About this house rental

Tucked away on the "Wisteria Lane" of Wilton Manors and a most desired street sits the fabulous Beverly Wilton. Florida living meets Southern Charm and has a little something for everyone in this spacious two-story three bed 3.5 plantation style home. A lovely formal living/dining room welcomes you as you pass on to the open kitchen with a breakfast bar, more dining, and a large family room with smart TV with a pool and tropical backyard views. Also, downstairs is the master king bedroom with smart TV, walk-in closet, and ensuite with spa bath. There is also direct pool access. Upstairs is a fun place. A large game room with a pool table, cozy plush couch, large smart tv, and a desk/workstation. The other guest rooms feature a king bed with large smart TV and ensuite and a queen bedroom with an adjoining bath. If the pool is not your thing, go back downstairs to the ping pong room or relax in the lush tropical backyards. The side yard is a great place to read and relax or maybe just nap in the hammock. Try yoga in the grass. The main tropical backyard highlights a large, heated pool, sun loungers, swing chairs with lots of foliage, a gas grill, and dining for 8. Just a 5 min walk to famous Wilton Drive. Don't wait as the word is out of "Wisteria" The Beverly Wilton is the place to be for that perfect vacation spot!

You truly will not find a better home to stay in Wilton Manors. The space and amenities were perfect. They truly thought of everything. On our next trip we will hope this place is available again to book for us.

This property is absolutely amazing. Everything was as expected. Pool was lovely,kitchen was lovely and the master bedroom bed was so comfortable. My kids said their rooms were outstanding. I can't say enough good things about our stay. And the floors were so clean! My socks were not all dirty like most says. So looking forward to next year's vacation here.

This house was perfect for our families. It had the best amenities of anywhere we have stayed. It was fully stocked and beautifully decorated. The owners were extremely responsive to any questions. The location was just a short drive to Ft Lauderdale beach and local restaurants. We would definitely return to this property!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at the Beverly Wilton location was one of the most amazing rentals I have stayed at. Communication with the host was accessible, and they got back to us quickly with any questions we might have had. The home was clean and beautiful, just as advertised! Great location, Fort Lauderdale beach within a few minute's drive. The detail and love that was put into this home show how much the owners care about their guests. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to make your family a wonderful dinner, the bedding was comfortable and clean, and the décor and furniture were beautifully put together. The guidebook left by the host was a fantastic extra to allow my family and me to become more comfortable with the area and took less stress off trying to research everything on our own. I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is staying in the Fort Lauderdale area. We enjoyed our stay 10/10.

As someone who has rented from Fort Lauderdale Stays on multiple occasions, this house is among the best that I’ve stayed in. The house is situated in a quiet and quaint cul-de-sac that is well within walking distance to all the restaurants and nightlife of Wilton Manor. The house is very welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. Each room is very spacious and nice furnished, with plenty of room no matter if your visiting solo or as a family. Each bedroom has very comfortable bed and it’s own dedicated bathroom. The fully stocked kitchen definitely comes in handy when when you would rather cook at the house instead of going out, and adds to the homy feel of the house overall. The pool table and ping pong table are added bonuses that anyone would enjoy. The back yard of the house is extremely private where the pool is. The pool was always at the perfect temperature and very clean! The side yard is really nice with the hammock and is perfect for anyone traveling with a pet since it is fenced in with grass. I will definitely be recommending this house to others and will be staying here again!!
