No entiendo como tienen licencia

Habitación ruidosa (se escucha todo) Contacto con el dueño pésimo La ducha pierde agua y se llena la habitación de agua No se parece en nada a la foto, la debió sacar de un banco de imágenes. Espero que Booking tome medidas contra semejante estafa

Una noche horrible

Nada

Tardamos en obtener el codigo de entrada, sucio con moho en baño y goteras en el techo. Las fotos no tiene nada que ver. No lo recomiendo y menos aun para familias. Lleno de estudiantes de fiesta, las paredes son de papel y se escucha todo. Mas pequeño de lo que aparece en la foto

Horrível e Deplorável

Nada!

Fechadura não abria pelo exterior, porta da rua não era segura, estava avariada, depois de trancada por dentro não dava para sair! Quarto exterior ao edifício, porta do quarto era a porta rua, muita gente a fazer barulho na rua a noite inteira, zona com estabelecimentos noturnos. Ouviam-se os passos e barulhos do piso superior, impossível dormir. Não tínhamos acesso aos espaços comuns anunciados no BOOKING. Indisponibilidade dos funcionários para atender o telefone. O quarto não correspondia às fotografias, chão sujo com cotão e a cheirar mal. Lavatório da casa de banho entupido. Cozinha não tinha utensílios suficientes para fazer refeições. Uma das janelas tinha um cartão, em vez de um vidro. Pagamento antecipado 1 mês, e ameaça de não fornecer códigos para entrar no quarto sem o pagamento da Taxa Turística. Paguei 2 noites, só fiquei 1 noite, na 2ª noite tive de reservar um quarto num hotel para conseguir dormir, gastei mais do dobro para dormir em Coimbra.

Férias em família

Localização excelente, junto ao Museu, Sé Nova e universidades. Fácil de ir a pé para vários pontos de interesse. As miúdas adoraram.

Great place to stay in Coimbra

Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. Felt really comfortable there, the room I rented is worth the price, the location is awesome, the view is beautiful. I would definitely recommend or come back again in the future.

De ter passeado em Coimbra.

A casa tem chão flutuante, paredes em gesso e consegue-se ouvir muitos sons vindos de outros quartos. Tivemos a infeliz sorte de estar um atleta no piso superior, que ficava a exercitar-se, um vizinho do quarto ao lado que ressonava bem alto.

La ubicación muy mala .porque son 400 m de pendiente a 15% .llegas a habitación agotado. Te lo piensas dos veces para salir

Sensación de dejadez .

Ubicación. Cumplía las prestaciones que queríamos. Muy económico.

La sensación de abandono que da, juntas del baño y rincones sucios y varios desperfectos. El no poder contactar tf, el GPS no nos daba ubicación exacta y al intentar contactar nos respondieron por MSG. Se escucha todo del exterior y del interior.

Lovely

Perfect location and very nice staff.

It's a shared communal space. The kitchen was downstairs and the other guests made a lot of noise and left the kitchen filthy. I guess it's not the property 's fault, but they should lock the kitchen after a certain time to avoid that.

Pleasant visit

Happy with the location and cleanliness of the place.

The check in system was not suited to people without a European sim. Far to many emails that we could only access when we had wifi. Had our friends not been staying at the same place we would not have been able to get in the door.

Pessimo

La posizione vicino alla principale attrazione anche se il quartiere è terribile. Vicolo angusti e più scritte sui muri che muri.

Letto scomodo, cuscini inesistenti (ho dovuto mettere un asciugamano piegato sotto al cuscino per fare spessore). Siamo a settembre e c’è il piumone nel letto che fa troppo caldo, non essendoci un lenzuolo, ho dovuto utilizzare un telo da mare come lenzuolo. Le finestre non stanno aperte, devi incastrarci qualcosa per farle mantenere aperte. La struttura si trova in un vicolo dove si appostano studenti a fare cori fino a tarda notte e i vicini con dei cani li lasciano abbaiare continuamente. Non è questione di movida universitaria, un contro è il chiacchiericcio, un conto sono i cori da stadio fino a tarda notte. Praticamente non si dorme! Le foto non rispecchiano la struttura, sembra bellissima ma non lo è. Due rampe di scale ripidissime per arrivare alla camera.

Great location. A bit hard to find but we understood why - it's like a maze around.

WiFi at the top floor was very slow steep stairs for the upper floors - for us it was OK, but if someone have a walking issues - not recommended

Good

Being in the historic centre it was very close to everything. The room and balcony were lovely, neat, and clean. The shared kitchen space had everything you could need.

It can get very noisy. You can hear the movements of al guests going up and down stairs. On the last night, which is not epic days fault at all, there were a lot of festivities happening at the pub around the corner, and the screaming and noise went on till 3am. Our shower head in the room was also not connected to the wall ( it looked like the connection had been pulled out)

Historical property, basic stay, price reflects what it is.

Clean bathroom, nice cleaning lady, got to appreciate what being a student might feel like!

Walls were paper thin. It is very basic- felt like a cheap dorm room. First time in Coimbra so difficult initially finding property as confusing alleys, steep hill climb gets the heart rate up!

There were people who were checking out in the middle of night that were very very noisy for a long period of time. No regard for others. If this is standard at the property we will not return.

Very good

The position was good, ten minutes by walk from the city center. The room had a nice balcony and the space were enough for two people. You can checkin whenever you want because there is no staff, just a locker with the keys and they sent the secure code before you arrive.

The kitchen was a bit dirty and they don’t cleaned the room the second day.
