perfectly located property in walking distance to all the hustle and bustle of arequipa. great staff!
our bathroom was a bit dated and the door to the shower would keep opening unless you’d put your bath mat to stop it.

amazing facilities overall, great breakfast.
communication was very difficult before our stay. I kept getting automated responses to my messages while I was requesting for change of dates for about 5 days. contacted booking support in the end and they also claimed they were unreachable. I understand this was during Easter time where service is limited, however I would expect from a 5 star hotel to offer more timely communications and be reachable at any given point. we were offered a free transfer to the airport as an apology.

Clean, comfortable beds, excellent customer service. Beautifully restored Colonial Mansion
Room was a bit too small. We had two full size beds. One King would have been better

the location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops and historic sites. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The personnel was very courteous .
breakfast disappointed us, it was not up to a 5 star hotel. There was no variety and they offered the
same food both days. We stayed in a junior suite and although it was very spacious, the layout was not very harmonious.

Historic building with impressive interior spaces and atmospheric restaurant and bar. Hotel rooms in modern annex are spacious. Great location next to Santa Catalina monastery and excellent dining options nearby.
Nothing.
