Great location, Got no sleep due to noise and comfort!

The location to get to everything was fantastic and within walking distance. The modern decor was lovely and the rooms were clean, spacious bathroom. The valet staff were super helpful and friendly.

The location is also a downer, you are right above Printers alley and we did not sleep well all 3 nights were awful until 3am every night, the noise from the clubs was unreal, we were on the 4th floor. We requested a new room, as did our friends, bu the staff said the clubs would be closed the rest of the week and it would be quiet. Not true! The volume went from crazy loud 10, to not feeling the vibration in your body, but still loud enough to hear beyond the earplugs we purchased. The beds were also very firm, so not as comfortable as I hoped and the bathroom was huge but the room was tight enough, it felt like there was nowhere to stow your luggage for more than one person that was out of your walking path around the bed.

The location was great- the staff was quite helpful and upbeat friendly

The shark bar was as a contrast unfriendly. The bartender was texting on her phone and never did wait on us. We were not served there

Absolutely wonderful!

Second stay at this hotel and we love the rooms, they are stunning. We booked the king gold suite which has a separate seating area. The bathroom and shower are huge. Rooms are very clean and bed is super comfy. Love the atmosphere of the hotel. You get the feeling of being on broadway even though you are two blocks from it. Love that they change the theme of the parlour bar and have specialty drinks to top it off!

Only wish is that there was an easier way as a guest to get reservations at stateside for the weekend party brunches.

We had a blast, we're coming back next year.

We loved the atmosphere, the pop up shark themed bar and the restaurant/Bar has great food and killer Bloody Marys. Cant beat the location, Printers Ally is right behind the Hotel if you want a less crowded Bar/Saloon with great live music go there. Broadway is two blocks away every bar has live music. Loved the room if you can get one of the suites you wont be disapointed.

The Bar in the Hotel closes to early. Which is no big deal there are plenty close bye.

Best stop in Nashville

I enjoy how close the hotel is to broadway . A quick walk and you’re right by everything. Restaurant and bar inside hotel is a PLUS !

Overall, a very nice day for its location, and it’s attractive restaurant, providing live music I’ll keep coming back

Love the location! I’ve stayed here many times. The nice staff to help you at the door and reception. Attractive lobby that opens to the very attractive (French looking) restaurant/bar. Often a nice musical duo is playing. Bed is comfortable. Gym is small-no window. But, I’m always the only person, there. So, it’s fine.

Although, customers are able to get free morning coffee in the connecting coffee shop, the pastry that’s included was never fresh. I wish they would make this coffee shop a bit more special. It’s not used much, for this reason.(I’m sure)

Great staff, clean property.

I loved the look and sounds of the hotel. The bar was beautiful. Everything was easily accessible. The bed was comfy, the pillows and sheets were comfortable. The towels were fantastic.

Our view was a brick wall, but we didn't ask for one and really didn't care.

Great location with a clean, friendly atmosphere

We were greeted with a smile. We were offered water while we waited for the room to be ready. Easy check-in & out. The room was clean and well appointed on the sixth floor. The bar service was great. The food at the The Stateroom was excellent! We had the spinach artichoke dip, NY strip steak, and scallop risotto. The cocktails were good and our server, Brandon, made good recommendations. Not to be forgotten was the valet parking. Friendly and helped with our luggage. This hotel is in a great location downtown. We didn’t have to move our car. We walked to the Bridgestone Arena for a concert.

We are old school so we wish there was a clock in the room. We have no other complaints about our stay.

Highly recommend. Super cute hotel close to shopping, restaurants and Broadway.

One of the comfiest beds ever and I’ve stayed in many hotels. Love the ambience - we’ve stayed here before. Bonus: cafe, bar and restaurant. Staff is excellent. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Towels were dusty/lint-y. Carpet doesn’t seem vacuumed. Water should be replenished automatically. Should include dental kit. A clock would be super useful. My laptop doesn’t charge with any of your outlets but work for my other tech gadgets.

Great Location, Good Option, but Loud

Great location, nice amenities and really liked the room decor.

Did not realize the hotel backed up onto Printer's Alley. Our room overlooked it and was very loud at night. Also, while room was very nice and comfortable, it was also pretty small.

Overall the hotel was pretty nice! Beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly!

Location was great! Valet was excellent! We have an EV and the valet attendant was so helpful with us finding a charger! The restaurant bar was really nice. The bartender was great and the food was yummy!

The bathrooms by the restaurant were a disaster! 2 stalls were clogged, there was no toilet paper, a stack of half wet paper towels were on the counter instead of in the holder. There was trash everywhere! I couldn’t believe it. Also at check in, there must have 10 customers in line with 1 person working the front desk. We probably waited 30 minutes to just check in.

Great Nashville location - would stay again.

Excellent location - gorgeous bar and restaurant. Loved being by printers alley - lots of bar choices. Really helpful staff and lovely bar - not too noisy but friendly staff and patrons.

Room design makes rooms quite dark - all well being trendy but light is everything.

Exceptional

Wow, we loved this hotel! It’s so beautiful. Even the elevator was stunning!! Neon signs made it soo vibey. We told them when booking that it was our honeymoon and they not only upgraded our room but also left prosecco, popcorn and chocolate in our room with flower petals on the bed. Staff were really friendly and valet parking was straightforward. Great location near broadway too. Really recommend if you have a little more money to spend on hotel :)

Dream was a very nice hotel, clean but a little pricey in my opinion

It was very close to Broadway

It wasn’t worth the price. Some of their amenities were back ordered( bottle water and robes). If I’m paying that much I should get everything that is offered. Also looked back at the receipt when I got home and parking was more than it was advertised for

Location, the bed, the friendly and helpful staff

When it rained, there was a crowd of guests and other people standing in the valet/front door area smoking. It was inconvenient and a little bit gross to have to walk through all the smoke. Can’t they be asked to move somewhere else?
