Beautiful waterfront house with private heated pool (89 degrees) in the heart of Fort Lauderdale. This spacious home has 3 BR, 2BR with open, airy floor plan that includes a living room and separate tv/entertainment room plus dining area. The outside pool area has a large open dock and sits on a wide waterway perfect for crafts, kayaking and more. Free access to all amenities: wifi, washer/dry, BBQ grill available on pool deck. TV with cable, Apple TV, and Netflix for entertainment. Has a Ring doorbell camera on the front door for safety.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It was even more beautiful than the pictures. The owner is so helpful and accommodating. The house is in a very quiet community and close to everything! We loved our family vacation and would definitely stay here again if in the Fort Lauderdale area!

Beautiful property, with amazing pool and views. This home was the perfect choice for a Florida getaway. Great amenities, communication with the owner was simple and the price was more than reasonable for the property. I'd highly recommend to anyone visiting Ft. Lauderdale.

We had an excellent stay at this house. It’s a quiet neighborhood close to a Publix, Target, and lots of restaurants. We loved fishing off the deck and swimming in the heated pool!

We enjoyed the large heated pool. The rental was clean. The furniture was uncomfortable. You better like looking at yourself as the entire house is almost all mirrors. Cute neighborhood. Convenient to everything.

We are very happy with the property. The manager was around to answer all questions. The pool was warm and very clean. The property inside was all we needed. The ocean and beaches were are our main goal. We were close to the shops and it was very easy to get around the area . The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans , dishes and cutlery. Perfect for a long stay.

We absolutely loved this property. We were two couples and had more than enough space. We really enjoyed the backyard, sitting by the peaceful canal and we got great use out of the heated pool. It was at 89 degrees for our whole stay. Well kept neighborhood in Wilton Manors and nearby to everything. Would definitely stay again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this home! Nice and quite neighborhood with a beautiful outdoor patio, pool, and deck on the water. Inside the house did not disappoint. Plenty of space with 3bd and 2 ba. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, two sitting areas, lots of towels, and beautiful views. Marlon was great!! Quick to respond with any questions and very helpful. Certainly would enjoy coming back to stay again.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful home, my wife and our family enjoyed disconnecting for the weekend. Stores and supermarkets are nearby and everything you need is in the house. We stayed in this house for spring break. Nice neighborhood, very clean. We enjoyed having the pool and waterway. Very close to a kayak/paddleboard rental location And about 15 min from public beach access. A few things to be aware of but were fun— there are lizards everywhere around these houses. They were fun to watch. There are manatees in the water and they were fun to watch in the mornings. The fishing wasn’t great. Overall would stay here again.

Even though there were restrictions due to COVID19. I stayed 30 days at this home with the pool, canal, sunsets. Made the trip very enjoyable. Neighbors/Neighborhood was great, always felt safe. I hope to rebook another time in the near future.
