New Orleans Hotel

Sue, the manager is awesome. Has a great balcony Staff are helpful. Can walk to shopping. Beautiful building and furniture

General maintenance. Need to update shower curtain in #106. Blinds that face the street wouldn't open. Don't forget to put the 'clean this room' sign out. In the morning a very noisy pigeon was outside on air unit for 30 minutes or so.

We stayed for days and three nights. The staff was excellent the lounge staff was excellent everybod

They did not serve a breakfast

The bed mattress sunk in the middle and was very uncomfortable to sleep in with two people

right in middle of all shopping and entertainment which is great. staff is super nice and accommodating.

the parking situation is a nightmare but they have valet which is helpful. the room could use some TLC like paint, wallpaper, light fixtures , fix some baseboards/window sill but other wise nice hotel. also no elevator is a bit inconvenient which we knew going into booking the room.

Loved the location. Next we’ll request room 103, instead of 104. It was all good. Great staff!! Cleaning rms to front desk.

Unique and friendly

The hotel has a lot of history, charm, and comfort. The baths in the room was definitely amazing and the balcony you can sit and have coffee on was great. The married couple that work front desk were so friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

We honestly can't say anything about the hotel that we didn't like.

An amazing step back in time!

We loved the look of the Hotel! It had antique furniture and lighting and an absolutely stunning bed! The spa tub was wonderful! The staff was amazing and gave great recommendations for dinner and shopping. They had a pool table, as well. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Enjoyable stay in an historic hotel.

New Orleans is right in the heart of Eureka Springs, shopping and restaurants, walking to everything. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and had all the amenities necessary.

Even with doors closed, the rooms are not sound proof, as you can hear people coming up the stairs throughout the night, talking and laughing. If you have a sound machine, it helps to reduce the noise.

Fun, nostalgic, great location and beyond friendly. We would love to go back soon!

Location was dead center of the historic district of Eureka Springs, EXACTLY where we wanted to be. The staff, especially Sue and Caleb, went out of their way to be helpful and informative. The room was comfortable and quaint.

The ONLY issue we had was a little trouble with the toilet in our bathroom, but nothing major.

Lol. All the stairs, was on 3rd floor, parked out back. So like 5 level of stairs. (Stairs outside needs repairing) only negative I have. Had a blast!

Amazing location and ambience!

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and helpful! The location was perfect. We could walk everywhere!

Overall it was great. Friendly staff, fun area and located within a shot walk of all old Eureka.

Great consistency of furnature and decorations to the time of the motel. Beautiful furnature!

possibly set more towels, washcloths out for guests and not to the fault of the management but the floors are thin and there was an amount of noise the travels through the building from other guests.
