Only about one hundred yards to Mount Snow South service road entrance. Great for multiple and large families, this home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bath rooms with sleeping accommodations for 16.
Located in the exclusive community of Boulder Ridge, our townhome offers 4300+ sq ft throughout 3 levels that is pure mountain Luxury in an open floor plan with designer crafted décor with Vermont appeal. Included is a chefs kitchen with Viking appliances, multiple master bedrooms, a home theater, bar, game room featuring a shuffleboard and foosball table, two gas fireplaces, Wine Room, deck and private Hot Tub to take in the breathtaking ski trail views.
Our location is ideal, a about 100 yards from Mount Snow’s south entrance road, approximately half mile to the Sundance Base Lodge, a mile to the main base lodge, and about 3 miles to the Hermitage Club Ski Mountain. Within minutes from dozens of restaurants in West Dover, and approximately 15 min from the quaint town center of Wilmington with additional restaurants and activities.
Our Home blends incredible luxury with Mountain ski style from the moment you pull up in front of our home. A slate covered porch and private ski locker are available for your skis and boards after your day on the slopes. Upon entering the beautiful slate tiled entry way and radiant heated hardwood floors open into the main floor Great Room with a beautiful 20 foot field stone gas fireplace, newly updated living room with incredible views of Mount Snow, you can actually watch the skiers/boarders as they fly off the jumps and perform. The formal dinning space seats 10 at the beautiful country farm table and 4 more at the bar while opening up to the chefs kitchen. The Chefs Kitchen is second to none with top of the line stainless steel Viking appliances, 6 burner gas stove, 2 ovens, build in microwave, dishwasher, granite counters and breakfast bar. Kitchen is fully stocked with, pots/pans, dishes, utensils, and to round out the comforts of home, a Keurig coffee/hot chocolate maker, Panini, Crock Pot and Waffle maker.
The top floor has 2 bedroom suites with balcony opening to the main level. The roomy Master Bedroom suite has a walk in closet, tiled shower, large jetted soaking tub and his and hers sinks. Enjoy the new Mountain rustic King Bed with views of Mount Snow and a 60” Smart TV. The 2nd bedroom on the top floor is our Queen Suite with two new elegant mountain style Queen beds that sleeps 4, and full bathroom right outside the door. The main floor master suite boasts a Queen Bed and a full bathroom. The lower level accommodates two bedrooms, the first our bunk-room with two sets of bunks and a pullout twin sleeping 5. Our lower level bedroom suite overlooking the patio, hot tub, and views of Mount Snow and has a Queen and Twin daybed sleeping 3 with a full bathroom right outside the door.
The lower level turns our Ski Home into an entertainment dream for all, with high ceilings, walkout slider to the Hot Tub, and even incredible views of Mount Snow from this level. Enjoy the second stone gas fireplace with and home theater TV and surround sound, full bar, Wine Room, and new shuffle board, foosball table, and Arcade game with all favorite 80’s, 90’s, and 2000’s video games.
Please note this property has multiple video cameras that monitor the exterior of the property. There are also multiple thermostats in the home that have built in Amazon Alexa voice control, that will listen to audio in the home and speak based on questions asked. The Alexa Audio Devices/Thermostats are utilized for the purpose of guest connivence.

This was the perfect house for multiple families. Everyone had plenty of room and the lower level/gaming area was awesome for our kids. The views were amazing and the location was a quick 3 min drive to the mountain. Will definitely be staying here again! Thanks Paul for a fabulous stay!

This is a great vacation home close to the mountain. It is very spacious with lots of amenities and recreational equipment. There was something for all age groups.

This townhouse was beautiful and very clean. We had four families staying together for a ski weekend and there was more than enough space for everyone. The great room and kitchen area was a perfect space for everyone to come together for meals and to enjoy the view of Mt. Snow. Paul (the owner) was very responsive. We hope to come back again next year!!

Our winter ski getaway was incredible! First off, you know exactly what you’re getting based off the pictures-it’s like you’re walking into the online listing when you arrive. It’s the ideal house for multiple or extended families. We had three families staying here including 8 children btwn the ages of <1 - 9y. Needless to say, the well equipped basement and bunk room became our designated chaos containment zone. Speaking of well-equipped, the house comes with everything you need for your getaway so all you really need to do upon arrival is stock the fridge. If I had to make one suggestion it would be for a few more large pots and serving dishes to accommodate large groups.

Beautiful Condo for a family of 6 plus 2 children. Everything was exactly as expected and communication with the host was amazing. The handbook of instructions were clear and concise and no issue was too small. We felt right at home with all the comforts and luxuries you’d every need or want. We would come back anytime and hope to in the future. Great location to the beautiful slopes of Mt.Snow. All in all a great stay.

Our stay was fantastic. Paul was very helpful and communicative. We had three families including 7 kids ranging 4-10 years old. The kitchen is a fantastic set up with plenty of counter space for preparing meals for such a large group. The downstairs rec room was great for the kids to have their own place to play while the adults took over the kitchen/living room. Great proximity to Mount Snow!

We stayed at Paul's Mount Snow vacation home for a week with three other families. Since we all have young children, proximity to the mountain was of utmost importance to us, and the location of this unit did not disappoint. The entrance to Mount Snow was right down the road from the unit and it was extremely convenient to get our day on the mountain started and for drop off and pick ups. There is also a well stocked market with everything you need just down the road as well. We really enjoyed having the downstairs portion of the unit for the kids to watch TV and hang out while the adults sat upstairs and enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountain. There was plenty of room for all four families to sleep and eat. After a long day of sking we watched the snow cats on the trails from the hot tub! The owner was very communicative throughout our stay. We had a great week staying at this property!

We can’t rave enough about our first ski vacation experience! Paul was an amazing host and called and checked on us shortly after we arrived. The house was super accommodating; fully stocked kitchen, lots of linens, garbage bags, soap in every bathroom; in which we packed bc we are used to having to provide. The house was spacious for 2 large families and the kids had their own space and then some. The view was beautiful to wake up to and right across the street from the mountain. It made it so easy for us moms to just grab our little ones off the mountain when they were tired from skiing. I would highly recommend this home and would like to return next winter!

Our family of 9 adults and 1 infant spent a long weekend in this beautiful townhome. It was perfect- exactly as described. The home is very well appointed, clean and very comfortable. With 5 bedrooms, everyone had their own space but could easily gather in the spacious common areas. Our adult children enjoyed evenings filled with friendly competition in the game room and we loved the living room view of the trails on Mount Snow. We hope to return in the future for a ski weekend!

We’re usually pretty particular when it comes to accommodations and this beautiful townhome met or exceeded all expectations. Convenient location to different activities, great communication and hospitality from our host, and really nothing we can suggest that would have made our experience better. We highly recommend this rental.

We rented Paul's town home for quick weekend way with 3 families which included several teens and grandparents. The house was perfect and was exactly as listed on VRBO site. It was clean and not cluttered with miscellaneous decor. Everyone had ample room to spread out. The basement was a great location for the teens to hang out. The foyer area had a ton of room for coats and boots. We loved the chefs kitchen. It was loaded with everything we needed, plus more. The house was well stocked with towels, dish soap, hand soap and extra toiletries, if needed. The only improvements I can think of would be more towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms and maybe an additional refrigerator in the basement. Paul was easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. If we would visit the Mt. Snow/ West Dover area again we would definitely rent this property again or another property owned by Paul. Thanks for helping to make our trip memorable!

I rented this property from Paul for a family trip, and the house exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, the water went out for a few hours because of an issue in the complex. Even though it was completely out of his control, Paul stayed in constant contact with the maintnence people and us to get the issues resolved as quickly as possible. Very impressed with his responsiveness. We will be staying at this home again for sure! - Joan

Property was well suited for my party of 16.Plenty of accommodations and room for everyone to spread out. Kitchen work perfectly. Location to the mountain is about as good as it gets without be located at the base. Paul was very responsive to all of my inquiries. I would stay here again and recommend it for anyone with a larger sized group.

This fantastic home was everything we had signed up for. The Owner Paul was not only accessible.. but also so helpful and hospitable. The home was beautiful and so close to the mountain that we could go home for lunch (across the street from the mountain) during these crazy COVID times. The parents and kids loved all the amenities and the parents loved the kids being occupied by all the amenities! Would Definitely recommend. Thanks Paul.

Everything was smooth and easy to set up this booking. The place is amazing. All the furnishings in the house are well cared for and the way the property is setup provided for so much room. This will be our go to spot for ski weekends.

House had a last minute opening and it was perfect for a quick ski getaway. House super close to Snow Mountain base (4 min drive) and it looks out on the mountain for a beautiful view. The games in the basement were a big plus for the entire group when not skiing. Paul was always reachable when questions came up. Would very much recommend the house.

Our family had an incredible stay at Paul’s townhouse. The home has incredible views of the mountain, a wonderful gourmet kitchen and super comfy accommodations for everyone. The place is beautiful but also has an incredibly warm feeling. Paul was incredibly helpful and always got right back to me. The townhouse is a short 2 minute drive to the mountain and close to the market and restaurants. I cannot recommend this home more for a perfect family vermont stay.
