Pleasant stay for a trip to sentosa

Great swimming pools and friendly staff. Breakfast was lovely. Sentosa is a great base with kids.

Rooms were very small with no wardrobes. No bar to sit in for the evening with family as as the rooms were small we had to go out.

フリーシャトルサービス、無料のセントーサエクスプレスの駅まで徒歩圏内(数メートルを除き雨よけあり)、トイレバスが別、お湯の熱さ勢い良好、収納スペース充分、プールが大きく多く使える時間が長い

部屋冷凍庫があると嬉しい、天井からのシャワーはバスルーム内の濡れるエリアが広い、テレビ電源を入れた時の音量が大きいビーチが重油のために使えなかったのは残念

Disappointed: 5 star price for 3 star experience.

Location was good and view from either side of building was pretty.

We had gastro on arrival but the staff didn’t allow us to check in an hour or so early which resulted in my son vomiting on the street. You can’t charge anything, like room service or pool bar drinks, to your room - inconvenient. Instead of amenities in your room you have to walk down the hall to a common area for teabags etc. These things are done under the guise of “sustainability” but just feels cheap. At $800 a night, you deserve a little convenience. Cleaners didn’t wash/replace cups/glasses in room for the whole three days. Breakfast buffet has limited choices and what’s on offer isn’t great. We wasn’t even allowed to take our coffee out the dining room which felt ridiculous.

Wonderful place for families

Bellissima struttura molto adatta alle famiglie, tante piscine per ogni gusto e possibilità di sfruttarle dall'alba al tramonto. Comodissima con Sentosa express (gratuito) per raggiungere il centro di Singapore e con un servizio di pullman (gratuiti) per raggiungere le diverse parti dell'isola di Sentosa e le spiagge. Personale disponibile e colazione molto abbondante. Inoltre un vicinissimo supermercato permette di poter comprare ad ogni ora qualsiasi cosa. Super raccomandato!

Camere forse un po' piccole ma funzionali, in stile asiatico.

In order to conclude it exceeded my expectations.

The location was really friendly and convenient. For us Orchard is the Downtown of Singapore.

The rooms were beautiful and had everything we needed, but it wasn't spacious as expected.

Hotel for family with children but need improvement in many areas.

The swimming pool and the family oriented environment. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very simple and quality is very average. It feels like Mess Hall food. The price of breakfast is also expensive given the quality of the food. The wifi is terrible. To get a connection from room is very difficult as the signal is very weak. Upon checked in, the TV remote was missing and room telephone was not working. Have to change to a different room. The hair dryer is very heavy, noisy and weak. There is no concierge. Every matters will have to go through the front reservation counter. The front desk staff are busying running around to solve many problems and issues beside doing checking in and out. Very inefficient.

The buffet breakfast quality was rather disappointing for the room price we paid. Wouldve paid a little bit more to stay at Capella's Suite under their Stay3Pay2 promotion.

Lovely hotel with great staff and great amenities

Good room size with room for luggage Welcoming staff at check in and detailed run through of options available in the hotel and on Sentosa Well set out bathroom with seperate basin so the shower did not fog up mirros

조식 관련해서는 한국인 블로그후기 믿지마세요. 가짓수도 다양하고 저희가족 모두 정말 맛있게 먹었습니다. 먹을거 없다시는 분은 외국 조식에서 설마 한식찾는것은 아니겠지요? 죽,토스트,면 다양하게 나왔구요 치킨커리,싱싱한샐러드 등등 맛도리반찬들로 아주 만족스러운 조식이었습니다.수영장에서도 너무 재밌게 놀았고 호텔내에 귀하디귀한 얼음정수기 디스펜서도 있어서 감동이었습니다. 직원들 친절한것은 말할것도 없고요~ 여기서만 모든일정을 다하고싶었어요 ^^

Enjoyable but pricey for the value. I would have paid a bit more for Stay3Pay2 at Capella suite.

The amazing variety and size of the swimming pools. We chose this hotel because of the pools for adults and kids.

It was a tad too troublesome to get to a room at Level 2M - signages from the lobby escalator to reach 2M were not clear/non existent.

Rooms were beautiful but probably wouldn’t stay again

Although lots of reviews say the rooms are small I loved them and didn’t find it too squashed we had interconnecting rooms with 2 adults 3 kids and was great being able to go between or close door when needed and close off bathroom area. There was plenty of space to prepare breakfast cereal and hot drinks definitely recommend doing this rather than spending a fortune on horrible hotel one. Was also lovely having a bath in one of the rooms. The rooms were cleaned daily and were spotless. The pools were lovely but not as clean as rooms and needed some minor maintenance also towels not always available and steam room off. Reception staff were lovely during check in.

The food was pretty bad and long waiting times. There isn’t anything in the hotel for kids to do except the swimming pool. The area surrounding the hotel is a bit of a labyrinth staff tell you to use monorail to go one stop but you can actually walk in 5 mins so a bit confusing. A shower screen over the bath would be good to stop the floor getting soaked. Too many instagrammers in the pool!!

Fantastic Family Staycation!

Great centralised location on the island. Near to the beach. Pools of various depth cater to children of all ages. This is our 2nd time staying here. Highly recommended.

Modern, geschmackvoll und gemütlich ausgestattete Zimmer . Auf jedem Flur gab es eine Vending Maschine und kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee. Super Lage, sehr nah an den Attraktionen von Sentosa. Tolle Pool Anlage.

We did enjoy our stay.

The pool on the third floor was amazing. The design of the hotel is very attractive. Sentosa is lovely. The staff were friendly.

I felt uncomfortable with the glass doors around the toilet and walk-in showers, with no lock. I appreciate it's a different culture.

Great location to main attractions, yet rooms are designed on a budget.

Location is great with easy access to main attractions of the island. Their breakfast was great. Wide range of options, my toddler had her good meals there.

The amenities in the room are basic. There was no wardrobe (every room in the hotel). Shower curtain was used instead of fixed glass so water was flowing everywhere.

위치가 좋아요 이동하기 편해요 셔틀버스로 비보시티까지 갈 수있고 임비아역도 걸어서 갈 수 있어요. 침대는 편해서 꿀 잠 잤어요

방이 작아요 패밀리룸이였지만 뭔가 아쉽긴해요 수영장 수질에 좀 신경 썼으면해요

Awesome family staycation getaway

Family oriented hotel and the kids love it. Location is also great.

Same breakfast options since for the past few years. Swimming pool water quality can be better but can also understand that it's holiday period when we were there.

Nice pool and gym facilities; excellent location with ease to monorail

Room is very small for what you pay for. Quite cramped for luggage and lack of cupboard space for clothes. No ironing board.

Really loved how convenient the location was. Facilities were wonderful and loved that each level had its own village hub with a vending machine, ice dispenser and selection of teas and coffee. My family and I wished that we could extend our stay to just chill and relax more. Definitely will be our go to place again for a family staycay in future! ❤️

We were given the room at level 3 and it's just a 1min walking distant to the pool and my kids loves it alot. Alot of food choices around there and it's very near to the monorail station. Convenience stall is just beside the lobby too. Room is clean and there's a drinking water dispenser which is really easy to have drinkable water anytime without the hassle of boiling water.

Beautiful hotel, great pools

Beautiful hotel with a range of exciting pools to explore. Delicious dinner menu at the restaurant. Atrractuve rooms and great views. Good location close to Sentosa Island free public transport options

Would have loved vegetarian breakfast options. Also looked for tubes for the lazy river but couldn't find any.

For a 2 night stay, the free transport around the island and to Vivo City provided efficiency for our travel.

The cleanliness of the rooms, service from the staff, huge variety for breakfast, nice pool and close to activities.

Pool bar closed at 5pm on Thursday, gym equipment could be better.

Great location; had adjoining rooms which was good. Staff very helpful. Pools were excellent.

Breakfast was pricey for what it was. And not having a bar to relax/rewind after dinner was disappointing
