Master bedroom has two queen-size beds with a view to Red Mountain. Guest room has a queen size bed. You will find this unit brings you the best of everything: location, convenience, and cozy, affordable accommodations. Timberridge Condo 1G is in the heart of downtown Aspen, just minutes to the Gondola and a two minute stroll into Aspen’s busy shopping and dining areas.

With its fully equipped kitchen, this unit is the perfect, cozy spot for après ski dining. Or if your ideal vacation includes a busy nightlife, Aspen is just beyond your front door with its renowned restaurants and bar scene. The unit has a warm and cozy atmosphere and is decorated in a Western style. It is located in a quiet area near downtown. One car parking is available with permit.

There is a free RFTA bus from the airport to Ruby Park in the center of Aspen. There is a CME bus from Eagle (EGE) Vail airport or Denver (DEN) airport. Denver is 3-4 hours driving time, Eagle is 45 mins, and Aspen (ASE) airport is 10 minutes.

I stayed here for four nights for a solo trip to recharge, hike and enjoy all things Aspen. The 2 bedroom condo was much more space than I needed and so clean and comfortable! Great location to hiking trails and walking to all the great restaurants and shopping. A great host who accommodated my early check in and somewhat late checkout. I will definitely stay here again if available! Thank you John!

The condo unit is in a great quiet location on the west side of town with attractions in downtown Aspen very walkable from the condo. Having a private dedicated parking spot is a huge plus. There is another unit on the second floor above this unit so we could hear people (children?) walking around but it wasn't a big problem. We would definitely stay here again.

We were thrilled to find this unit available for our last-minute stay that included the busy 4th July holiday. The location cannot be beat, with everything within a short five minute stroll. The well-loved home is full of charming quirks, such as the smaller of the two bedrooms decorated in a fly-fishing theme. Although one side of the apartment abuts an alley used by the building's residents, we slept comfortably with the windows open, undisturbed by any passers-by. The property provides excellent value and is more spacious than the photos may suggest.

John was an excellent host. The location of the unit is prime. It is rusticly decorated and bathrooms are not updated, but for the value and location, this space cannot be beat. Thank you for a great rental! We will be back!

PROS - very clean condo; great tasting water from tap; cable TV; really nice sheets in master bedroom; easy to open windows; quiet; excellent location; and great internet access. CONS - VRBO listing was incorrect with no unit number and wrong access code for entry; poor lighting in bathrooms; closet door to furnace off hinges in main living room; bedroom pillows were not great for me but I have a neck injury and should have brought my own! I would definitely stay here again. Best, Amber B.

We really enjoyed our 12 night stay in this condo. It had everything we needed. Loved the interesting decor throughout the condo. Kitchen is well stocked. Love the master bedroom with 2 Queen beds, TV and in room master bath. 2nd bedroom with a Queen bed is wonderful. 2nd bath also very nice. Great cable TV in comfortable living room. On the ski bus route, so easy to get to other ski mountains. Good location to walking around town and to Parties. Want to stay here again!!

Similar to some of the other reviews, this condo is definitely a gem due to its comfort and relatively large size for being right in town. The beds were extremely comfortable and the overall stay was just what we were looking for. John was helpful with check-in and make everything easy. Would definitely stay again.

If you value location, convenience, and a comfy/cozy experience, John’s place is a winner. Terrific location to walk to center of town, 4 block walk. Easy with kids. I liked the fact what we could walk 2 blocks to the St. Regis for a cocktail in their lounge with live music. It was a fun venue to people watch. 5 minute walk to Shadow Mountain chairlift.

The condo is very nice. Beds are super comfy. Condo is in walking distance to everything in town. They’re doing construction on the building but honestly we knew that before finalizing our booking and John was very accommodating. The construction honestly didn’t bother us at all. They didn’t start early or make much noise at all. Overall it’s a very nice place. The only note I would make is that if you have allergies to cigar smoke, it definitely smells as if someone has smoked in the condo. The owners may have not known this though.

Great place to stay. Perfect location short walk to gondola or lift one. Few blocks to main area of town - even walked to the grocery. Owners are great - very helpful and responsive. The place is much nicer than it looks in the pictures. Very well-appointed kitchen. Would stay again

John’s place was truly fantastic - located walking distance from the shadow mountain chair or the Ajax gondola, it is an unexpected gem! We stayed with my partner and another couple and it was huge (especially compared to other aspen apartments we’ve seen). The kitchen is well equipped, the fireplace was perfect for cold nights and the lounge area was where we spent every (wonderful) evening. The pictures truly don’t do it justice and the hunting/fishing decor is fun. John was incredibly responsive and eager to make sure we had a great stay - thanks again John and looking forward to staying again!
