hotel but I would ask not to have those 'features'

The most comfortable bed in Italy!

Really great location overlooking the town square and lake, right next to the ferry terminal! Super convenient if you don’t have a car, like me. The beds were really comfortable and the staff was very nice!

Not a great view of the lake from the lake view rooms, I’d advise not paying for that upgrade! The rooms are a bit outdated but functional, clean, and comfortable!

Great hotel fantastic breakfast staff very helpful. When we arrived they upgraded us very nice of them.

Wanted to stay longer but had to change room and more money. I guess they were full booked no surprise as otherwise excellent .

wrong room but hotel lovely and restaurant food fantastic

location - restaurant

we booked a lake view room - when offered 205 which had a view over the carpark and slight lake view from corner of window I went to reception to be met by a frosty receptionist who said no it’s a partial lake view room not full only classic rooms have full lake view but we booked a deluxe room with lake view so was confused and she wouldn’t agree

Location and View was great it was selected to be close to the lake and in the next day we take a boat around Como Lake it was amazing no need for any Transportation it's all you need walke away
