Modernes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung

Guter Service mit der Möglichkeit von early Check in und late Check out. Super Frühstück mit allem was man benötigt. Sagenhafte Aussicht von der Dachterasse. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und es war alles sauber Wir kommen gern wieder in dieses Hotel.

Excellent stay in Arequipa

We visited Arequipa to do a Colca Canyon tour and found this property to be exceptional value, both in comfort and location. The staff were also extremely helpful and informative. The room was really nice, and spacious with great facilities. Mateo from reception, really did everything he could to make us feel welcome.

No negative aspects whatsoever.

Der Service beim Frühstück war sehr persönlich und nett. Der Kaffee wurde frisch zubereitet gebracht. Das eigentliche Frühstück war als Buffet angerichtet und reichhaltig und lecker. Sehr freundliches Personal. Mittendrin im historischen Arequipa, und trotzdem sehr ruhige Umgebung.

Wir kommen wieder

Es ist nicht nur die Lage perfekt, sondern auch das Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals was dieses Hotel ausmacht. Wir sind am frühen Vormittag angekommen und konnten problemlos unser Gepäck an der Rezeption abgeben. Am letzten Tag wurden unsere Boardkarten von einem Mitarbeiter der Rezeption gedruckt, usw... Ein schmuckes, ruhiges Hotel mitten in der Stadt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit besonderem Ambiente. Kurz gesagt, wir sind begeistert und kommen bestimmt wieder!!!

Empfehlenswert

Der Gastgeber hat sich Zeit genommen und ausführlich erklärt, was in der Stadt sehenswert ist. Sehr freundlich und familiär.

Es war in der Nacht wegen der benachbarten Baustelle ziemlich laut. Aber das hat natürlich mit dem Gastgeber nichts zu tun.

Great place in the area!

Amazing hotel, fantastic value for money, good location

Customer service is excellent! Personnel is amazingly attentive, polite and willing to help at any time. Clean and comfortable room with comfortable beds. Great stay in Arequipa.

Soggiorno fantastico

Situato in posizione centrale a due passi da Plaza de Armas e dal monastero di Santa Catalina, comunque comodo per tutta la città. Molto pulito e curato ha nel personale il più grande punto di forza. Cordiale, disponibile e ben disponente in ogni occasione. Da preferirsi assolutamente.

The Stuff was very helpful and friendly, the hotel was amazingly beautiful and authentic and exceeded our expectations!! It was very clean and the stay was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend it and go back again there.

Perfect staff, clean and with nice service. However, the facilities in restroom can be improved.

The staff is friendly. If you'd like to book local tour, you can book with him directly. He introduced the attractions nearby- where to see the sunset, where to eat, and etc. If you have no time to do homework, come here! The water is hot, and the cleaning service is terrific!

The shower room only has one glass, which means the water will spit out from the other side and make the restroom wet. I have problems with the toilet- it can not be flushed on the first day I arrived and the day I checked out.

Best place to stay in Arequipa (in my opinion!)

I was made welcome by Matteo, the manager, from the moment I arrived. I actually arrived early, but was offered breakfast and a room to rest in until my room was ready. Once available, my room was spotlessly clean, very modern and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and modern, with a powerful, hot shower. Breakfast was excellent, with a good selection to choose from and the freshest, tastiest bread I've eaten in Peru! I'd highly recommend this hotel, which is a 5 minute walk from the main square.

I prefer not to have my room cleaned on a daily basis, but that's just a personal preference.

top floor rooms are extremely bright and loud, need to get the manager to let you in/out of the hotel every time you enter and leave, uncomfortable staff, below average breakfast with not enough eggs for everyone.

Most comfortable bed!

The best bed and pillows I found in Peru! Friendly and helpful host. Great shower with hot water. Very good price for what you get.

Lack of outdoor furniture, especially on the roof top, where it would be a great place for an evening drink!

The location was center close. We really liked the building itself (traditional white wall of Arequipa). The staff was nice and helpful with the breakfast because we had to leave early regarding a tour. The wifi, hot water, cleanliness was excellent.

The superior room with king size bed was larger and better than anything we have seen in the photogallery. Almost like a cathedral. Staff was very helpful, room service was 100%, breakfast room with terrace was amazing, TV was huge enough, matress was comfortable, shower was very spacious...etc.Location can be hardly any better.

Everything was perfect! We loved our room, the location and the breakfast. The receptionist was really outstanding, he helped us with a lot of things so we can’t thank him enough. We definitely recommend staying there!

The room price is ok

At 7 o 'clock every morning, the cleaning staff would use the vacuum cleaner to make a loud noise in the corridor. The cleaning staff would mess with the guests' luggage every day.

Superb

Perfect location, this place exceeded my expectation! The furniture has been changed, the real room is better than the picture on booking. The staff is really great! The receptionist has explained everything about Arequipa upon arrival and booked the tour and transfer to Puno. It's a real Arequipa experience sleeping here since the room is made in typical Arequipa stones :)

Scam property. Fake reviews

This place is horrible. The rooms don't match the images provided and are very poorly designed. Bright lights shine in your window with no curtain to block them. Rude staff. Don't acknowledge these things while you're staying there or they will kick you out in the middle of the night.
