Thoroughly enjoyed our first time in Bordeaux City. We will definitely be going back. One word of warning however, the airport was carnage with no visual management to speak of to assist in crowd control ; been in more organised scrums.

Superbly well situated close to everything especially easy for the tramway , upmarket area but still a few minimarkets nearby ,no A/c which for us in September was ok but in july August most probably too hot because it's in the top floor attic ,but other very happy indeed

Cuisine et salle de bain d’un autre âge électricité vieillotte les tringles à rideau tiennent pas lit petit.
Draps et serviettes de toilette en supplément 50 euros d’un prix déjà bcp trop cher.
Seul l’emplacement est bien.

Appartement certainement idéal pour les saisons d’automne hiver mais infernal lorsqu’il fait chaud. Dernier étage sous les toits donc, pas de Clim, un ventilateur pour le fun et pas de possibilité d’aérer comme il faut. Literie très moyenne, et pas de volets ni de rideaux occultants bref par manque de choix nous nous sommes arrêtés sur celui ci. Mais on ne nous y reprendra plus !
Après, c’est un appart effectivement ultra bien situé dans un très bel immeuble bordelais.
Des améliorations pour le rendre plus attractif !

This should not be a booking.com listing
There is a very distinct difference between booking.com and other accomodation apps and sites. The useability of booking.com is to find a place pay and have everything run smoothly from one stop shop. This place was absolutely not that. After I paid quite a substantial sum never bothering to read the fine print as for 7 years using booking.com I never had to, this apartment then send you a private email and message where you have to pay for the cleaning fee in ADVANCE, a deposit blocked on your credit card of €250 and a SERVICE FEE of €3.50 for using this very method of payment. It is absolutely ludicrous!!! They wouldn't book me in and allow me in if I didn't fill in this form after having paid €163 directly already on booking.com.
No one wants to find things out after they pay...no one wants to service fee even if they are a small amount because booking.com is the facility for this very purpose to cut out the middle man.
The apartment it self did not even half any hand soup...or a full roll of toilet paper. So in the end after paying over €220 for just two short nights, I could have stayed in a Hotel for that price with much better service and facilities without waiting or having to buy my own hand soup. Not worth for short stays for sure!

Très surprise
Le canapé lit est plus qu'inconfortable, il est vraiment URGENT de le changer. Sur 2 ventilateurs, un seul fonctionne en sachant qu'il faisait une chaleur accablante. Il faudrait également embaucher un berger pour qu'il regroupe les moutons qui sont sous les meubles et canapé - alors que l'on paye pour le ménage !!!! c'est quand même hallucinant.
De plus, la télévision ne fonctionne pas et pour l'EURO de foot c'est quand même ballot !!!!!!

L'accueil fait par Mathieu à été très chaleureux et très professionnel.
L'appartement étant au 5 ème étage, dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu profiter de l'ascenseur, et malheureusement une personne avait de gros problèmes de santé pour monter les étages. L'appartement était propre mais avec quelques défauts comme : lave- vaisselle en panne , la porte du placard de la salle de bain cassée la télévision hors service, et pas de local poubelles.
Le point positif est la localisation en plein centre de Bordeaux et au calme (mais attention en plein été car il n'y a pas la clim)
Merci à Mathieu de nous avoir aidé à monter les bagages (dommage.. il n'était pas là pour le départ)

L'appartement est très bien situé et on a une carte pour le parking c'est top
Par contre quitter le logement a 10h c'est un peu tôt pour un dimanche
On a failli ne pas pouvoir sortir sans payer du parking car il faut passer signer le mandat
Je suis restée bloquée dans les toilettes et pas d éponge propre et de produit vaisselle
J'espère que ces remarques seront prises en compte pour le bien être des prochains visiteurs

Bel appart mais belle arnaque
Des frais de ménage de 49€ non mentionnés, un canapé lit brise dos, une bouilloire complètement entartrée, une forte odeur de cigarette alors que c'est un appartement non-fumeur, le ménage mal fait par une équipe de nettoyage qui nous a en plus pris notre nourriture dans le frigo et l'a jetée!

J'avoue que j'ai mal lu à la réservation, c'est donc ma faute.
Sinon personne charmante pour la remise des clés.

Accommodation good administrators not so good
The actual property is very well located and fairly well equipped. It is on the fifth ( top) floor of an old fashioned block of apartments. At the time we stayed the lift only went as far as the fourth floor because of some problem with functionality of the lift: so if you need a lift, check the status.
I was less impressed with booking agent.
I contacted the agent after making the booking with a question which they answered promptly. I then tried to contact them again to try and extend our stay by arriving a day early. They didn’t reply to my written question but eventually I got somebody on the telephone. They told me it would be fine. However, when my wife turned up there was no one there. My wife eventually spoke to someone who claimed that I had made the booking to add a day at the end (in spite of me writing the request as well as speaking to them). With some assistance from the agent my wife ended up staying the extra night in a nearby hotel but for a time the agent tried to claim it was our mistake and charge us for the extra night - we were flying home that day!

Lo mejor la ubicación
Hola estuvimos en el alojamiento tres noches, y el primer día se nos estropeó el lavaplatos, Le mandé un wasap al propietario y no hizo ni acercarse,lo mejor del apartamento es la ubicación, que está al lado del centro, porque el apartamento en general con muebles bastante viejos, el sofá y la ropa de cama muy justos en cuanto a limpieza. La limpieza en general muy justa. Por otro lado el baño enano, y el cordón del telefonillo muy corto, con solo decir que mi marido se tenia que duchar de rodillas. Por no decir que el apartamento está en un quinto piso y el ascensor tan pequeño que solo caben dos personas estaba siempre estropeado. Además nos tomó una fianza excesiva de 250 euros que tardó una semana entera en devolvernos.
