Reviewer Comments:
Bed in the master suite was squishy, worn out, and squeaked with the slightest movement. Management's response to our several email queries directed us to use the app--but the app would not load from their link or from Google Play. We got by without the front door code by using the garage door. A very nice place overall.

Reviewer Comments:
This place has killer views over a lovely meadow, and we really loved the sunshine in the morning coming through the huge windows. We appreciated the layout and space, and the kitchen and bathrooms were all well-enough equipped. The only issues were 1) there is NO water in the hot tub (even though VRBO listed it as having one) and 2) the decor is really dated and dingy. It was totally fine for our family, but it's not what you expect to find these days. Also, it was kind of dusty and dirty. However, they did give us a late check-out and there was plenty of parking, so overall it was a good experience.

Nice property. Great set up for family meals and time together.

Great place right on the south edge of Wildernest and at the base of Buffalo Mtn. Wish the hot tub was open, but the condo itself is very nice.

A beautiful property with lots of space for family and friends!!

Duct tape
The place was really out dated. The carpet was dirty with area rugs to cover the stains. A drawer in the kitchen was duct taped in place. There was duct tape in the refrigerator holding drawers together and tape used on the door shelf. The faucets didn't work very well and the tub faucet leaked.

Not as Advertised
The location of the condo is great for outdoor exploring. However, the condo was not as advertised. We had problems with the hot tub from the beginning (low water level and dirty). When we called to report and ask for servicing, we were told that we needed to call back in the morning, because they closed at 5 (we called at 4:45). We called again in the morning and got someone out to service the hot tub at 11 am. The water level was still low and cloudy after the servicing.
When we talked to the management company, he asked us to email him to amend the situation. I have emailed twice and have heard nothing back. The management company did send a snarky email (before I sent the two with my complaints) with a picture of the pH levels of the tub. Regardless of the pH levels, the tub was still low, had cloudy water, and small bits floating around the surface of the water.
The beds were hard and the refrigerator was held together with duct tape. Sleeping ten people was nearly impossible.
This is a beautiful area, but you can find better condos for the money in the Wildernest Area.

Christmas Holiday Vacaction
We enjoyed our stay at this property over the Christmas holiday. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The location is perfect if you are looking for outdoor adventure. We were just minutes from Copper Mountain and other ski resorts. We all enjoyed the private hot tub after a long day of skiing and snowboarding. We had an issue with the hot tub when we checked in but was taken care of very quickly by the management company.
Location can't be beat! Close to everything. We would recommend staying at this property! Jim + Kristi

Very beautiful view and nice area

World class picturesque view and spacious.
This unit would have easily received 5 stars had it been cleaner. The view is incredible, it's breathtaking and picturesque. Bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, the kitchen well stocked, living room and dining area adequate for a party of 6-8. The TV's are dated but worked fine. The couch, stove and refrigerator all worked well for our needs but need to be updated or replaced. The hot tub worked great and has a million dollar view of the mountains. The single biggest issue is the unit needs a very thorough cleaning, in all 3 levels. The white ceiling fan has visible thick black dust on the top and edges of the fan blades. Thick dust on leaves of the fake tree in living room, dirty caulk in bathrooms, dirty floor corners in all rooms. All of this leads you to question cleanliness of everything. It's obvious the cleaning service has done a poor, poor job. The single biggest negative is easily remedied by a competent cleaning crew. For our visit, the unbelievable view, moose sighting every day directly out the back of the unit, spacious bed and bathrooms and amenities far outweighed the negative. If coming back to the area I would be a repeat customer, especially if future reviews mentioned unit was clean.
As for Rocky Mountain Resort Management, they receive a 5+ star rating. They provided easy to follow directions on check in / check out and a web site complete with info on area restaurants, equipment rental and things to do during the stay. Quick responses to email questions, quick answers to phone calls and always professional. A very good property management company.

Charming and incredible views.
I stayed here with (8) family members for one night. The condo had everything we needed; kitchen ware, 3 spacious rooms, pull out couches, a cozy fireplace and an incredible view of open nature. This place is conveniently just outside of town with an unobstructed views of wilderness and nearby tall mountain peaks. I would and will recommend this place to friends and family. Finally the rental management company was very pleasant and accommodating.

Loved it!!
Awesome condo. Neighbors are permanent residents and were very friendly/helpful. The subdivision does a great job keeping the parking lot cleared during and after snow events!

Dirty hot tub and bacterial rashes all around
It’s hard to focus on much else when the 5 kids on the trip all have bacterial infection rashes because of the dirty hot tub. Rocky Mountain management’s response that they always clean the hot tub between stays is either untrue or the cleaning is woefully inadequate. Either way we have kids missing school and doctor visits and missing work bc of negligent care of the hot tub. Enjoying the hot tub should not be a let the buyer beware situation especially for the kids. It’s very sad and frustrating and the management response has been very disappointing. To be safe I’d skip any condo managed by this outfit.

My family and I spent Thanksgiving at this unit and it was perfect! Stunning views. great hot tub!
overall very good stay. Beautiful views off of two patios. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfy.
We had issues with hot water in master bath but finally got it to work. Instructions may help!
Upholstered furniture was a bit worn but gorgeous views and Bright Sun light overshadowed and the effect was cozy and comfortable. Loved it!
