Bad, frustrating and completely unsatisfactory. .

Location

Heat and air unit was so loud we could not use while trying to sleep. Frustration in trying to contact anyone about issues. Phone number on your website was disconnected. Trip manager button in showed “wrong link”. Tv in living area would not connect.

condo was very clean

door code was sent to my email on morning after I left , had a pin code i thought was for door but was for access to indoor pool. had to call for code when door not opened, lady was very helpful on getting me door code took half hour to get in.

Short distance to beach . Balcony was fabulous. Everything we needed was provided. Close parking

Good Value on a Great, Clean Location!

Great Location!! Clean!! Reasonably Priced!!

Our Condo had the sliding doors to outside balcony overlooking the Ocean Screwed Shut so you could not open and enjoy the outside patio or listen to the Ocean Do to them being old, worn out and then damaged by hurricane's. Everything was a bit outdated and not in the best of condition.

Comfy, clean and amazing location

The location was great, easy access to the beach, short drive to activities and attractions. Elevator on property was great so we didn't have to carry our luggage and groceries.

Couldn't access the balcony but this was due to sliding doors having been damaged in a hurricane, the host is still in the process of getting this fixed due to shortages and such with the replacement company.

we would use again

it was perfect for my grandkids, we could enjoy the beach and take them in when we needed to.

our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and took over an hour to get someone to clean it

leak under kitchen still no that was there prior to our stay, someone had placed a bowl to catch drips

for the money we paid I expected the unit to be in much better condition

the unit was dated and in need of repairs. the ceiling paint is chipping off the ceiling and moisture drips from the ceiling vent in bathroom. the couch is stained and needs replaced. the beds are not comfortable and are old and need replaced. parking lot was very small and difficult to navigate

Nice location, beach access, and size of the condo.

Hazards such as uncovered outlets, half the lamps didn’t work, bed and couch beds both super uncomfortable, pictures were somewhat deceiving to the current condition of the condo, elevator issues.

Easy beach access

The website pictures are deceiving. It advertised 2 outdoor pools and tennis court. They failed to mention one pool and tennis court is across the street. The one outdoor pool on the main property is SMALL and not well maintained. Our condo was in serious need of updating (floor to ceiling mirror wall) and the whole place just didn’t smell clean.

the location was perfect.

the apartment was a disappointment. None of the electronics and the remotes were the same brand so they didn’t work very well together. The appliances need to be replaced. The refrigerator leaks and looks like it went through a flood. The stove is not much better. Not enough cups. The silverware drawer fell down it opened far enough to see what we were getting.
