We had a really great week in Bordeaux based out of this apartment which was clean and well apportioned. It was super close to transport which is cheap and efficient. The only minor snag was the guide (otherwise helpful!) was incorrect about where the rubbish/recycling went but this was easily sorted with a conversation with the onsite porter.

It’s been lovely staying at the flat. It’s not as central as other places but so easy to get to the centre by tram (the flat is only 2 min walk from the stop) so if you want a slightly quieter stay it’s perfect! The flat was super clean and it had everything we needed - even for cooking a meal.
The communication with the staff was excellent - the only thing to keep in mind is that their English is not very good.
I would definitely recommend this flat! :-)

Séjour de 2 nuits. Appartement spacieux, moderne et très bien placé. Mais communication avec l'équipe pas évidente et peu professionnelle. Et surtout logement très sale: ménage qui laisse beaucoup à désirer et ce sans doute depuis plus semaines vu la poussière! Miettes, restes alimentaires (frigo, café), dentifrice dans la vasque et sur le miroir mais aussi cheveux au fond de la baignoire. Très dommage vus les atouts du logement!

Partie en petit groupe, nous avons chercher dans ce magnifique appartement. Le design est super et l'appart est super propre. Le plus réside dans le fait qu'il y ait un balcon.

Bel appartement, propre, neuf et bien équipé. Un parking dans l'immeuble, une grande terrasse, et le tram juste à côté pour aller en centre ville en 20 min seulement.

Accueil désastreux
Accueil irrespectueux et non professionnel. Sur enchaînement d’absurdités. N’ont pas pris contact avec nous et nous reproche car avait soit disant un faux numéro (n’ont pas mis indicatif alors que l’avait dans leur dossier) par la suite la personne nous dit qu’elle n’a donc pas les clés sur elle doit aller les chercher chez elle précise habiter à 15 minutes. Revient plus avec plus de 50 minutes de retard. Se trompe d’entrée d’immeuble, nous donne le faux wifi avec aucune info sur le check out. Et nous dit que le badge pour accéder au parking ne fonctionne plus très bien. Pour finalement avouer qu’il ne fonctionne pas du tout. Donc nous n’avons pas de parking pendant notre séjour. Annonce est donc mensongère. Prenons contact avec « l’agence » se dédouane de toutes responsabilités nous dit qu’il nous ferons parvenir un nouveau badge pour le parking. Ils osent mettre en avant la crise sanitaire alors que la personne qui nous a accueillis n’avait même pas mis le masque dans endroit confiné (ascenseur) et puis plus aucune nouvelles ne nous réponde même plus. Une honte!! A savoir aussi que le week-end bruit musique et cris toute la nuit jusqu’à 7h du matin ainsi que plus de 27 degrés dans l’appart. Bref, évitez à tout prix!!

L’appartement est situé dans une jolie résidence, il est très bien équipé et spacieux. Un plus pour la place de parking et l’accès au tram au bout de la rue.
L’appartement était propre !
Le balcon était très agréable au vu des températures !
Juste dommage, de ne pas avoir un kit de « survie » : sel poivre, liquide vaisselle, essuie tout, sac poubelle et papier toilette ! Pour des cours séjours c’est dommage de devoir s’équiper autant.

Sencillo y tranquilo
El apartamento está bien con acceso a piscina en azotea con buenas vistas, gimnasio, cerca de la cité du vin, puerto y tranvía. No tiene aire acondicionado pues parece ser que no suele ser necesario. Igual hemos tenido mala suerte porque al hacer calor y estar cerca del río Garona y zona ajardinada interior, si abres las ventanas para que corra un poco de aire te comen los mosquitos. Es un apartamento nuevo pero ha tenido poco mantenimiento. Con algunos arreglos queda perfecto como punto de descanso en estancias cortas. Frigorífico pequeño, aunque siendo cuatro personas no necesitamos más. Hubo retraso con la limpieza al entrar y tuvimos que volver a lavar la vajilla que usamos porque quedaban restos de grasa, a pesar de disponer de lavavajillas (se ve que los anteriores ocupantes no lo usaron y en la limpieza no revisaron la vajilla). Quitando esos contratiempos el apartamento no esta mal pero esperábamos algo mejor por el precio que pagamos. El trato con la persona de la agencia fué correcto y amable. Importante actualizar navegador pues es zona de edificación nueva y cuesta un poco a la hora de encontrar el sitio excato. Plaza de garaje apta para monovolumen grande. Para volver si arreglan algunas cosillas y ponen mosquiteras en verano.

appartement bien situé par rapport aux infrastructures (parking en sous sol, location vélo, accès tram, animation, ...) mais TRES bruyant (locataires faisant la fête sur les balcons jusqu'à tard dans la nuit, rue très passante, chantier en face de l'appartement).
grande terrasse avec vue sur la cour intérieure mais équipée uniquement d'une table et de deux chaises : pas de parasol (expo plein sud) ni transat... dommage !!!
pas de clim bien que l'immeuble soit récent
bonne literie dans la chambre ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas du canapé convertible :
- matelas peu épais et surtout sommier métallique déformé formant un creux
- fortement déconseillé pour les adultes (nous avons très mal dormi)
cuisine fonctionnelle (four, lave vaisselle, micro ondes), salle de bain avec baignoire et lave linge (très pratique) et WC séparé.
note finale : 6 sur 10

Bien situé, mais trop chaud à l'intérieur
Appartement très propre, bien situé. La place de parking en sous-sol est très pratique. Un monoprix juste à coté pour faire deux-trois courses. Accueil très sympathique.
Le seul hic : il n'y a pas la climatisation (environ 27 degrés à l'intérieur durant notre séjour) et du fait de la proximité avec les lacs et la Garonne, il y a de nombreux moustiques.
