Nothing
Breakfast arrangement with timeslots and fixed menues is ridiculous for 5star hotel. Very expensive too.
Lobby area rather small to accommodate guests waiting for transport.
No dimmed nightlight in room to go to toilet safely.
No nespresso machine in room, which is nowadays standard in hotels of this price category; only cheap nescafe sacchet.

Location : The best location ever (Monorail) is opposite the hotel ( Imbiah Station ) so you can use it to go to the beach or Universal/Sea world/ and Vivo Shopping Center.
Facilities : Over all good facilities in the hotel or beside, like restaurants/gym/swimming pool, spa , plus a grocery near by. I like too in the room dinning services.
Staff : Front desk , Security, housekeeping, restaurant staff in ( Native kitchen ) and (room dinning), all are so kind, cheerful and trying to help. Thanks to Ethan and to all his colleagues in the front desk.
Specail thanks to ( Cherlyn ) front desk, without her and her nice set up for my anniversary , I wouldn't get a joy to enjoy that night, so grateful to her and her kindness. Such employee/person makes a nice reputation to this hotel. Thank you.
Room : 254 :)
The Suit area not that big. The breakfast buffet not that variety.

Central location, hotel interior, breakfast quality
breakfast options for dietary requirements are more limited. Have a some with multiple allergies so that was tricky

The room and bathroom are spacious. The location is great, as it is just walking distance from the station. The staffs are also very friendly and helpful.
The only down side was the breakfast. I really do not like the ideal of the breakfast. The breakfast was to order a main from the given menu. Fruit was served separately. However, the breakfast that I had for two days were really not worth the price I paid. It was cold and not tasty! It will be good if the breakfast could be cooked only upon order and have sides (e.g. French fries, salad etc.) and yoghurt and/or cake to finish the meal.

It was close to Universal Studios
Pretty much everything. An unwelcoming attitude from the start from staff, including when they admitted a mistake on lunch hours so we couldn’t eat. A staff member who tried to apologise for it was overridden by her manager in a very arrogant way. We were told to find somewhere else to eat, not their problem - not great when all fresh off the plane.
Room sterile and small. Nothing in minibar or even enough water. The promise of an extra bed for our child turned out to be charging over S€S140 for some bedding to put on a small sofa. We didn’t do that.
Value is the word that kept springing to mind. Singapore is always expensive but some places are special and worth it. Others are bog standard conveyor belts, and this was very much int that category.

Room with high ceiling. Spacious and Comfy.
They need to improve on the Breakfast menu. Menu is limited and boring.

Great location, close to Imbiah station (across the road), big bed and spacious bathroom, good air conditioning and bathrobes provided.
Bathroom shower had black mould across the seal. This would have taken quite a bit of time to grow and should have been replaced months ago. Not something I expect to see in a 5 star hotel. Also there were no complimentary snacks on arrival (I've been to 3 and 4 star hotels that provided more) and no extra toilet paper roll. When requested, this never arrived.

It would have been nice to have buffet breakfast and dinner

The staffs were friendly and very helpful as well.
We have got an extra bed for the room but the condition of the bed was bad as I could feel the spring instead of the bed foam.

it was a great location on Sentosa Island. The staff were all friendly and it was nice and modern
There was construction constantly across the street. As the room opened out onto the walkway there was no barrier to the sound (the only time I heard a break was approximately between 3:30am and 5:30am. As a light sleeper this was a problem

absolutely loved the stay. it’s just opposite to the mono rail so it’s easy to get around. universal Studio and sea aquarium are just next doors!
loved the service as well. they were able to kindly accommodate an early check in… since our son was tired from the travel. super sweet hosts!
loved everything!

Beautiful hotel in renovated 1940s barracks. Great swimming pool and excellent spa and wellness services. Perfect for a good detox!
Breakfast area is small compared to the number of hotel guests and can get quite overcrowded.

The location is strategically located to anywhere around sentosa, the ambience of the hotel feels like home, feeling peaceful. Only one stop to Beach Station and Universal Studio Singapore.
The bed is exceptional, the bedroom space is great. Would like to come again if we decided to stay in Sentosa.
We are using baby stroller and we have to walk a long distance to go in and out from the hotel to the Imbiah monorail station.

private and serene, good location
breakfast restaurant was overwhelmed, long queues even with scheduled times and orders took too long to be served despite repeated reminders

The location of the Oasia Resort Hotel is so convenient in Sentosa, with the Imbiah Station for the monorail connecting to all other areas of Sentosa attractions. The rooms are excellent and comfortable with big pillows on each bed. And one of the most wonderful part as you enter the lobby of the hotel is the aroma of the spa located in the lobby area. And the staff like Prince and Lysander were super helpful in giving us directions and tips while in Sentosa for 3 days. We hope to stay at the Oasis Resort Sentosa when we return to Singapore with my family.
The only thing I can say is.. the toilet paper is limited to one roll until almost finished.. they don’t give extra roll in bathroom. Everything else, was excellent.

Superb location. Sentosa express monorail is right across the road. Junior Suit room is spacious with high ceiling and the bathroom is huge. The king size, medium to firm bed is comfortable. We are surprised to see the room were serviced twice a day, and both filtered water and sparkling water were supplied in fridge.
Our room faced to the street and so it is a bit noisy. Room walls are not soundproof. Unlucky we had a loud neighbor to wake us up. Light in living room is too dark compared to the bedroom. The breakfast is tasty but a little bit overpriced. Better to have it included in the room rate.

Very nice location, just opposite to the mtr station.
1. No doorman to open or hold the door for us most of the time, even during rainy days.
2. The manager refused to issue invoice for us because we booked through booking.com. Later I talked to the website then someone from the hotel emailed it to me. Could have done it at the first place.
3. No one helped with the luggages when we arrived. And no rampway at the front.

Location was great, always clean and tidy. Staff were nice.
The pool wasn't the best, it was surrounded by buildings and felt very tight for space
