Location, decor, amenities.
Price - ridiculously overpriced. Rate varied by $150 from Thursday to Saturday night?

The hotel was amazing. It was my first trip to Nashville and the hotel made it even better. The staff was amazing also.
I honestly don't have any complaints.

The room and views were amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was delicious. (The wings were my favorite.) The hotel and decor felt very luxurious and modern.
I did not love the paid wifi. I also wish the sun deck was open. Also, although the food at the restaurant was amazing, the service took a while. It took over 15 minutes for us to get our check after asking for it.

Loved the area and the pillows!

Decorated nicely and seemed clean and location was ideal.
Had to pay for parking, the girl at the front desk tried to charge me twice and was not welcoming AT ALL!! This hotel was very expensive for what it was, nothing about this hotel made me feel better about spending $400 a night. The pillows were horrible flat as a pancake when you put your head on them. Breakfast should be included for the insane rate they are getting and water in the fridge. This is why more people use AIRBNB's

the location is good
Very bad experience. The receiption guy is rude and has a attitude. The room is bad quality, old, and not clean. There was red spots on the the towels. They made multiple charges on my card without telling me. It is diffenately no worth what you are paying for.

Great decor, clean and friendly staff.
Because it is in the middle of downtown, it is very loud at night.

Phones not working, tub stopped up/2nd person couldn't shower/hot water ran out during shower/sink stopped up/old /not clean. Upgraded room but still with all of these issues. They couldn't reach us and they sent someone to fix bathroom issues and it still happened. We had to leave at 4 a.m. One of us 2 couldn't shower due to the tub not draining.
The location is Great! Very nice inside downstairs and 3rd floor. Breakfast is very good but on the expensive side. Heard in the elevator also others complaining about the price of breakfast.

This hotel is in the heart of Nashville! You can park your car & not have to drive anywhere the whole time your visiting. It's connected to a dining hall, shopping stores & bars.
I didn't like having to pay for my vehicle to stay parked in the hotels parking garage since we were guests at the hotel. It was not cheap either!
