Spacious, clean and comfortable room, unique and great campfire experience
Pan is not clean

The actual airstream was well designed, the campfire set up was good and the bed comfortable.
The reception staff at check in and check out we're dismissive, blunt and rude. Training is required so that the reception staff learn how to greet guests and speak politely to them. The cleaning staff were great, but we found it odd that we stayed 3 nights and weren't offered fresh towels or bathroom paper. The airstream are too close together, way too close, it didn't feel private or safe.

Service attitude is good.
Air condition generated noise a little bit loud

It is cozy, nice and clean. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious. I like the fire pit and chairs in the "front yard". You can buy food/drinks in the the general store.

The location and the place, was cozy and very nice designed.
The showers were so dirty!! Only two showers for so many people, the shower was not that hot. The tent were cleaned though, but the bathroom would definitely had to be cleaned and renewed.
As for the arrival to the room, it was thanks to my partner that we could bring our luggage around 800m to the room, with a hill to grab that tiny wagon. So if you are lucky having your tent next to the parking its ok… but dont count for any staff help for that. Or just pay for the caravan…

- The bed was very comfortable
- the facilities were beautiful!
- tent was spacious
- tons of modern conveniences - there is both a heater and a small airconditioner, a mini fridge, cooking tools, a rack to hang your clothes
- As I was staying at a luxury tent, I had to go to the main building to use the bathroom. We were put in one of the farthest tents out and it wasn't the easiest to use the bathroom late at night.
- On Saturday morning, around 6:30AM when many guests were trying to get out to Yosemite, they decided to close the women's bathroom for cleaning. The line to use the women's bathroom was 6 people deep, and I really think they timed this cleaning poorly.
- The morning after my checkin I was mistakenly sent an email saying my reservation was cancelled. They cleared this up after I emailed back, but I don't really know why that happened.
- I would have appreciated a few small things, staying in the luxury tent at the outer edges of the property - like a pitcher for water

Very Nice facilities very clean. We booked the Airstream which had a large bathroom and everything we needed. Just arrive and Camp. Glamping at its best
It was a bit pricey, but I'm guessing if we had booked it wat in advance we would have saved more. It could have been closer to Yosemite, but that's not something that can be fixed.

The uniqueness
We called them to upgrade our room reservations and they told us they will upgrade it but when we arrived they told us there’s no more room for the additional people that went with us. Very unreliable. They were able to gave us one tent but it was separated from the air stream that we booked. If might have made our experienced good if they were able to provide us a near tent so we can all hang out together.

This was a very fun stay! We were just here for one night on a road trip and wished we could have stayed longer. The main building were they have the “lobby” and front desk is very nice. The pool area seemed nice (we didn’t use it) there is a small bar, a nice little store. We stayed in one of the 82 airstreams and they are very nice and have just about everything you would need. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very nice as well with full sized toiletries that smell good
CHECK IN! We had two airstreams booked and requested early check in - that’s an extra 50.00 each, however that was never going to happen. Check in “starts” at 4 pm.. starts, that certainly does not mean you are getting your place. We waited over an hour for the first one and they were going to bring us the keys to the second one while we were prepping dinner. At 7:30 we went up to see why they had not yet brought us our 2nd key. They said they texted … we said.. we are cooking, the service isn’t great and you told us you were bringing us the key! We were not the only ones with very delayed check in. There were many folks in the same predicament. The staff was very friendly and offered drinks and food. Later in the evening Jesse brought us a gift bag of goodies as an apology for having to wait so long and was apologetic. You could see that housekeeping was working very hard.
It seemed to us like the staff was offering what they could to appease frustrated guests and late check out seemed popular, maybe this is part of the issue? They get stuck in a loop everyday and just cannot get the rooms done in time for the next turnover?

where do i begin. First of all, i got ripped off by booking and they basically charged me $600 for nothing. The property says they can't do the refund because it was booked via booking and booking says i need to contact property. Overall this situation is really bad. I was a loyal booking customers for years and now i am going to stop using it.
In terms of communication the property did very poor. I called them and someone named Crystal said that the wildfires were close and so the air quality was bad for someone who has asthma. That was the reason we cancelled. But now they are claiming that air quality is great and nobody complains.
So overall, i could not get a refund because it was booked via booking.

A very stylish, modern hotel made with great design taste. It's very nice to be in it. The rooms themselves are thought out to the smallest detail. We will definitely return more than once, including to their other branches.
very noisy ceiling temperature control system

Exceeded expectations. Airstream was large, well equipped and comfy. The grill was great fun. Facilities including pool and communal area was great. Staff lovely and helpful. 1hr to Yosemite valley floor. All round perfect
Maybe a couple of extra staff on hand during happy hour to make drinks and food

it’s a very cool concept and is very fun and different.
1. I needed big spray. It cost $17 for what was I think a 6 or 8oz pump spray bottle.
2. cost for a local wine was $13 for a plastic cup of it. I didn’t measure it but I’m not sure how much the pour in the plastic cup was the same size as a regular pour in a wine glass. I don’t know that the wine was worth $13 a glass but that is always subjective.

We absolutely loved our stay. The Airstream was spacious, comfortable, stylish and well-equipped. The facilities were great - we enjoyed the swimming pool and free yoga class. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
Price point is quite high (and so is some of the food, e.g. $18 for a smores kit).
It's pretty far from Yosemite, but nonetheless in a nice location.
